i’m really disappointed in the level of customer service i received. the salesperson had me feeling like i was a burden to them. smh!

I was in this Macy's looking for a dress for a gala very last minute & in a rush. I was so overwhelmed that I broke down in tears right there by myself. The manager, Irena, literally saved my mental health and the day for me. She found me several dresses, found the perfect dress. Elle at the makeup counter helped me find the most beautiful metallic colours for the gala. I cannot overstate how amazing the staff at this store are. I miss you Irena! She even helped me book a blow dry!!

Still has the Jim Crow era sunshine fashion sign out front put up the confederate Burdines officer. So much for the Democrat run Miami Beach historic preservation. Same geniuses say it will all be under water in less than a decade due to sea rise. The store is nice.

Love Macy's it's full of beautiful things. This time I saw some great bargains on the sale rail and came away with some gym jog bottoms and matching top. All less than $30 Amazing price and quality!

I had a great experience! Everyone friendly and welcoming. Charles in the fragrance department went above and beyond! Correctly picked the Celtics to win game 1 of the finals. While providing excellent customer service. He picked out Miss Dior for my wife (she loved it) I left some other things I left at another store at his register, he tracked me down in the street to get it to me! I found some great pants in the store as well amongst other pick ups. Thank you!

Small. I live across the street from Lincoln Rd so it's easy to shop. It's small but I found a lot of deals and finds for Christmas 2023. Not a bad store. It's set up for tourist, prices aren't bad but may be higher than say Aventura Mall or other Malls in Miami. Not sure, but definitely worth a look! I Love all the Ralph Lauren clothes!

Macy's is as usual pretty good, with very nice staff. Bought 2 pairs of shoes, at a discounted price. So quite happy to find a bargain of quality items.

Fantastic experience at the store! The staff, especially the man at the shoe store, went above and beyond to assist us. We snagged an amazing deal on our second pair of Guess shoes. Their dedication and helpfulness made our shopping trip truly enjoyable. Highly recommend their service and the great deals they offer!

I asked for perfume and I got eau de toilette, my fault..., I shouldn't trust the seller and I should've opened the gift box and read the bottom of the bottle before giving it away, what an embarrassing moment!!! I will exchange it, because it was not a cheap thing.

Believe her name is Ornely who works in the shoe dept. She's amazing, was patient and picked out a perfect pair of heels for me for a wedding. A pair I never would have picked myself and they look fabulous. So professional!

Ordered several items from the South Beach location and was greatly pleased with how efficient Macy's online ordering platform was. The products were appropriately priced based on the quality. Customer Service were professional and quick when retrieving my orders. Would purchase from Macy's South Beach again in the future based on my experiences so far.

Just popped on over because I had to buy a suit for a funeral and was helped by Ronnie in the men's department. He was super helpful and when I found one "good enough" he encourage me to try on one more jacket which was a still better fit and still right where I wanted to be price wise. He just had a good attitude and made sure I was taken care of. I'm not going to say this store is the most modern or anything like that, it could use a refresher for sure. But if you have good people, the rest is an easy fix.

My mom went to this store yesterday and she opened a macys card but the lady with blonde hair in Lancôme was extremely rude and had a nasty behavior and was acting very unprofessional hitting the computer struggling she couldn’t scan the card the right way so she went to one of the workers for help to help her and my mom translate but this rude lady was very nasty to two of the workers as well and told the young lady Elle “ I don’t need your help you could leave now this is my customer “ when all she was doing was helping my mom.My mom said she stayed there until she was done although the rude lady kept telling her to leave this young lady saved the day she was very sweet and patient this store needs to hire more people like her

Me and my significant other had a wonderful experience with the Lady in the jewelry department, she was amazing, she was pleasantly nice and helpful, I think she was from Ireland, Or London amazing attitude and very patient....
