The
employees
were
very
kind
however
my
hair
cut
and
color
did
not
work
out.
I
showed
a
photo
of
exactly
what
I
wanted,
a
hair
cut
I’ve
had
several
times
in
my
life
based
on
the
same
photo.
It
has
the
front,
sides
and
back
views.
The
stylist
said
he
understood
and
then
proceeded
to
cut
one
length
when
the
cut
I
asked
for
has
layers.
I
asked
him
for
layers
and
he
put
a
few
in
the
back.
None
in
the
front.
I
pointed
out
the
cut
was
uneven
and
he
tried
to
fix
that.
I
ended
up
leaving
and
then
coming
back
to
give
him
one
last
chance
to
fix
it
and
in
5
minutes
he
chopped
my
hair
3
inches
shorter.
I
left
and
will
never
be
back.
The
color
was
a
similar
mess.
Again,
I
asked
for
exactly
what
the
photo
showed
and
I
indicated
to
him
where
the
color
should
start
which
was
half
way
down
the
length
of
my
hair.
I
paid
for
balagae
which
was
$200
and
he
did
a
mix
of
balagae
and
highlights
and
he
started
it
at
my
roots.
I
protested
after
the
first
few
but
be
said
it
was
the
technique
and
looked
at
the
photo
again
to
be
sure.
He
said
it
would
turn
out
exactly
that
way
but
it
did
not.
I
am
now
much
lighter
than
I
wanted.
I’m
very
upset
that
I
paid
about
$300
for
something
I
need
to
get
fixed
today.
I
graduate
tomorrow
and
did
not
want
to
deal
with
this.
I
do
not
recommend
hair
services
at
this
salon
to
anyone.
