This is a very well-organized shopping centre, and I admire how the management has kept it in order. The fact that this mall has a dining area is a plus. I really enjoy their outdoor room. Their fountain-filled garden was beautiful to look at. It is, indeed, a friendly and cool spot. We will undoubtedly return!

They changed the parking policy and asked me to pay for 10 minutes of parking. After I told her I didn’t find what I wanted she ( the parking supervisor) send me to bring prove of shopping. To go out of the parking with the super long line is a nightmare. Next time I will go to other Publix and other Ross

They changed the parking from free to prove you purchased something or pay. It's a real pain in the you know what now!

Great parking for Publix and other stores. But poorly maintained. Elevators are filthy and many times, out of service.

Neat shopping center well located in the heart of Miami Beach but the store selection is a little lacking in my opinion.

Just to say there's a Ross for less, Tj Maxx ñ Publix. Best of all, I think it was called Superbowls. Ground floor. Amazing juices. Salads. Food.

Stores are great but parking garage is poorly maintained. Elevators need substantial repair and many times are out of order. Even though I live not far from the Publix at this facility, I drive to another Publix to avoid the filth and disrepair of both the elevators and the parking area.

Best one stop shopping corner in South Beach, situated on Alton Rd. and 5th Street this single structure/one block shopping center is easily accessible from main roads and the I-365 expressway. Plenty of on site parking (free first 1/2 hour) ideal for locals and visitors. Among others, Publix supermarket for your grocery needs, Best Buy for electronics, Ross for brand clothing priced right, pet needs and much more.

I remember back in the 80' this Area was not that friendly per say. I hope things have change since those days. I used to walk with my mom in the afternoon all the way down from 3×× Washington Ave to the Marina. Lots of positive changes now and a bunch of new buildings. Clean street, and lots of people walking up and down everywhere. Nice.

Elevators dont work properly and this issue persists. If you are disabled this shopping place might not be for you. Best Buy here is sad!

They changed the parking rules and now you have to present a receipt to exit without paying. Be aware! Rate for 2h is $4

My shopping experience was fantastic, and I learned how to appreciate all of the goods and brands in the store. I'm very impressed with the amenities they have. Clean public restrooms, food parks, and banking facilities all in one! A must-see shopping mall!

There is a bathroom near the arcade and it was in nice condition. I was looking forward to the musical stairs but they are actually underwhelming. I think painting them some fun colors would spice them up a little.

Worked a private party here, the place is beautiful, right off the water with a great outside seating area. The food was great, and the staff is very clean cut and professional. Great size venue for parties. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The whole place is chic and elegant. And valet is available.

DON'T GO TO THE RESTROOMS. You simply must avoid them. They are really dirty all the time. I don't even see any cleaning crew around. They smell really bad. Upon entering, a foul stench fills your nostrils and burns them beyond recognition. It is as if Satan himself were tasked with designing a restroom so repulsive that even his captives would rather go in the corner in the fiery depths of hell. The standard of toilet tissue is also truly appalling, double ply in this day and age is simply a must. If I wanted to use single ply I would move to a third world country. I have heard people complaining about the sea lions but they are an absolute walk in the park compared to the halitotic odor emitting from these death traps.

You know what - it might be popular to talk smack about this tourist trap but I say you need to visit. They have something for everyone and even do free shows some days which are fun. There is a mini farmer's market at the end of the Pier and what great views of Alcatraz, the Bay Bridge and the bay. Go see the sea lions who are ridiculously cute. There are several great places to eat, some really unique shops which are not even horribly priced....and there is always the carousel. I also love walking through here at night...

Parking is free if you stay less than two hours! There’s a good variety of shops. I go to PetCo and the Best Buy regularly.

South Beach Grand Central. Arrive here or catch public transportation out of the beach from this great location. Shop or grab a bite to eat. There are many things to do here.

The the property offers vary nice condos, but some of the prices are a little bit high, but I definitely like the place.

We liked the amusement community outside of the retail outlet. The music made this spot supernatural. I recommend you visit the diversion place in the evening. The actual mall is titanic and everybody can find a genuine shop or a food territory. Strangely, it is hard to arrange in this retail plaza, as there are a huge load of routes out and ways. As a rule, We were content with our shopping time and walking around the diversion community!

They made certain that you would have a good time while drinking your coffee. It was a large, clean, and tidy space. The atmosphere was quite relaxing and inviting.
