After 17 years of practicing Yoga and Pilates I have to say Marina T. class is the worst I have experienced. She never checked the position of students, specially when some people were obviously struggling and needed modifications. The music was bad too! and not to throw shade most pilates instructors have a great posture/stance, she didn't...if you are a beginner go somewhere else.

BE AWARE! I spent more than $400 through Mindbody apps with this location. Got pregnant recently and told them before the class. They told me they longer allow me to take the class (mind you I’ve been going to other pilates places as well and my OBGYN said that is fine). When I was there in person and was told to leave, the front desk girl told me I would get a refund shortly with my remaining 4 classes ( I purchased 10 packs). 2 Weeks later- nothing… so I followed up with a phone call to Denis and a week later with an email just to be told that Director of Operations, Ariana, will be reaching out to me. That was Feb 10th and then 15th… Today is Feb 27th and I still have not heard from ANYONE. This place is so quick to charge you for late/cancellation fee but when they need to refund you, they just ignore you. I’d rather take my business somewhere else! I am so frustrated and disappointed with this type of customer service!

I prefer the old instructors they all went to tremble the new instructors have zero training she just shows them how to use the reformer once and has them read from an iPad or phone during Class they will not correct your form which means that you can get injured like I did I’ve had excruciating lower back and knee pain for 3 weeks my fitness level is considered advance and I’ve been doing Pilates for years. Overall I prefer the old owner who now own tremble right across from this place She’s much nicer and sweeter as well. Allison is my favorite instructor and she moved to tremble

The best workout you can get! Conveniently located, JetSet is the best workout I have ever tried. The instructors are helpful and guide you through the exercises. Try Elisa for a great, hard but effective class!

I purchased the newbie’s 3 class. Hated the first day almost, but i gave one more chance. It’s awesome place, very approachable front desk (all the ladies are polite and helpful)

New to the pilates experience and absolutely love JetSet Pilates. All the staff have been extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. It took me a class or two to get the hang of the reformers but now I'm confident and building up so much strength. Special shout out to Uliana for an outstanding and memorable first class at JetSet at Sunset Harbor. Love my new workout routine and feel safe in the space with their cleanliness and sanitation procedures.

I've been a huge fan of JetSet for quite a while now (used to go to the Coral Gables and South of Fifth locations), but I love it even more since visiting the newest Sunset Harbour location. Brand new machines, beautiful views from the studio, and the studio itself is gorgeous. Particularly happy with this location too since it is conveniently located in the popular Sunset Harbour area. Couldn't be more in love with this studio, and of course with the workout, which is fantastic!!

I took a class today with Felicia. I can say it was one of the best classes I took and I have been doing Pilates for 4 + years. She target every muscle group organized, with enough resistance and move from one group to another effortless and smoothly . Elisa, is the same . Amazing. You do not feel that you missed a muscle group or that you were cut short . It was truly amazing.

Awesome workout!! I only can do it twice a month because the price is high but I enjoy my time there. I workout muscles that I cannot work in a regular gym or Pilates class.

Would be 5 stars if Koko wasn’t an instructor. Had to walk out of a class because she bullied me into re injuring my knee after spending months rehabbing. Really disappointing

Studio is nice and clean + receptionist is approachable. I purchased the first timer, 3 class pass and only ended up going twice because I felt like the instructors aren’t interested in teaching newbies to Pilates. First class, the instructor offered zero modifications (I know they exist because I’ve gone to several classes at another studio and there’s modifications for everything in life lol) and she was strict, as if it was a military class.. not enjoyable at all. Second class was much better with a gentleman who was more charismatic and helped with an array of options. On to the next studio I go..

I signed up for a package and was addicted to it from the first class. They make it easy to sign up; all ranges of fitness are accepted without judgment. I have only tried 2 instructors and enjoyed both. It is a very clean facility.
