My
recent
experience
with
the
front
desk
customer
service
at
Modo
Yoga
Miami
Beach
left
me
compelled
to
share
my
feedback,
and
regrettably,
it's
not
a
positive
one.
I
believe
that
constructive
criticism
can
contribute
to
improvements,
and
in
this
case,
I
feel
it's
essential
to
highlight
the
unfortunate
encounter
I
had
with
a
staff
member
named
Kenzie.
Upon
entering
the
studio,
I
was
met
with
what
I
can
only
describe
as
the
worst
front
desk
customer
service
I
have
ever
experienced
in
the
yoga
community.
Kenzie's
demeanor
was
nothing
short
of
unkind,
rude,
and
remarkably
arrogant.
From
the
outset,
Kenzie
displayed
a
lack
of
courtesy
that
was
profoundly
disappointing.
Instead
of
the
warm
and
welcoming
atmosphere
one
typically
expects
in
a
yoga
studio,
her
attitude
was
dismissive
and
bordered
on
outright
hostility.
Any
attempts
at
seeking
information
or
assistance
were
met
with
curt
responses
and
a
palpable
disdain
that
left
me
questioning
the
values
of
the
establishment.
It's
disheartening
to
encounter
such
behavior,
especially
in
a
community
that
promotes
mindfulness,
compassion,
and
respect.
Kenzie's
actions
not
only
tarnished
my
visit
but
also
left
a
lasting
negative
impression
on
the
overall
ambiance
of
the
studio.
In
any
customer
service
setting,
the
front
desk
staff
plays
a
pivotal
role
in
shaping
the
customer
experience.
Unfortunately,
Kenzie's
approach
was
a
stark
departure
from
the
ethos
of
a
welcoming
and
inclusive
yoga
community.
In
conclusion,
my
encounter
with
Kenzie
at
the
front
desk
of
Modo
Yoga
Miami
Beach
was
regrettable,
and
I
would
caution
others
to
approach
the
studio
with
tempered
expectations.
Because
of
Kenzie
I
will
not
be
back
to
that
studio.
Kenzie
is
absolute
disgrace
to
Miami
yoga
community
!!
It's
my
sincere
hope
that
steps
are
taken
to
address
these
concerns
and
ensure
a
more
positive
and
welcoming
environment
for
Miami
yoga
community
in
the
future.
