We did a rapid antigen test at MedRite before our cruise. The center was very clean and professionally managed. The front desk support were kind and friendly. We received results within an hour of testing. The gelato/icecream place next door was a nice treat after testing. I would recommend MedRite for your Covid testing.

MedRite+ was great, very prompt service and very consice. They were very thorough with the procedure and were there step by step. Stephanie Gelin was fabulous and Dr. Chaya Fellig was awesome. The rep at the front desk, he has glasses and blonde hair, with a couple of tattoos. He was great taking my information and also great with the process, quick and simple. Thank you MedRite+!

Went on a Saturday morning. Didn’t wait at all. The girls working were super nice and helpful. Been here twice now. The place is super clean and the staff is great. In particular, the PA’s. Dawnta Gaines was lovely. So genuine and friendly that I wanted to stay longer. Is that weird? I wish more of Miami had service like this!

Came down with something while on vacation and needed care. Walked in and was treated promptly and received the medication I needed while I was there. Staff was pleasant, intelligent, and caring.

Walked in for consultation about a needed service. It was a bit overwhelming and chaotic speaking with the PA on staff Monday afternoon. I felt she wasn’t listening and was moreso bewildered, instead of curious, about the medical service I was inquiring about. She frequently interjected stating she’d never heard of this service and restlessly shook her head “no” while I was providing my history. One of the receptionists mentioned having to followup with the MD before confirming, which was helpful. The general energy amongst the three staff members was really unprofessional, reactive and intense. It was a lot of talking with no real problem solving, collaboration or deepened understanding.

The PA, Stephanie was amazing! Very personable and knowledgeable. Explained everything on details and provided the perfect treatment. It was kind of a challenge because im breastfeeding. Next day i feel much better. Im glad that i got to see her. The assistant was great. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again.

I’m so glad that I came to this clinic. My helix piercing was so infected that I couldn’t remove it anymore. The swelling had covered it all. And the last thing I wanted to do in vacation is to call 911. The care was amazing from check in to discharge. The female doctor was so amazing and kind. I always felt well cared for

Finally quality medical service in MB. Excellent! Zero wait, low bureaucracy, affordable, extremely clean facilities and polite friendly staff. Prescription was ready in minutes in a pharmacy across the road.

This place is so clean and beautiful and welcoming! Everybody was so pleasant, nobody wants to be sick on vacation, and these women helped me feel so much better! Dr. DAWNTA GAINES was a dream! I wish she was in New Jersey so I could see her as my primary care doctor on the regular. And Stephanie.G was so patient and answered all my questions and concerns. If your in Miami and not feeling well, definitely don’t sit in your hotel room sick, visit this amazing facility.. you will not regret it!

This is amazing place. The receptionist was very warm and kind. They provide you water bottles for free while waiting. The nurse and the doctor are truly awesome. Simply put, our experience was phenomenal. The next day we also received a follow up call to check how we are doing. Great.

I went there 6/16/22 for a rapid COVID test. I pre-registered online which made the check in very easy. I arrived right at 9am and was the first person in the door. I’m from out of town but my insurance was accepted fine and I waited maybe 4 or 5 minutes before having the test administered. The tech took my vitals and was very professional. I had my results in about an hour via text and email, and was able to download a PDF. Definitely recommend … they helped me out of a jam because another provider lost my PCR sample from a few days ago and I needed a result urgently.

Very easy. Very professional. Very friendly. The office is very clean and folks friendly. The service..covid testing was quick had our results quickly.. We could even go back if needing a printed copy... Any cruise out of Miami this will be our testing spot

By far, the best urgent care experience we have ever had! My husband and I are visiting from Colorado and we had to go get antigen rapid Covid tests for our upcoming cruise. We were met with incredibly upbeat, personable staff as soon as we walked through the door. Shakema, Nathan G. and Josh were so inviting when we arrived. They gave clear instruction and were happy to help us with whatever we needed. Our Covid tests were promptly done, and not surprising, the staff performing our tests were just as upbeat and welcoming. Frank, Sophie and Stephanie were just the best! The staff at Medrite on Lincoln Rd is the most professional and helpful. Been there for a lab test and everybody was extremely nice. Shakema ran the test on me, and even the other young lady at the reception has been the best. Thank you very much
