I did the Everglades tour with the Miami Tours and for what it is it is NOT worth $55 !! I would pay $20-30 for what i got, it is basically 1hr transfer one way and another hour back, some half an hour people lining up to pet baby alligator and then the boat for about 20 mins.. the bus driver had stickers all over the bus that you MUST pay him $5 MINIMUM tip ! Then before finished he kept repeating that you must pay this and was waiting infront of the door with a box to give him the tip.. made everyone really uncomfortable, to be honest we had 0 contact with the driver so i don’t see why is he so hard demanding this tip for nothing!?!!? For one hour each way he insisted he deserves $300 in tips from the 60 peoples on the bus! Dont do it with the office , Viator has this tour half price which is way more appropriate!

The double deck tour bus is a total scam!! We went to the little Havana street like described and almost where there for 2hrs just waiting in the bud after they walked up thorough the 3 stores. One of the stores was a cigarette store not for kids! We where only on the bus for 30 minuets and on the street for 2hrs waiting for our tour guy to come back. Everyone was already on the bus we where all waiting on the tour guide to come on our bus so we can leave.

The bus tour was acceptable, but the aggresive tip collection killed the atmosphere. We were told to go to a specific restaurant and order something while we wait for tickets for the remainder of the tour. We didn’t order anything and were given our tickets last, the guide pretended she forgot us.

Double decker bus & boat tour around celebraties homes. Very misleading on time (it is over 5.5 hrs) the sales guy said it was a 3 hr tour and it feels like a total setup because they make you wait in areas/restaurants where you are expected to order & buy.

Excellent bus tour company had fun got to learn a whole lot about Miami on how it was developed excellent boat tour, Everglade tour, downtown, Miami tour, little Havana tour, and the Florida keys tour. I highly recommend it ask for Gilbert, the bus driver, and the narrator for the city tour. Ask for Manuel to drive you the Florida Keys also recommend to take the trolley. At the Florida Keys try to get Louie the trolley driver in the Florida Keys…pack a lunch take plenty of water and Gatorade stay hydrated. It was well worth it for $99.99 Miami Tours trolley at Florida Keys was about $50.00

I would give 0 starts. Do not buy any tours from this company it is a scam!! We bought the 3 tours. For the boat tour they almost left us because they gave no clear instructions on where to meet. We couldn't hear anything the guide was saying. The everglades tour was a disaster. The bus didn't have a working a/c. Bus arrived late at pick up location. Once we got on he bus the bus was broken and we had to stop in the middle of the road for about 15min. We made it to the boat ride place by miracle. Once we finished they had not sent another bus and expected us to get on the same bus which we did, only to have it stop again. We were there for at least 40 min inside with no a/c. People where getting off the bus and trying to have an uber pick them up on the middle of the road. People had other arrangements and some had plains to catch. The negligence and irresponsible was too much. They placed our lives in danger and should not be allowed to operate. The poor bus driver was trying his best but it was clearly not his fault and the fault of the operations people. Stay away!!

We booked 2 tours with this agency, and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was well organized. The agency was located in a street next to our hotel so we didn't look elsewhere, despite the bad comments... and we did well. Departures were on time, the buses were in good condition, the tours were well explained, the guides were friendly and experienced. The half-day Everglades tour is great for those who don't stay long in Miami, and the Key West day tour too, we had the driver & guide Cindy, super friendly and gave us lots of practical advice once you arrive in Key West. So despite the previous negative comments, I recommend this agency.

Currently in Miami for vacation , we booked the Everglades Tour , pick up was on point . On the way to the Everglades we got informations thrue speakers about things from the City . The Everglades where fun , the Airboat tour where also cool , the only thing you could "change" is to have a little more time in the Center , we couldn't really explore the stuff from the shops or visiting the Center, but for 50$ we got a cool memorie from Florida 🐊💪🏻

Worst bus trip I have ever had. We did the Little Havana bus tour and river cruise package. We were picked up from our hotel by a rude arrogant man and told to pay a $5 tip to just get us onto the double decker bus location. The bus was very old & dirty. First stop we were told half an hour, so we assumed morning coffee. Instead we were hussled into four different stores by the tour guide to spend some money. We didn't have the option of going into any stores of our choice in fear of losing the group and the bus. Then off to the Bayside, which was very nice. Get off the bus and ( asked to pay a tip ) shuffled into a restaurant, told to sit down and order lunch at our own expense. We were told after our meal, our cruise boat tour director will issue us our boat cruise tickets. We did the cruise which was good and highly recommend except for the pushy river boat tour director asking for tips. The bus trip is a complete waste of our time. Not a good experience at all!

Did the half day Miami bus and boat tour. The bus part was nice. Our tour guide was very informative. We made stops at a beach for some quick pictures and then Little Havana for a taste of Cuban coffee and lunch. What was disappointing was the boat tour. When we arrived, the top desk was already full, and our group was forced to either sit inside or stand at the back of the boat. Not the experience we were looking for.

I booked the Everglades tour in advance & when we got there, they gave us the City Boat tour tickets. We didn't realize until the boarding time. Luckily, we got the new tickets but the bus still left 15 mins late as it happened to other people. We get the Sawgrass Everglades late & didn't see the alligator show or any of that as the area where the show was crowded & the way the viewing stairs were adjusted, unless you are 7 feet tall, you didn't see anything. We waited almost 20 mins in line for an airboat before the tour worker asked why almost 20 people were standing in the hot sun. We did see some gators in the distance & it was fun riding the airboat, but it wasn't managed well overall

Miami city tour on the double decker bus was a lot of fun! We enjoyed our time in Little Havana drinking coffee and getting cigars. The second part of our tour was the cruise to see all the celebrity homes. Clean and fun. The third part was to travel to the Sawgrass Recreation air boat rides. We saw 4 alligators on the ride and enjoyed the education and pics with the baby alligator. Bus was clean and all guides professional! Great price for all day! Loved the order too. Ac bus home was relaxing.

Our tour was really good!! We did the sightseeing tour, boat tour, and everglades tour!! It was fun and private. We stopped at some places in Miami and they took us off the bus and actually showed the city. The only thing that made this review 4 stars was the fact that we had to wait 1 hour just to get on the bus. But overall the tours were good

Excellent staff and amazing service. We took three packages first we went to everglades national park. 1.The place is known for wild sight seeing of alligator in river.Place is beautiful and the service is great. Although my group was not able to see the alligator as the temperature that day was high(as told by the guide). 2. Bus tour - Bus took us to little Havana Market place famous for Cuban cigars. Also it took us to Downtown Miami and South Beach. 3. Boat Tour- The ship us to for sighting of infamous private island, star island and Miami Sea Port. Overall it was wonderful experience. Tips- Always wear a lot of sunscreen cream carry hat/scarf and full sleeve would be plus.

Don’t listen to all the negative reviews! I’m so glad we decided to do this! We did the bus and boat tour, and it was so fun and informative. Mr.Hernandez was an AWESOME tour guide. Don’t forget to get the coffee inside the cigar shop. It was so good. The boat tour was beautiful and relaxing.

Very badly. They said it was going to be in Spanish and it wasn't, the driver-guide didn't explain anything during the tour and didn't respond precisely to questions, and as a finishing touch, they never looked for us again after the boat ride. A member of the group called to complain and they cut him in the face. Each one had to return on their own.

I do not recommend unless you love waiting in the heat .I am pissed 😡 I’m out here from Chicago cooking like a rotisserie chicken for almost an hour waiting on the bus , I should be done . No refunds so pack your purse of patience and perseverance Part two These rag a muffins left us at the boat waiting for a pick up for two hours. Most people caught ride shares . Buyer beware 🤬

Tour wasn’t that bad, we enjoyed it overall, although I didn’t enjoy spending half of the time bending over trying to avoid branches hitting my face. Tour guide was knowledgeable but didn’t provide clear instructions about the boat ride and meeting point. It would have been a great experience if the bus had not left us behind at the end. A bus from the same company didn’t let us in and told us another bus was coming but it never happened. We had to go back to the pick up site on an Uber and the front desk lady told us it was our fault and didn’t even bothered to see what happened.

Used these guys in early 2022 for tours of Key West, the Everglades, and Miami itself. The tours are informative and worthwhile, but I do not like how passengers are guilt-tripped into donating at the end of each trip because the drivers/staff are apparently only paid in tips. This is morally wrong. If you own a business that requires you to employ people in order to run it and make it viable, you have a moral obligation to pay them a living wage, and not rely on the charity of your customers. That's disgusting and greedy.

If you’re browsing these reviews to help make a decision between this company and another - take this as your sign to choose literally any other tour!! We did the three tour package deal and after doing two tours there was a break for lunch. We were given a pick up location and time. The bus was late (fine) but it arrived already half full so only about a quarter of the people waiting could fit. We were told to wait for the next bus - 5 minutes. This quickly turned into 30 minutes and when it arrived, yet again, not enough seats. This was the last bus going to the Everglades for the day. So we found another bus on our own from the company (after 1.5 hours of phone calls and no resolution) that could take us back to the office. No refund would be issued but we could come back the following day for the full Everglades tour. Although annoyed, we took what we could get and rearranged our schedules. This time they picked us up from our hotel and we went on the tour BUT they did not have a bus that could return us to the hotel following the tour. We were kicked off two buses with a couple others who also needed ride back to their hotels (same issue). Finally, 30 minutes later, a random white van arrives to take us back. When we go to get out, the man points to a tip jar that says $5/person. Unreal.

Our city tour was spectacular and informative. We also enjoyed our boat tour out to see the mansions of the rich and famous. Ricky was our tour guide, and he did a spectacular job. We ended the day on an airboat ride in the Everglades. Overall, it was a wonderful day.

Great price and service. I booked my tour with very informative tour sales rep right by my hotel. They offer a variety of packages and options. We booked the bus and boat tour(@ $55 4 hours time total for trip) The bus tour travels from Miami beach to Biscayne to Little Havana. You get about 35 mins off bus before moving to next service. Before boarding boat you enjoy an hour at pier with shops and restaurants. The boat cruise is a celebrity island tour. Tours guides are great and humorous, do TIP but definitely say thank you😊). Only issue I had was waiting an hour back a pier for return bus. Just bad timing I guess. Otherwise a must do when visiting.

This is the local office for Miami. There seems to be a lot of confusion when you enter the shop nobody's sure of what they need to do. We bought our tickets from the RUI hotel and were directed to come to the office to hand in a slip we was waiting for ages. We missed our tour and had to be landed up being put into another tour. Once you're on it was a pretty good tour then we were dropped off at shops that we were encouraged to buy from particular shops we were ushered away from other shops. We also went on a boat trip to look at the celebrity's houses was a pretty good trip I enjoyed that immensely.

Family of four (2 teenagers) and we all enjoyed this bus and boat tour of Miami. We got to the main place on Lincoln Road half an hour before the trip departed which was good as you had to go in and register your arrival and there was quite a long line to do this. Then you wait for the bus to arrive. As I use a mobility scooter I felt the tour guide (Pablo) and driver looked after me really well and made sure I had what I needed. Pablo was always looking out for me in each destination of the bus tour and was informative along the way. We arrived at Bayside marketplace to get the boat tour, which we found interesting and enjoyable. We spent a bit of time after the boat tour looking around the shops, then got the 3.30pm bus back to Lincoln Road again. It was a good day and I thought the cost was fair.

We booked the Everglades for 55$ / pers including pick up / drop off at the hotel with a bus, boat tour at the Everglades and a 20 min show with alligators at the end of the tour You can also take a picture with a poor baby alligator 🥲🐊 The pick up was around 9:45am, we arrived at 12 qt the Everglades and left the Everglades at 1:40pm We saw 2 alligators .. I was expecting to see more. Also don’t expect a air boat

When we first walked in the front staff were all unprofessional and rude. They wrote an address on a piece of paper and told us to go there (3 miles away). We took an Uber to the destination just so we can wait inside a pontoon boat for someone that never showed up. Our Reservation was at 2pm and their guy showed up at 245. Don’t waste you’re money here!!!!!

Loved it. I took a tour with Duck Tours. It's a tour in and out of the water. If you want to get a quick look at Miami in an hour and 30 minutes, I think it is a good use of time and it is affordable. Kat, my tour guide was awesome. I unfortunately was not prepared to tip but please take some tip money because the tour guides deserve it. I would easily given Kat $50.

Booked 4 jet skis and our tour never showed up to take us to the jet skis. We waited in a pontoon boat for 1 hour, was told guy was on his way and never showed. They are unprofessional. If I could give them no stars I would. The staff is rude and they are robbing people for their money. Our guide never showed up.

A must do to explore Miami !!!! I did the bus then boat tour. Honestly I would of been ok with just the bus. They took us to the city, calle 8 and we saw good views. This tour was one of the best parts of my trips. If you want to take pictures with great backgrounds this is a must !!!! Except they were a little unorganized when we got picked up to go back to the drop off place.. we kept hearing different hours but overall great trip

Great tour bus, I did the city and mansion boat tour. I did not know they had a 3 combo of city, boat and everglades tour. Will have to do that next time I go.

👍👍 Had the most amazing time on this tour with Ariel as our guide. I’m Cuban and a local, but had never been out here. I brought my friends who were in town visiting from Atlanta, and we had a great time. Ariel was very knowledgeable of the Cuban history and culture that we experienced during the tour....

👍👍 Pablo took great care of us during our snorkeling tour. He drive very safely in choppy waters, pointed out the sites of Miami, had drinking water on board, Bluetooth for our music, & shade cover up. He had the reef to ourselves, and Pablo reminded us the tips and tricks of snorkeling.
