My wife (vilma) and I have participated in classes and certifications at Synergy. We love this place, the instructors are very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is friendly. My wife started her Sound Healing and Kids Yoga practice after a great experience with Patricia and Carol.

Another amazing yoga retreat experience with Victoria Brunacci from Synergy yoga studio in Miami and her friend Radha. Rio is a beautiful city and retreat in Paraty is just stunning! The vegan food was the môst delicious vegan food I had in my life. And beaches around-virgin, no people, lots of waterfalls, forests.. we had a very fun boat trip for the whole day and delicious lunch on the beach. Yoga classes with two amazing teachers, very devoted to yoga were really remarkable, the meditation and pranayama classes two. Highly recommended! It’s an unforgettable experience, just go for it!

Been to the studio for Yin Yoga and a Sound Healing Training. The staf are courteous and training sessions were detailed and the instructor was really attentive and you can tell the passion and knowledge they have for what they share in the community space. I recommend for anyone looking for community and options for yoga practice.

Synergy is a beautiful studio that has amazing teachers and sacred energy. I took the sound healing training with the beautiful Patricia and it was one of the best experiences. Tiffany was amazing at the front desk too! I live not local but I will be coming back, Patricia made such a positive impact on me and the information I’ve learned the past two days has been so well taught and explained by Patricia. I take my word very seriously. Completing my yoga training here was absolutely the right move. I entered wanting to understand the cultural and philosophical context of yoga and I received an abundant, extensive curriculum. This was a safe space for me to explore/refine my spirituality and truly study. I have subsequently developed my own somatic and meditative practices that I will cherish forever. Also loved my class. I just returned from the most amazing and magical yoga retreat in Tulum with Paty & Victoria from Synergy Yoga!! I would easily follow either of these brilliant (kind, knowledgeable, giving, beautiful, fun & funny) women anywhere around the world and consider myself fortunate that our paths crossed when they did. They somehow managed to over deliver on 'Manifesting Your Dreams'...a super tall order! I am forever changed by this retreat and forever grateful to these two beautiful souls.

Even if I am convinced your business likes to provide the best service to all your prospects and that your efforts of marketing, sending expensive flyers in the nearby condos is a way to promote your business. I will may be improve on a nice welcoming sale speech for inquiring new clients. It would be a good cost-effective solution as well. New to yoga I made the effort to stop by. What I got was 4 circles on a flyer, someone more interested by their incoming cell phone text and a "everything is on the website " sale experience. I did not feel the good vibes or warmth of the community sold on the reviews. I did not have the impression that I got information on how to start my yoga journey as a newbie. Call me old fashioned but if I want to invest $150, a month, one day per month of my hardly earned pay check, the least I can get is a welcoming attitude. I get more yoga spirit welcoming attitude at trader Joe, than I got walking to your place. There are 79 nearby classes to choose from. I probably showed up at the wrong time or simply at the wrong place. It takes 15 minutes to win a new client or to lose one. Namaste

This place is a hidden gem in Miami Beach. There is such a sense of community and healing here. Not only are the yoga classes/instructors amazing, but they also have massage, reiki, chakra balancing and more. I also attended a yoga retreat in Peru which was an absolute blast. Victoria is so talented at bringing people together and generating good vibes. Highly recommend checking them out, namaste ✨

Several months ago I attended a sound healing meditation at Synergy, and met Caty who does reiki sessions. I’ve had several sessions with her thus far, and have experienced very strong energetic, and spiritual shifts. Each session leaves me with an intense inner peace, and openness to receive deeper insights as Caty shares her expertise, and wisdom. I feel very fortunate for the opportunity to work with her at synergy and would highly recommended her sessions to anyone who would like to gain deeper spiritual insights and a stronger feeling of connectedness.

Can’t say anything about their yoga. But don’t bother to rely on their massage. I booked a massage days in advance for Sunday night and they canceled day before with just saying they’re not available anymore. Offering Monday 10am. They don’t really seem to care about their customers.

I have had the good fortune to attend three retreats, Tulum, Machupichu and Guatemala, several workshops and received my Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Kids and Sound Healing Certifications with Victoria and her amazing team of very experienced and dedicated professionals. I did my teacher training with Victoria who is the best in Miami. This is a real traditional school! Victoria has so much knowledge that my in-laws whom are Hindu even said she has the REAL knowledge and is the REAL DEAL!!! Everything we have learned has made me more of a present mindful confident human and that is something everyone should be. Learning a new skill and language can be hard but Victoria makes it fun and easy to learn. This was best time in my life, the most fulfilling time in life. All the girls in class are beautiful beings and I’m so glad we shared this experience. If your thinking about taking a yoga class or getting certified Synergy is THE place to do that. I've wanted to go to Machu Picchu since I was a teenager... now as a 42 year old mother with four children that dream was on the back burner. Until one day I stumbled upon a retreat to Peru with Synergy Yoga Studio. It was the first retreat I saw that had reasonable pricing, it wasn't too long and it offered an authentic Peruvian, spiritual experience. My kids were not excited about the idea of me traveling to South America not speaking any Spanish but I decided to go to Synergy and take a class with Victoria. I drove over an hour to the studio knowing by the end of the class I would make my decision. The energy in the studio itself is amazing and after meeting Victoria it was easy to see why. After class I put down a deposit and started looking at flights. The trip was a truly extraordinary, life changing experience. It was my first retreat with Synergy but certainly not my last! A few months after we returned I went back to Synergy and took a Kids Yoga Training with Little Lotus Rise by Carolina Figares. Then this past weekend I took a Sound Healing Course with Healthy Me Love by Patricia Pietra. Both Carol and Patricia are SO passionate about what they are doing and teaching. The courses were well planned, very thorough, engaging and so much fun! I really can't say enough beautiful things about these women or the sacred spaces they create when sharing their knowledge and wisdom. As a mother, it's not easy for me to make time for myself, especially living so far away. Having said that, given the quality of teachers and the beautiful energy at Synergy... I would go anywhere to experience this kind of magic! I wholeheartedly recommend any and all experiences this studio has to offer to all of my family & friends.

I’m almost 9 months pregnant and I love this place for prenatal yoga and gentle flow yoga. It’s a very spiritual and friendly place, all the teachers are awesome. And they have the best massages with Elio!

I recently got back from a transformative retreat led by Victoria, Gabriel, and Adriana in Magical Jamaica. This is my first time doing any type of retreat but after this I will confidently say it will not be my last! From the start, it was evident that they had put a lot of thought and effort into organizing the event with pre-trip preparation and introductions, the perfect location with great staff and excellent food and even group integrations after. The location was beyond beautiful at the Good Hope Estate. The retreat's daily activities were curated, blending adventure, relaxation, and spiritual discovery. Their knowledge and experience in these practices were evident, and they skillfully handled each participant's journey with care, love and healing support. They were able to create a space with 19 people (not easy) where we engaged and connected as a family. If you are seeking an opportunity to grow and connect with like-minded souls, and embark on a deep spiritual adventure, I wholeheartedly recommend their retreats. I came away with more than I could have imagined.

I took Victoria’s teacher training. She is a knowledgeable and traditional instructor. She really gave me the authentic feel of what yoga is all about and taught me many things I can use in my every day life. Her retreats and smaller trainings are cool too! The studio stands out from many.

This is my favorite studio in South Beach. The teachers are knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and welcoming. There are many different styles of yoga from which to choose, so it is accessible to everyone. They also offer massage and other healing arts.

Synergy is secret portal to the heart of traditional yoga in India… right in Miami Beach. I came in for yoga classes, and ended up taking a yoga teacher training after 3 months. This place, that I now call home (and you will too), offers pure and simple real yoga that peals through the surface and goes straight to the soul. Victoria is a true guru. Her and her team share and preserve with love and passion this practice passed down generations for thousands of years. If Patanjali, the father of yoga, was reviewing this place, I am sure he would give it 5 stars!

This is my favourite place in South Beach. It is a safe place and beautiful community -especially for people who feel they don't have place to go. I took my Yoga Teacher training here with the studio's director Victoria and it was a life-changing experience. I 100% recommend this studio and the school to anyone who genuinely wants to learn about yoga and improve their life and daily habits and mindset. I feel like a new, stronger and wiser person after studying with her. I feel inspired and spend everyday that I can doing something in the studio, if not taking a class, getting a massage or Reiki Healing.

This is by far the best yoga studio I have been to in a long time. From the moment you walk in the energy is so calming. Everyone who works there was helpful and very pleasant. Chiara was an amazing teacher! She was very patient and helped anyone in the class who wanted with their positions and stretches. I would highly recommend this studio.

Synergy Yoga Center far exceeded my expectations. I prefer heavy pressure for my massages, I usually get deep tissue or pressure point massages, and my masseuse, Victoria did not disappoint! She did some traditional massage techniques along with stretching and back walking, all was fantastic. Writing this review makes me want to call and book another! Great service and they were able to get me an appointment on the same day I called. Also she told me about these amazing yoga retreats in Tulum Mexico and Brazil!

I joined a friend for meditation sound bath with Kathy Maalouf at Synergy and immediately felt a special connection. Kathy is truly a gifted and beautiful Soul, and the community at Synergy is so welcoming. 2 weeks ago I had an amazing reiki session with Kathy. It was transformative. Going into the session I had a general sense of my intention. When Kathy and I started, my intention became crystal clear and my journey began. Immediately after I felt lighter with renewed clarity, grounded and connected. The positive impact has continued to unfold since then. I am so grateful to have connected with Kathy and Synergy and look forward to additional sessions!
