We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was our first time staying at a vacation club (being titanium members) and would definitely come back again. Even though the vacation clubs technically don’t honor elite status, I felt they treated us very well!! Upon arrival, they gave us a pamphlet of the various activities going on at the hotel and times of cocktail/coffee service. (They don’t have complimentary breakfast) We were celebrating a birthday and I called in advance to note it. They surprised us with a gift basket and card in our room, which was very nice! They also have daily complimentary cocktails in the evening on their terrace, which was enjoyable. The terrace is open for guests to enjoy throughout the day and is a perfect place to get a carry-out lunch and eat there. They also provide in each guest room 2 chairs, 2 beach towels, an umbrella on a rolling carrier for easy transport to the beach, which is across the street. Overall, I thought it was a great place to stay at on South Beach. The hotel is located (now a pedestrian street) on Ocean Drive and is a little quieter than a few blocks south of the hotel, which was very nice!

The location is fantastic, right across from the beach. The rooms are well-equipped and the staff is amazing! We loved being steps from great dining and shopping and then coming back to well-appointed, comfortable rooms. The entertainment was fun, the free drinks were nice and the complementary daily Starbucks coffee in the lobby was a welcome touch. It is obvious that attention to detail is a primary concern. Requested that some stains in the carpeting be attended to and it was cleaned in a flash. Will happily stay there again!

My family and I loved our stay here! They have extremely attentive and friendly staff from beginning to end. We were helped with our luggage from another valet location just around the corner and down the street and greeted at the front desk at check in. They had a great happy hour service which was well received after traveling. The restaurant downstairs had great food and they also have a cool rooftop patio to enjoy as well. For a super affordable price, this Marriott location is a definite choice if you're staying in Miami Beach!

Excellent customer service. Excellent Location Location Location. Very clean facility and rooms. Great value. Easy beach access. Wonderful restaurant downstairs. I was extremely impressed and highly satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here. Very accommodating. Beach chairs, beach towels & beach cart in the room when you arrive. Activities were offered daily. My family really enjoyed the cocktails and live flamingo entertainment. Associates were so friendly & greeted me each time I entered/exited the lobby. Free Starbucks coffee in the morning. Amazing vacation thanks to wonderful Marriott Vacation Club. Beautiful views.

THE BEST hotel I've ever stayed in. From the moment we checked in to the moment we stepped out the staff was very attentive. The hotel staff is amazing, the amenities are very impressive. From free Margaritas meet and greets on the terrace to 2-hour free bike rentals to a beach stroller to EVERYTHING!! We stayed from Apr 22 - 24, best part of our 11 day Maimi trip... AND it's on South Beach!! 3 min walk to the beach.

Loved our stay! great location. beautiful room. friendly staff. quick walk to the beach. The restaurant had a good breakfast also. They hosted a sangria happy hour during our stay, which was very nice. Only negative is there is no parking on premises. If you are cheap like me, you can take the #150 bus from the airport to near the hotel for $5 round trip.

We (a couple) stayed here for two nights prior to our cruise. We loved our stay, and would highly recommend it. Firstly, we were greeted with a boozy drink upon arrival followed by a swift and friendly check-in. Our room, an Ocean Drive facing accommodation, was clean with a bright modern finish, featuring a high very comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, and beach cart - a brilliant item for any guests wanting to spend the day on the beach. The view from the room was perfect for anybody wanting to watch the action on Ocean Drive. Below the hotel is a lively bar and restaurant; however, at no point did we experience any noise or disruption in our room despite being on a lower floor. The hotel also features a rooftop terrace, which we discovered far too late into our stay. It would have been a great place to spend an evening watching the sunset.

This stay was even better than we expected! The rooms are large enough for two people to comfortably have their own space and we could even see the beach from ours. The amenities are those of your dreams. From free happy hours to free bikes and everything in between they deliver. You also get discounts at the restaurants adjacent to the hotel. If you are one who wants to party and eat well in south beach it’s easy to walk everywhere. When checking out we had to adjust some things and Victor was amazing!! He was ready to take action to assist in whatever we needed. Could not have asked for a better stay and we will be back again.

I stayed here for a week and loved it. They have things that you don't normally see when staying out of town. They had a free daily happy hour, free Starbucks coffee in the morning, and a fully loaded beach cart in each room, all set for you to head across the street to Miami's South Beach. All the rooms have just been renovated, so they are up to date and extra clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet day and night. The only bad thing that I can say about anywhere in South Beach is that parking was a bit challenging. I read that they have valet parking for a fee but I did not use it and probably should have.

This was my first visit to MVC Pulse in South Beach. The location is GREAT! The hotel is right off Ocean Drive which is closed down to cars so nice and quite. There are some great restaurants right outside the front door. Parking is a bit away from the hotel in a different hotel. Just get ready for walking with your bags a bit as there is not parking onsite. It’s not too far, but a little confusing if you’re used to having regular parking onsite. You can do as I did is leave the car at home and fly in and Uber to the hotel. Everything you need is within walking distance. Check in went easy and I got a singe king bed guest room. I choose the backside of the hotel because the front side is typically louder. The room was nice and everything looked nice and clean. There was an issue with the mini-fridge, but a quick call and they were down to fix it. The only issue I had was with the WiFi. I bring an Apple TV with me because I say for weeks in hotels so I use it to keep all my shows in order. The WiFi for some reason would not allow access to Hulu, Disney, or HBO Max. Not that I watched a lot of TV while here, but when you’re laying down to go to sleep it’s nice to catch up on a show. Laundry facilities were located on the first floor. It was nice to have a place to do some laundry and when I wanted to use them they were available. I went to one of the free receptions on the rooftop terrace. Very nice location and the drinks were good. The music was a bit loud, but that’s personal preference and maybe I’m getting too old, LOL. Overall a nice place to stay and even though I rated it 4 stars due to the fridge and WiFI issue I will be staying there again.

Cannot say enough nice things about this hotel and its staff! Wonderful location, restful stay! Our only question is: “when can we return?”! Seriously though, the location cannot be beat in Miami, yet it wasn’t overly noisy or gross. It was extremely clean and a bubble of peace in the heart of South Beach! Everything in walking distance!

Just a 2 minute walk from the beach! What a great location. The staff was friendly and they have events planned each evening. We did a rum tasting event at the hotel. They even have bikes for you to use. We definitely took advantage of that.

One of my favorite Marriotts I’ve ever stayed at as a platinum member. Cute boutique hotel right on ocean drive. Friendly staff and clean hotel. Awesome rooftop that felt like our own private bar, overlooking the strip. There was a blonde woman (named Anna I believe?), she did a complimentary rum tasting for the guests, and also recommended a speak easy down the street to us. It was the highlight of our visit. We were able to get early check in, hold our bags while we went for a swim the next day too. 10/10, what a great deal and place to stay. Seriously one of my favorite properties I’ve stayed at !

Very beautiful and clean hotel and room. You can get free detergent at the reception and wash and dry your clothes for free!! That was the first time a hotel had that kind of service. I will be going back for sure! There’s so many food and things to do at the location.

Stayed here on a girls trip and it was fantastic. The hospitality and service is what made the trip(specifically Miriam). Also the fact that they had daily happy hour and your own beach cart that comes with the room. It’s amazing being so close to the beach and being able to tote everything down in one go and have chairs, umbrella, and towels! Would 100% recommend staying here if you’re going to be staying on south beach.

There is nothing not to love about this hotel. Service was stellar. Miriam who was only in training was so hospitable. The rest of the staff was also warm and friendly. This coupled with the fact that it was steps from the beach and they literally accommodate your every beach need (cart, towels, chairs, umbrella, complimentary mid day pick me ups or bike reservations) this will now be my go-to for all of my Miami trips. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Happy hour kicks the night off with a cool vibe. It is a very good and classy hotel - we loved our stay. The only problem is that the main entrance is on a road that is closed to vehicular traffic. Hence, check-in can be more difficult if you are self-driving and the weather is inclement

I stayed Here in the fall of 2021 & used as many amenities as I could…the bikes, ice cream, diet soda drinks and coffee. I chose this hotel as I was Walking on ocean drive because it said ‘pet free’ & pets give me allergy symptoms. I never write reviews but since I’ve seen this team of staff, I’ve stayed at many other hotels for trips and travel. This is the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered in all my years of travel. Thank you for your service and kindness. I miss You guys and can’t wait to visit you all again In Miami. You guys made my trip extra special!

During my recent stay at Marriott Pulse South Beach, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and hospitality. The assistant manager, Gigi, along with David and Edward at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless and enjoyable. Their kindness and efficiency are commendable and they stand out as exemplary representatives of the Marriott brand. The amenities and services were top-notch, truly making me appreciate the perks of being a Club Owner Member and Marriott Platinum. From the well-maintained rooms and prime location, everything about my stay was exceptional. This property is a perfect blend of casual elegance and comfort, making it a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy the vibrancy of South Beach with the peace of mind that comes with staying at a Marriott. Highly recommend!

We are staying here as MVC members. Nice king room overlooking the beach. Not a fancy lobby but free drinks at the rooftop happy hour, free bikes to use, each room has a beach cart with towels and chairs, 15-20% discounts at the restaurants outside, etc. It's nice that Ocean Drive is blocked off from traffic in front of the hotel and the beach is right across the street. Tons of restaurants and bars around here!

As a Marriott Vacation Club owner, this is our go-to hotel when visiting Miami. This visit started off disappointing as we encounter issues with our room upon check-in. I asked for another room and was told the hotel was sold out for the holiday weekend. 😡 I was very upset and knew it would be very expensive if it was even possible to change hotels during Memorial Day weekend. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Anais came to the rescue. She called her GM and worked her magic. Our room was changed to better accommodations accompanied by a wine and snack basket for the inconvenience. Thank you Anais for making our hotel stay great! Exemplary customer service! I will continue to recommend MVC Pulse South Beach to my travel clients and others. It remains one of my favorites!

The rooms are very nice, they have a small kitchen, complete with fridge, micro, plates, glasses and flatware. They even have a beach cart with chairs and a beach umbrella to use. Beds are comfy, and staff are very helpful.

where do I start. This was such a great experience and stay. I have to say, I am a competitor owner and was way more impressed with Marriott. I have stayed at my time share a couple doors down and DID NOT have the same options of complementary bike rentql, a beach organizer/wagon full of things needed at the beach and a complementary social hour EVERYDAY at my timeshare. In the beach goodies in the room was an umbrella for the beach, beach chairs, a cooler and towels. I was so VERY impressed!!! I stayed with a friend for a girls weekend, made me wonder if my purchase was a mistake. Thank you Marriott, you hosted WELL!!!!

Only reason we chose this place is because of the location. If you are a Marriott member, they don’t care here - your status means nothing and member benefits don’t apply here. The check in staff was very nice. I did like the fact that they provided a cute beach cart but wasn’t able to use it

First time to South Beach with my wife and 2 teenage daughters and had a great 3 day stay at Marriott Vacation Club Pulse! I understand they are going to be remodeling rooms later this year but we were very happy with the current condition and cleanliness of the entire property. This is a historic building, so room sizes, hallways, etc. are on the small size. Despite this we never felt cramped and if we needed space we just spent time on the fantastic rooftop or walked out the front door to the great pedestrian spaces (park, beach, and Ocean Drive which has been blocked off from cars). Additionally, they have live music/happy hour on the roof on certain nights. It also has a restaurant on premise and there are many other choices within steps of the hotel. We will return!

I was supposed to travel to Miami to attend a charity event on November 9, but due tropical storm Nicole (that is possibly developing into a hurricane), the event was canceled. Despite the fact that a dangerous storm is brewing to hit the coast of Miami, the hotel won't refund me anything nor give me credit towards future use. So so disappointed that a property would put their profits above the safety of their guests and definitely a watch out to anyone looking into this property. I will not be staying here the next time I come to Miami, this hotel has completely lost my trust and demonstrated that their customer service is a sham - it's profits above safety.

Great stay! Right across from the beach and in a good location for restaurants or exploring. The room was spacious and pleasantly decorated with a kitchenette and all amenities we could need, including a beach cart (chairs, umbrella - light enough to push over to the beach to haul stuff back and forth). Service was great, too. The front reception desk was very friendly and the socials/happy hour, including JC who acted as bartender, were a nice touch and added value. Highly recommend!
