9/10 experience. My fiancé and i have been dying to jet ski and we finally found a jet ski rental place that didn’t give you the run a round to book one. Upon arriving, you have to take a boating exam which is pretty easy. When we arrived there was a young lady at the window who didn’t acknowledge us for about 5-7 minutes, so we figured since the gate is open maybe you have to come around the other side, but when we tried that she got a little snarky saying to come back to where we just were. I said aloud we were just right there and you didn’t care to say anything to us. No hello, no I’ll be right with you, nothing. After that, we were assisted by who I assume to be the manager and he was super friendly and helped me gain clarity on the service charge that was added to our total. I signed up for the 1 hour for $200.00 and ended up paying altogether $223.80. Our jet ski instructor was super nice as well and he took great photos and videos of us for tips. He was very knowledgeable of the Star Island homes and really got to know us and about our stay. Id recommend everyone to try jet skiing at least once. It was our first time and we loved it. I’d give this place a 10/10 if the young lady was a little more customer service oriented in the beginning.

The best hour we had in Miami! We loved it! We had a great time this morning! It was our first time driving a jet ski, so we decided to take the guided tour. Douglas, our guide, took good care of us which made us feel really safe all the time. He showed us places that you can only see from the water. He always checked if we are ok, drove at our pace, making sure we are enjoying the trip. Very professional and friendly 🙂 We've had so much fun! If you are in Miami Beach don't miss it! We let the pictures do the talking 😜

Had a great experience here! Tiffany was very helpful throughout and was a pleasure dealing with. She’s the nicest person I’ve met in Miami so far!!! Other than that jet skiing was amazing and the staff out on the water is great! definitely recommend this place! Oh and don’t forget to reach Tiffany for all your need she’s THE BEST!

What a disappointment this place is. Horrible customer survice. Avoid this place if you can. We called this place to obtain all required information needed to get the rental. The person on the phone failed to tell us that all people, even passengers, are required to have photo ID in order to sign the waiver. Website has unclear information about it. If you are lucky to get a rental there be aware that there is a boundary where you can take jet ski. So we were not giving an opportunity to reschedule our reservation and haven’t received our deposit back. Ask about deals in your hotel. We were offered 2 hours jet ski for only $150.

Cory (our guide) and Yari and another young guy there were all fabulous - it’s not the cheapest thing you’ll do in Miami but an amazing experience and well worth every cent. Thanks so much guys. Nick and Leila 👍

Best experience! We booked a 30 min slot and was on the water in no time - the staff was super friendly, and stayed patient with me while I had some card issues. I would definitely recommend this spot to everyone I know - I can’t wait to come back!

Great Time! Do the tour! My wife and I booked the 1hr recreation but decided to spend the extra $40 for the guided tour and was well worth it! Our guide Jonathan was great! He took pictures and videos for us and even spotted dolphins by picnic island! The tour is a great way to see the bay and experience Miami from a different perspective!

Pedro was a phenomenal tour guide during my jet ski tour in Miami. I will definitely be back and I cannot express how much fun I had during the tour and going to different parts of Miami. Thank you for the wonderful tour! I look forward to coming back soon.

Awesome experience! It was our first time jet skiing, we shared one and did the one hour. Perfect amount of time and both of us got to drive. Ivan and Chris were awesome out on the water. And Leticia was so sweet checking us in. Would totally recommend this experience

We met Laticia on South Beach by our hotel, looking to ride jet skis. She was so helpful and bubbly. The whole team at the dock was super friendly, especially Chris. Our jet ski tour guide was Jesus. He was so informative and fun. Lovely experience.

Jesus was an unbelievable tour guide, as well as solid jet-ski instructor (first timer here). It took little time to get comfortable and keeping up with the very entertaining Jesus guide. If you’re in Miami you should book jet ski tour and request this guy, he’s the bomb!

Absolutely incredible time with the guided jet ski tour at the Miami marina. Darlene and Jesus could not have been more pleasant. Jesus was an awesome tour guide showing us around some of the best spots in the city. Highly recommend!!

This was my first time jet skiing and it was incredible! Everything was explained well, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, Pedro accompanied us but not too intrusive and even made beautiful pictures of us! I’m really glad we chose Bouyah! Thank you!

Friendly guys that showed us beautiful Miami, on our own jet ski! You still can run her wide open, catch some good waves, catch some air, and jump in the nice warm water. The best guide, Austin, showed us the finer things in life and it was wet and wild! Definitely would do again!

We did 1 hour the jetski tour which we would highly recommend! Great combination of information and free ride time. Jesus was our guide - he was excellent and made the tour extra enjoyable! He also took some really good photos for us

It was fun! I LOVED that the place doesn't take security deposits like everywhere else so I don't have to worry about if they refunded me yet afterwards. I forgot the name of our instructor but he had black curly hair, tattoos and was beyond cute! (I think it was Pedro but I could be wrong) My cousin and I were struggling and he stayed with us. He was really helpful. The only reason why I didn't give the experience all 5 stars was because $122 for 30 minutes is TOO MUCH . By the time we finally got the hang of it our time was up! It felt like we were only on the water for 10 minutes. Overall, it was fun and I would do it again.

My mom and I had a great time during our experience. At the time we were supposed to start our ride, it began to rain. The crew made sure we remained safe and we waited in a sheltered area until the weather was clear. Once we got out on the water, it was AMAZING! Nikolai, Pedro, and the young lady whose name I forget, were super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Jesus our water guide was so much fun! You could tell he was very comfortable on the jet ski, and although it was our first time he still gave us enough space to explore and learn on our own. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is there is no secure place for your belongings. They provide lockers but they have no way of locking, and although nice, the staff’s assurance to watch your things doesn’t fill you with confidence as the company’s clearly posted policy is that they’re not responsible. But other than that, I would totally recommend it!

Phenomenal experience. Pedro was our guide and he was super nice, explained everything, and was there every step of the way. He also does amazing tricks on the jet ski. The entire staff was nice! Highly recommend this place. Exceeded my expectations! Five stars plus!

We had a blast. Paid 100$ per 30min of jet ski including taxes, no hidden charges. Juan and blue were very helpful and cooperative, both of them made it so easy and fun for us, Juan even took pictures after they were closed 5/5

Do not use BOO YAH Watersports!!!!! We were expecting a tour and and ,wow, we got a race behind a teenager doing over 70 mph and attempting to do tricks the whole time. The kid was extremely disrespectful and would use his ski to splash us and other customers in the face. It was exactly the worst experience I could have imagined. If the kid wasn't a kid I may have taken matters a completely different way. Please find another ski rental place. DO NOT GO HERE. There is another place just across the bridge. Do not use BOO YAH Watersports!!!!!

Tiffany was extremely helpful and funny. Doug was an amazing Instructor, gave us some POI’s when we were whipping our jet skis around. Overall 10/10 experience.

My boyfriend and I came here, booked a ReC Jetski for an hour. It was honestly a great experience from the moment we got there until we left. Tiffany was very accommodating and so kind! Doug was great as well. He was our safety guide and going there I was pretty afraid, as it's been a while since I've been on one, but made me feel safe with him around! We got to see some great houses along the shore and there wasn't too much boat activity so the water was calm. Definitely recommend!

It was a lot of fun, the staff is friendly and professional. My only suggestion is that they should offer water to the customers. Also make sure to bring your credit card and ID.

It is a wonderful experience 100% recommended, Manuel was our guide and he is phenomenal. There really must be done.
