The customer service by leonard was so pleasant and easy we got our food in less than 15 minutes a job well done cooks on a busy Saturday. We will definitely be back when we're in town.

Went here past midnight for some sweet cravings. The lady who served me was very nice and sweet. I had the Confetti pancakes and strawberry milkshake. It was amazing and I was totally satisfied.

I visited IHOP recently, and I was disappointed. The pancakes were undercooked and thin. The wait time was way too long. Our waitress was friendly, but I won't be returning. 😔

It smells really bad in here. And they display poor hygiene practices. They had condiments open and exposed plus excessive trash in the bin. I also noticed food on the floors....Very dissatisfied.

It’s IHOP. By now most everyone knows what to expect. I like to get my cafe con leche before I get there. Love the basic traditional short stack pancakes with butter pecan syrup. The staff was friendly smiley and nice. I like that they have lots of booths here. I prefer a booth over a table and chairs.

Great food, great prices! Only this is the wait time and service staff need to practice not showing stress and frustration so much including the managers. (Keep their comments about their team members to themselves and help each other more) Work as a team and try your very best. Loved the food, always have! If you do go when it's busy, be patient and remember the staff are doing the best they can!... And try the chocolate mousse pancakes !!!! 😍😉

I was actually impressed with the food. I ordered an omelet that came out hot and fully cooked, and looked like a ten layer burrito. Most of the staff were pleasant, although there was one short black woman who really needed to watch her mouth around customers. The restaurant is very small, but it does have its own parking lot. Overall, not a bad meal.

I really wanted to love IHOP as I always had but this time it was a disappointment. The food portions have gotten relatively smaller since the last time I went, it wasn’t as good quality and service wasn’t awesome. It was also incredibly packed and the list order was not respected. Someone from my party had to tell the host that we were there before the people they were going to sit first. I think you should go to their direct competition as the service and food quality is way better.

Stopped in while on vacation since the hotel breakfast is a ridiculous cost. Meal here is what you expect from IHOP. Fast reasonable service in the morning. Be warned this place is small and was packed on a Wednesday morning. Lots of families all likely on vacation to. Meal itself was good. Kids Meal was as described and the kiddo enjoyed it. Coffee was delicious. Fried steak was good but they're all little stingy with gravy. Omelet was probably the best Meal at the table. Service was friendly! Overall, I'm sure we'll go back later this week.

Don't get me wrong.. But today it wasn't hitting on nothing for me. I guess I will keep going to my number spot off 36 street near MIA airport.

Came here twice with my friend while she was visiting me. Both times the experience was bad. First time we had to wait forever for our food but the food was good. Second time (today) same issue. It took forever to get our food and once it got to our table my food was cold and my friends order was wrong. It took another 30 mins to get the right sandwich for her. Won’t be returning to this location.

One the worst ihop ever , especially the manager , so rude , 😤 , and the food burnt, the waiter worse , I think he was a newbie or he didn't like his job . I wouldn't recommend this place to eat breakfast. I been in so many ihops locations but this one is the worst.

For some reason this IHOP is experiencing serious staff problems... I tried it twice (around 8 PM and 3 PM) and in both cases it was closed. I managed to beg one of the staff to let us in at 3, but it was only to order takeout... The pancakes were very good, but you need to be really lucky to find the restaurant open.

It's cheap and open 24hrs. Quality and customer service are poor! If you wake-up jet lagged in the middle of the night - go there. If there are any other options available - don't go!

Small spot but service was quick. Server Mary was super fun and personable. It seemed to be only Mary and the cook but they got everything cranked out quick for our party of 11. We had drinks, milkshakes, pancakes, Omlet, cheeseburger, etc. everything was just right.

My Fellow American, today Chasidy my Bestie and I went to an undisclosed IHOP location and what an incredible experience. Our server Josue and his Manager were amazing and the food was amazing and service second to none.

Nice breakfast place, close to the beach. Clean, nice atmosphere. We ordered eggs Benedict and dessert. The dessert was very tasty, not too sweet. Benedict was overcooked, the yolk was not runny, and it looked like these eggs were simply boiled. Thank you very much Mary for the good service and pleasant communication

Amazing place for a genuine American breakfast. If you enjoy health food, this isn't the place for you!!!! But, if you like the taste of American food, came, it's perfect!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life! Do not go here! Avoid this place at all costs. The people were rude and the food was horrible! We waited 30 minutes to be seated wich was fine with us. But once we were seated we waited 30 minutes before anyone ever came to the table. No water or napkins. It was an hour before we got coffee. They brought out my plate and then it was another 30 minutes before they brought out the others plates. I waited to eat and my food and by that time it was cold!.

We had strawberry waffles and a split decision breakfast combo. Needless to say the split decision meal was very tasty and portion was adequate. Staff was very friendly and attentive, but one thing was its quite noisy. Nevertheless it does not take away from the experience.

Coming there every day until I'm in Miami. First night we came, there was a cool guy working the night shift, convinced me to take sirloin tips with eggs and I loved it!

Very nice! The wait was not bad at all. Service was good; Ms. Sherri was a nice lady. Will return.

I already tried IHOP n I like it also that's why I went today Miami beach IHOP fort time n I got this.totaly burn hash browns and the bowl which supposed to be serve with rice which serve with hash brown. Really disappointed with food here.plz try to check before going.

The food was just ok once it arrived! We waited about 45 for our food. The server was not friendly at all. He looked like it was a chore to wait on us. I was not comfortable with the service. Sever people came in after us and got served. I don't know what that was about but we will never go back there.

The breakfast was really good, and I couldn’t decide on what to have so I went for the ‘split decision’ which had sausages, egg and bacon as well as French toast and pancakes. It was really delicious however the pancakes got too much and it became quite sickly. I couldn’t finish all my pancakes but overall it was a really nice easy place for breakfast. It’s one of those places you want to try once.

The past 2 years we have came to Miami, we’ve made sure to go to IHOP because the service is great & so is the food. Every time we’ve went Sherry & the older gentleman, who may be Cuban we couldn’t see his name tag & we kept forgetting to look at the receipt, are AWESOME. They make you feel right at home. They are always on top of things & making sure everything is running smoothly. We love it here & will definitely be back if we are blessed enough to get to come back to Miami!

I was starving at 6 am ! iHop had a great special for like $35-40 for the family on DoorDash and I was very very happy with how the food was very good quality and cooked well ! Usually iHop is pretty good but this was a little extra better ! Only thing they didn’t give me enough syrup and only like 2 ketchup packets and no utensils !!

**The waitress with red hair seems to show favouritism to certain customers and disregards the list of people who are waiting for their table.** She tried to place another family, of the same member size as our family, first, even though we came before them and our name was ahead of them on the list. She said to them that she would put her name next to their name on the list so that they would get accepted in first and at her section. The other family also tried to budge their way in before us. I never expected such behaviour at a franchise restaurant like IHOP. Luckily, the other staff members did not allow this to happen. Aside from that issue, the waiter for our table was very kind and gave excellent service. He was friendly and very helpful. We received exceptional service from him and are very appreciative of that! The food was also very good! **I would have given 5 stars, if not for that incident.**

Breakfast was made to order fresh. This IHOP location is very busy because it's across from the beach. So be patient they will sit you. Staff is really welcoming and gets the orders out the minute it's ready😊😊

They have the best steak omelette that I have ever eaten in my life !!! The pancakes are to die for and the flavors of the syrup are excellent too 😋😋😋 you can come here for any kind of meal literally. You can come here for a burger, you can come here for breakfast, you can come here for lunch or you can come here for dinner. It is all up to you. IHOP will never let you down. As good as always and the Chocolate Chocolate Chip pancakes were just... delicious!!!

The place just reopened, I was giving it a shot. They was very disorganized. The waiters and waitresses had tattoos all over their arms. Very unprofessional. They were all rude. The Management Adrian or Alex, I forgot his name, tried to keep up, but even the management needs some help. Our food arrived. Burnt pancakes, and hair in the food. Asked the waitress for a refund or to replace the food. She got an attitude with us. I noticed people walking out because of how the new business was ran. I would Never recommend them to anyone.

I recently dined at IHOP and had a disappointing experience. The food quality was subpar, the service was incredibly slow, and the waitstaff displayed rudeness. Additionally, I found the prices to be unreasonably high for the overall mediocre experience. Not recommended. To make matters worse, we endured a staggering 45-minute wait just to receive our food. The extended delay significantly added to the overall dissatisfaction with the dining experience at IHOP.
