87 Park is an architectural masterpiece by Renzo Piano. The residences have wide balconies which make them very private. The view of the park and the ocean is breathtaking. When you enter the lobby you are immersed in a quiet oasis with pleasant smell and subtle music. It is one of a kind building in Miami Beach and the only one with a 35 acres park to the South.

I am proud to be an employee of this spectacular property, one of the bests in Miami without a doubt!

Beautiful building and property, I am a resident but unfortunately the Security personnel of the building let constantly sleep homeless people on the beach front attached to our house shacks every morning at 6am I go walking there and it's full of homeless sleeping and trashing the place....unacceptable and sad.
