Terrible customer service. It wasn’t particularly cold and I was never offered any options to make it much colder or to stay in longer. Also you are walking into a literal fridge, completely visible to everyone the street, so you can’t really take most your clothes off to make it effective. I would not recommend this place. I also requested a female staff member my first time and got a male staff member which I did not appreciate particularly if you’re meant to be mostly disrobed.

If you need a recharge before after you work out I highly suggest taking advantage of Reset. And helps reduce muscle soreness and fatigue and gives me that added boost of energy the staff is very informative about all of the benefits that it offers and then also there is the infrared sauna which helps you sweat out and detox from the Weekend brunch. Obsessed with reset and also with their new walk in stand in machine.

Reset Cryotherapy on South Beach is the best. I’m so happy I found this place and the cryotherapy membership works the best for me. Sometimes I also do the private full spectrum infrared sauna for some extra self care (maybe once a week)- but the cryotherapy is by far my favorite. No need to go to another cryotherapy center—- Reset is by far the best. They really know what they are doing!

RESET has been a LIFE CHANGER for me. It has been an integral part of turning my life around for the better. I haven't had a facial in three years, and my skin is clear of any acne. I have tried all the services that Reset has to offer and I can legitimately say that they helped me immensely in my overall health journey. Over the last few months, I’ve been dealing with a shoulder pain, so I decided to try CryoInjury, also called localized therapy. After only a couple of treatments, I felt much better and then decided to also add Full Body Cryotherapy (in a cryo chamber) to maintain the conditioning process. Not only did the combination of the two made a huge difference in my pain relief but I also started noticing that my overall physical performance improved significantly. The last time I went to Reset, I got a package of CryoFacial to work on my skin glow and collagen as well as to reduce my wrinkles.

The three-minute exposure to extreme cold left me feeling refreshed and energized. Ana was very knowledgeable and attentive, guiding me through the process. I noticed reduced muscle soreness, and it provided a boost of energy that lasted throughout the day. Overall, it was a positive and rejuvenating experience, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a unique wellness treatment.

The cryo therapy in Reset is just on another level. I've been going there at least 3 times per week, and as an athlete it helps me recover almost immediately. Whitney and Anna are very knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful. I give 5 stars for the service and the technology they have.

I work out 4-5 times a week and made a commitment by taking advantage of a package deal that allows me to "cryo" once a day, each day of the week. I also take advantage of their "local" cryotherapy when I feel like I need an additional focus on my knee or piriformis muscle. My wife enjoys the cryo-facial. So, make sure to inquire about all the cryo-options available at their boutique spot in Sunset Harbour overlooking Biscayne Bay. ProTip: Come prepared with a song that suits your mood and Whit or Jess will have it playing while you cryo. SlipperTip: You're required to wear clean socks and a pair of slippers when you cryo. There's an awesome selection for you. My goto slippers are Donkey, the Penguins, or Shrek.

These girls are amazing! I love coming here! The cryotherapy is fantastic. I feel so much better overall. I feel like I have more energy, stamina, I swear less, my sex drive has increased, I can lift more than every...it's truly amazing. I highly recommend getting the big package because you will be back - trust me! So take advantage of the bulk savings. That was my only regret was getting the smaller package, because I've already re-upped and completed a big one too... oh well, can't complain that I loved the services too much lol.
