Had a great time on the jet boat. You are required to take off your shoes and put it in a box with all your belongings upon departing. They do hand out plastic bags to put your phones into so that you can take pictures when they tell you. I barely got wet but I guess it depends on the driver you get and the crowd you are with. I did enjoy the fresh air and the gorgeous views. We had an excellent tour guide.

I flew to Miami for my birthday and one of the things I was most looking forward to was jet skiing. I planned it a week in advance for the day before I go back home so my hair could stay nice for birthday pictures on the days leading up to the event. The day I was scheduled to do it the guide cancelled due to an emergency. I got a text asking if I’d like to reschedule for another day or get a refund. I was highly disappointed due to the fact that I was leaving the following day to go back home. I really wish this company was more dependable and had a back up for if an employee can’t make it. Not everyone who wants to do activities with this company lives in Miami. I was told my wife and I were the only ones scheduled for the day. Oh great so take it upon yourself to cancel. How “wonderful” >:-(

This was by far the best boat ride I've been on. Extremely fun and was the highlight of my vacation. Loved the fact how the driver and deckhand stopped and offered to take pics for us. Thank you guys!!!

Lisa and her partner who I’ve forgotten his name, were great. Funny fun! Loved the wind in my hair and the mini tour of superstar homes. I do wish we did a few more twists and turns! But 30 mins was a good amount of time. Enjoy. Would recommend ok

Had a great time with this company. They had an issue with one of their jet skis before we started but they were able to quickly accomadate refunds. Plenty of turf provided to move around and it was really fun for the hour we had. Would probably go through these guys again if I come back.

Amazing experience! They waited for us even though we weee running late. Our jet boat guide was fun and friendly and even put on Jewish music for us. Definitely recommend and would do it again myself when I visit Miami next. The ride was so fun and entertaining!

*updated* - After reading other reviews, I see that I'm not the only one who has not been refunded money. Be wary booking from this place. Disappointed in their service. I purchased a group of tickets for the adrenaline boat ride in May. On the day of the tour, I was informed the weather was unsafe to go out in the water (understandable). They mentioned that I would be refunded the amount I paid, however, I have yet to be refunded. I have tried contacting them via phone, email, and inquiry through their website, and have not received a response. Disappointed in their lack of communication.

We booked a ride with Go city all inclusive pass. At the scheduled time we arrived, nobody poped up, I called them, they told they cancelled the tour because of weather conditions. And they cant call me because I have an international number. Anyway, the weather was beautiful, and if the company sent a mail yesterday to remind me todays ride, why cant send me a mail before???? Very amateur, very unprofessional. Not an American costumer service… maybe it is a Russion company…. :) Maybe next time with another tour operator… choose somebody else…. Not these cheaters…

These company is a giant Fraud. I had a group of 9 and we were supposed to do the adrenaline junkie jet boat ride, I had booked this 3 weeks in advance, only for them to cancel on me a day before the events stating some unrelated issues with the boat. To make matters worse, they won’t refund me. They have the worst customer service in Miami, their phones are unreachable. They’re basically in business to ripped people off. I really hope the state would revoke their license. I would leave zero star if I could, just useless set of people.

We were excited to go on the jetboat but came off very disappointed. Our guide was great (Andreas) very entertaining and fun. However the ride itself did not meet our expectations the thrill ride lasted about 2 mins and we slowed down a lot of times. We spent looking at dolphins (going very slowly) then the actual jet that was advertised.

It was a fun experience, but I wish it was a longer ride and they did more tricks. We sat in the front of the boat and we did get wet but not too much to be honest. The captain did a few boat tricks, then took us out to two islands and showed us the different rich houses (Will Smith, Elizabeth Taylor, Ricky Martin, famous CEOs, etc). Then we came back into the harbor and the captain did a few more boat tricks, and that was it. It was half boat tour, half thrill tricks. But it was a nice boat ride. I would wear a sweater if you can't handle the sea breeze.

I went jet boating with 3 friends on the Apocalypse jet boat and it was amazing!!! We had the best time ever! They really knew how to make it a blast. The music was awesome! There were drops and twists and turns and we got wet-but not soaked. The captain was super considerate of another passengers request to slow down due to nausea, but still keep the thrill. 10/10 recommend and I will be back!

I wish I could give negative stars. Yesterday I booked a 3 hour catamaran trip, that was to include free beer and wine for 5 family members that are currently celebrating my cousin’s 21st birthday. It cost almost $1000 total. Several hours later, my cousin received a text that their trip was cancelled due to the captain being “unavailable” and management felt that offering a $37 per person hour long speed boat trip was comparable to the money I spent, rather than the yacht, pontoon, and sightseeing cruises offered around the same cost. Now I am waiting for the almost $1000 to be refunded to my bank account, leaving me without the funds to plan something else special for my cousin.

0- Stars Be careful paying for this ahead of time. I brought 2 off of Groupon. My father n law passed away, and I was told “the fine print states no refunds” they didn’t even offer a credit just basically “sorry for your loss”. And when you call Jet Boat, it goes straight to the voicemail. And unfortunately “IT’S FULL”! Death is unexpected I’m sorry we didn’t plan on him passing away so suddenly!

Our experience was supposed to start at 11:00. On our way to the venue, we get a text and email that our event had been moved to 12:15. They gave no reason. Luckily, we didn't have any other excursions planned for that day in Miami or we would be toast. We still arrived at the site to make sure we knew where we were going. To our surprise, the owner of the boat was there. She took the boat out at 11:00 with 4 people on board including herself. I called to inquire why they left instead of completing the tour and was told they moved our time because our party were the only ones scheduled and they don't take the boat out with just 3 people even though we just saw them leave with 3 people. I asked them how many people were scheduled for the 12:15 tour. They said 15. At 12:00, they still were not back so I called again, and they said they had to go get fuel for the boat and were on the way back. The driver of the boat arrived and said they were out getting fuel. If they knew they needed fuel, why not go get it at 9 or 10 to be ready for the 12:15 change. They put their interests before the interests of the people that had prepaid. Other people started showing up for their scheduled 12:00 tour. We eventually left about 12:45. The driver gave a good summary of what to expect. They started playing rap music whereby every other word was the "n" word. That seemed rather strange with us being African Americans. It seemed they didn't care. The music also contained explicit lyrics despite small children onboard. I wondered if they were sending a message to me as they could tell I was quite upset at the delays in 90-degree temperatures. Once out on the water, the experience was wonderful and a lot of fun. The driver performed stunts that got us completely wet which they had already warned us and other stunts of turning and going into the air. It was wild. Upon return, I told the driver it was a good experience and even gave them a $10 tip. The driver said he wanted to make the excursion extra special because they were worried because I had such a disappointed look on my face because of all the delays and run around. They got to the point where they wouldn't answer my calls when inquiring about the delays. Overall, good ride but poor business management and attention to music detail.

I had a blast. The adrenaline rush was everything! A must do if you’re traveling to Miami. The host and the captain were the best. Great ride, great people!!

Great time 100% recommend. Me and my husband were running behind they waited on us. We had so much fun and we got super wet, but we set on the front row. I recommend wearing a bathing suit or something you don’t mind getting wet in.

We are from Virginia and did NOT plan for Miami Beach traffic. We ran late and they waited for my party of girls to come and helped us on the boat. 10/10 would for sure recommend any day!!

I really enjoyed jet skiing with you guys. The staff were really helpful. They took us on a little boat ride to the jet skis which was really nice. They let us ride around for an hour. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Best speedboat experience ever! The organizer and all of the staff was so sweet and supportive. Also got to see dolphins in their natural habitat. Would hubdred percent do it again even if I had to pay more!

We rented jet skis and we had a wonderful time. The price was good and they’ll make sure your comfortable. I was so scared at first but overall I definitely enjoyed it. Once I come back I’ll be to jet ski again! Thanks for the amazing time!!!!

Visiting from Rochester,NY for our kids Christmas gift, we had a great time! Our only disappointment was it took so long to get the “playground” that we only were able to experience 4 180/360’s. Crew was wonderful! Our kids asked to do it again so I’d say it was a win!

The boat ride was very exciting definitely an adrenaline rush. The view was amazing. I loved star island. The boat tricks were awesome! The instructor and captain have amazing personalities and explained the rules greatly. Affordable.
