    If you are looking for a personal trainer, come to Absolute Fitness. Both Rob and Jana have taken time to get to know me and my fitness goals. 30 minutes may sound like a short workout, but it's an action packed session with minimal rest time. In addition, there are stationary bikes and treadmills that you are encouraged to use before/after your session. The rates are affordable, and Rob follows up throughout the week to check in on nutrition, sleep, other workouts, etc. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

    With the pandemic looming over everyone, gyms being closed, and limited options for maintaining fitness, it's been very difficult to put in a good workout. I have been doing virtual sessions with Rob for several months now and I am beyond amazed at how effective and powerful these virtual workouts have been for me. I have been losing inches and gaining strength and flexibility easily, all with minimal equipment I have in my own home. And the 30 minute workouts are incredible to fit into a tight schedule. On top of this Rob is a dedicated trainer with limitless knowledge about exercise, nutrition, healthy habits for post, pre, workout behaviors. Always having something to add about refining form or balancing out nutrition to be your best self. Not only that, but he has tremendous empathy and is a fun person to work with on your fitness goals. Add that all up together and you have a recipe for success, even in the midst of a global pandemic. If you are looking to take your fitness goals seriously with excellent guidance to take you to the next level, look no further than Absolute Fitness with Rob's expertise. You won't go wrong!

    Jana and Rob are both super personable, committed, excellent trainers. I cannot praise their service enough. I began training with Jana in their Midtown studio more than 5 years ago as pretty much a novice to fitness training. I had always been relatively active, but with a hectic work schedule, I found I could never stick with a disciplined workout routine on my own. I had every excuse in the book not to go to the gym and at multiple times in my life had gym memberships for gyms I never went to. I found myself in my late 30s feeling overworked, overstressed and not taking enough care of myself. Jana created a workout plan for me that brought focus and discipline in a way that not only was easy to stick with, but also one that I looked forward to each week. Fast forward to the COVID era, and I have continued training with Jana from home virtually through Facetime on my laptop. I wasn't sure exactly how it would work at first, but I immediately saw that it was seamless -- just the same personable experience and rigorous workouts as in the studio, and fun too. The half hour intensive workouts mean that I can easily fit a couple of workouts each week into my work schedule and it is even more welcome now to get up and get moving when sitting at home all day at a desk. Jana knows just the right tailored techniques to pull out that really provide an intense workout without needing much if any equipment. It has really helped me stay motivated and in shape and also is such a great mental stress release at the same time. Jana makes a tough workout fun -- her wicked good sense of humor goes a long way to help push you through. My twice weekly sessions with Jana I always look forward to and I always know that she has my back when it comes to my health and fitness. The check-ins via text after workouts are so nice -- it is so clear both she and Rob really care so much about their clients. They have really helped transform my life for the better and I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend their virtual training services to anyone who wants to get serious about their fitness, no matter where they are in their journey -- starting from scratch or experienced. They will develop something for you that works and you will notice results quickly. Their services are also very reasonably priced and accessible -- compared to many other fitness trainers, it really cannot be beat in either price or results. Just all around, a great experience.

    I initially began training with Rob before my wedding over 5 years ago. Not only did I make my wedding weight but I really enjoy the workouts and have been able to keep doing them because they are efficient and make me leave with more energy. With COVID, we have been able to do them virtually which has been a great saver since health and weight is more important, and otherwise all i could really do is cardio. This way, with the help of some inexpensive resistance bands, we've been able to do really complete workouts virtually. Highly recommend *** Update *** The virtual classes have continued to improve and get refined - and during the past year I've lost a significant amount of weight as well as greatly improved lower back issues. I highly recommend

    I've worked out with at least a half a dozen trainers of the past 15 years and Absolute Fitness is by far the very best. The owners of the business are incredibly committed to their work and take an approach that is 100% authentic with no gimmicks - no crazy fad diets, no pushing products or gear - just a focus on getting their clients into the best shape possible in a totally unpretentious setting. Can't say enough positive things about my nearly two years with Absolute Fitness.

    Absolute Fitness is more than just excellent training. It has been my path toward healthier living. Jana and Rob take “absolute” care of their clients. After five years, the stronger I’ve gotten, the more they’ve pushed and motivated me. I could not recommend them highly enough. If you are serious about giving up poor habits and changing for the better, you’ve found the right place to start.

    I started training with Jana over 3 years ago. A colleague and friend referred me to her and I am so grateful! Every workout is different (with a few re-occurring but effective moves) and catered toward whatever you want to improve. Jana is the ultimate professional! She practices what she preaches and the accountability is the main reason why I have kept a consistent workout schedule for 3 years. She helped me tone up and encouraged me to jog on the treadmill after years of not working out. I toned up and went down a pant size and lost 10+ pounds. Since the COVID pandemic, I continued with virtual sessions and I’m so thankful I did! Jana created a very effective workout via facetime using what little workout equipment I had at home (yoga mat & dumbbells). It’s so important to stay active during this time- thank you, Jana! (And Rob!) I highly recommend Jana @ Absolute Fitness for anyone looking to hire a personal trainer!

    I've been working with Rob for over 4 years now, and our program supports my goals of staying fit, active and injury-free. I used to think that harder was better, soreness meant results, and 30 minutes wasn't long enough to make meaningful change. I quickly UNLEARNED all of this from Rob and have never felt stronger in my life. Since March, all of our sessions have been virtual, and I haven't once felt like I am missing the in person experience. Rob's verbal cues are spot on, and he's studying the video during sessions to provide immediate feedback. And for someone who relies on reliability and punctuality, Rob has both in person and on-screen.

    A friend has suggested I try Absolute Fitness because it was close to my office and the workouts were intense. Several years later, I’m still a regular there because I feel I really get value for my investment. Jana is a great motivator and keeps you on your toes. Plan on being pushed extra hard if you admit to having any carbs for dinner the night before! I highly recommend Absolute Fitness.
