Beautiful place! Gorgeous decoration. I enjoyed the delicious smell of coffee once you enter to the store. They have great service and they offer you gratuity coffee while the attend you for your shopping. Nothings better than enjoy a great coffee :)

Elcin was amazing! She helped us with the different machines and allowed us to try a sample before we purchased some coffee. She was very helpful when it came to upcoming flavors and what to look out for. Thanks Elcin!!

I love Nespresso for so many years but what I love the most is the way I’m being greeted at the boutique by Fran. She’s always smiling and making me feel so special. Thank you Fran! Even though it’s easier for me to purchase the capsules through Amazon I prefer to drive to the boutique since the experience with you is unexceptional. Cheers! Asonte ❤️

This is the most impressive Nespresso boutique I have ever visited. The customer service here is top notch. There is a coffee shop in the front that sells espresso based drinks to the masses, but go straight to the back to try free samples of the newest pods before you buy.

I literally love everyone at this location! They are always so sweet and welcoming whenever I come in! I appreciate my caffeine suppliers ❤️ I always look forward to coming in and getting my refill and having a laugh with them all !

I like this new location a lot more than when it was at the west end of the street. Even though it is smaller it feels a lot brighter and neater. Today I was helped by Regina who was very knowledgeable, helped me get everything I needed and also suggested some new flavors, varieties and ways to prepare iced coffee; and last but not least, reminded me that my machine is due for descaling. Like other reviewers have mentioned, you can easily get your pods online, but coming to the store never disappoints.

I have been coming to this store several times since is the only one in the area, unfortunately the service they provide here can be worse every time you go. First time I was trying to get a machine and the saleswoman would not stop offering me a more expensive machine since they didn’t have the one I wanted available, lying to me saying that that machine wasn’t being manufactured anymore; I purchased the bigger version and went straight to William Sanoma to realize that there they could have ordered the machine for the same price and delivered to my house; 5min later I was requesting a refund of course. Second time this person making people wait for no reason, and whenever they decided to help me, the whole transaction rushed like “just pick something and go”. The 3rd time was actually a surprisingly nice experience, there was this amazing red headed girl who was completely the opposite of the other two experiences. The actual reason I went a forth time to get supplies, but guess what, I didn’t get anything besides rudeness and a bunch of attitude AGAIN. It’s so sad, I love Nespresso products, I guess having purchased 3 machines so far talks about how into Nespresso coffee I am. But dealing with this, no thanks. This store is a complete disaster customer service wise, not coming back and I recommend you not to waste your time nor your money here.

I've ordered capsules from Nespresso like three or four times but this was was my first time ordering for pick up and it was completely terrible. The website says the order will be hour in 2 hours after placing a store pick up but that's not true, well, not in my case. Three hours later, I get an email saying my order is being processed. Another two hours pass and no email or text from them and I checked the order status on the website and it said "order in progress". I called and the woman said the order was finished on her screen but on my end it still said "order in progress". I finally go to the store and the girl with purple bangs said the order was hidden. I asked her why I didn't get an e-mail and that it said "order in progress" and all she said was "that's okay". Like how is that a response? She was so dismissive. She also had a small attitude that I didn't even bother asking her again and I just got my order and left. After I picked up my order that was when I got two emails saying my order was ready. I'm never placing a pick up order from them ever again. I'll just keep having my orders shipped to my house.

Good coffee. Cute shop. Great location. Didn’t have bottles of water which was disappointing on a really hot day.

The tasting experience is terrible. They won’t even give you a sip of milk to try your coffee. Not even asking for it, they don’t do it because they don’t want to obviously they have. Ridiculous!!

The staff is super friendly, and gave us recommendations on our Vertuo coffee selection. We were even offered sample coffees to try before our purchase, so that was a nice touch.

I have been to this place a few times and I really enjoy the atmosphere and the delicious coffee drinks. My son is obsessed with their lava cake with a scoop of the most delicious vanilla ice cream. The espresso milk shake was divine and my daughter's hot chocolate with almond milk was tasty. Will definitely continue to come when I am in the area. The waitress was pleasant but was dragging her feet as if she had been on her feet all day.

A nicely mixed cafe and store in Lincoln Road. The front of the cafe sells coffees and a some tasty cake/desserts. At the back you can buy the Nespresso machines and stock up on the coffee pods for use at home. This store must sell every Nespresso product! You can try the different blends before you buy. There is seating outside too, if you have pets as they aren’t allowed into the store.

First time I go to a Nespresso boutique and am told there is no free coffee with purchase, only the pumpkin tasting and no milk either. Not on par with what I am used to from Nespresso internationally.

I always forget how much I love Nespresso. The coffee is great and super strong. I enjoy just relaxing in the cafe peeking up my day.

Great coffee spot when you need an escape from your typical Starbucks experience. Ample space with indoor and outdoor seating and a wide selection of classic and customized drinks and desserts.

I have my own Nespresso machine for several years and it’s great. This store sells coffee drinks, coffee machines, and has free sample bar that provides several free samples to try. The back wall has a huge supply of coffee cartridges. Very impressed!
