For a brand that markets itself to high end customers, they have what I have found to be an inferior product and the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a pair of earrings (which I loved) about 2 years ago and subsequently, touted their brand and purchased it as gifts for others. However, I recently noticed that the top part of the earring was either severely tarnished or peeling. I brought them to the store where an extremely defensive and dismissive nasty woman was quick to dismiss my complaint and made no effort to try and satisfy a customer with a valid complaint. There was a much nicer salesperson there who did try to polish them (which did not work) and she did admit that this was very unusual and unfortunate). She checked to see if this particular was still available but there were not. Perhaps offering me another pair of earrings or at the very least a full or partial store credit would have been the basic tenet of customer service and satisfaction, but she said she could not do that. So very shortsighted - the company/brand has now lost a previously happy customer who touted their brand, and here I sit, taking the time to write a negative and accurate review to encourage others to stay clear of this very inferior brand, but more importantly, a company with no regard for taking care of their customers.

I feel so disappointed, bought a zen bracelet which ball came off, the ladies at the store asked to go l to the store where it was purchased (boca Raton store, fl) closed took an hour and a half drive for this excuse. I feel so bad, throwing my bracelet to the garbage because of this, come on guys

Been to the one in Cacún, both shops in Vegas, and now Lincoln Road in Miami. Always a great selection of unique jewelery for my girls. Never disappoints and never met staff this professional, not even at Tiffany's in NY or Chicago.

Over the service. One of the sales people was off and about to leave but several customers came in the store. She put her bags down and the customers for about 30 mins.

Excellent customer service. Getting rare on Lincoln road. Pleasant shopping experience, found the bracelet I was looking for. It was Sunday and the young woman was attentive and smiling. Happy to help. The manager checked sizes and was also helpful
