I cannot praise this business enough. I simply needed three watch batteries so I walked up to the store. As soon as Inwalked in I was greeted with a friendly smile. The lady treated my watches with great care. I was offered a seat and water and enjoyed a good conversation while I waited. I was so comfortable there that I bought more than I initially intended. Thank you for reminding me what awesome customer service feels like!!

Everyone here was super nice and helpful. I came in with two watches that I wasn’t sure how to resize and they helped me right away for free. I will definitely be back to get my batteries changed and to browse jewelry soon!

I had a repair of a sentimental piece, they were very helpful and identified the right fix for me which they did straight away at a very reasonable price. They stock a nice selection of locally made jewelry too. Highly recommended.

These people are awesome. They are very professional and the watch repair person is very patient and kind. I was having a difficulty with my wrist watch band and he helped me solve my problem. The sales ladies are also the best. I usually don't write reviews but in this case I felt I had to because I was so impressed by the service given to me at Bachi Jewels I highly recommend them . Besides they have a beautiful selection.
