This hotel is simply beautiful (and affordable)! The lobby smells fantastic and the front desk staff is so welcoming and attentive. They always greet you hello and ask about your day. The rooms are modern and include all of the amenities you can think of. High quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are all provided, along with other necessities such as a blow dryer and iron. The housekeeping staff does a great job refreshing your room and making sure there are always clean towels by the pool. The pool area is amazing! Friendly staff greet you and make sure you are comfortable. They serve you drinks and pool side snacks from the bar downstairs. We spent most of our days laying by the pool., but the hotel does offer free beach chairs. The jazz bar has a classy aesthetic and great music, but can be a bit pricey! Overall, we had an amazing stay and are very grateful for the friendly and attentive staff!!

We had a lovely time at the Greystone hotel for our girl's weekend. We stayed in the double double suite which included a wonderful private rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi and the most amazing sunset views. Upon arrival we were treated to a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolates, which we thought was a really nice touch. The staff were super helpful and very accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and beds were super comfy. The hotel is in a really good location, close to the beach and in the middle of the art deco district. Would recommend and can't wait to come back!

Hotel Greystone truly is a diamond in a rough of big, busy hotels in South Beach. The original art deco building and design elements paired with the modern designs of the lobby, restaurant and bar make it such a cool space to be in. The staff from Jordan at the front desk to the poolside, cafe and bar all make you feel at home. Relaxing on the at the beach on the complimentary beach chairs, followed by drinking a cool cocktail at the rooftop pool is the perfect way to a sunny afternoon. The jazz at the bar paired with an inventive cocktail program was the perfect nightcap. The rooms are smaller but well design and cozy. I did get concerned when I noticed earplugs next to the bedside table but we were lucky that the next door restaurant was closed during our stay so we slept perfectly fine. If you’re looking to escape the big resort experience, or something more boutique and right across from the beach, then I highly recommend Hotel Greystone.

My fiancee and I had an amazing stay at the Greystone. While the place is still new and opening up, there's a great sense of pride with staff to ensure the experience is as amazing as possible. The rooms are quite beautiful; stylishly decorated and comfortable as well. The roof top pool is a great way to wind down the afternoon, with excellent cocktail service. While we didn't have a chance to make it to the hotel bar, we walked through one and it was very cool. Big shout out to Jordan and the staff for accommodating our wonderful stay. We'll definitely be coming back.

It was my first time in Miami and was really excited to stay at Hotel Greystone, but when we got there we didn’t know parking was valet and $$45 a day. The restaurant only opens Thursday to Sunday so was never opened when we were there. The lobby was cute and Fernando gave incredible customer service he deserves a raise. The room was a disappointment. It was old, small and don’t plan on sleeping because they leave a letter on the table to letting you know hear are some ear plugs because you will hear construction until 5am for the month of October and November. I should have read the reviews before i booked the reservation through Expedia. The other reviews will tell you there is a night club next door that stays open until 3am and is very loud if your staying on the weekend. I do not recommend this hotel. Love Fernando and the bar staff but everything else was not 4 stars.

Excellent spot with extremely friendly staff. Walking distance to wherever you need to go. We had the hotel roof deck pool to ourselves for a couple of days and the beach is just a short walk. Rooms are modern and well done. I recommend staying in a suite, ours had a great terrace and hot tub. I wish I caught more of the staff’s names to thank them, but Tim is an absolute gem! We will definitely try some of their other properties and would go back here as well.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially Joey. It was in a great location. The only issue in the room is there are no cabinets/drawers to place clothes. We had to live out of our suitcases. There was a small closet but no where to place items that you normally don’t hang like underwear. Lastly, this is an adult hotel, but the pool on the rooftop closes at 7 pm which is way too early. It is a nice place to relax when it is cooler in the evening.

This was my first stay at this property and I was very pleasantly surprised. This is a small hotel with an amazing location that really hits all the "musts": great staff, clean and functional rooms, a rooftop pool that doesn't get too crowded and crazy, a really nice, cozy bar with great drinks. The front desk staff is always ready to help and amazingly polite. This hotel is a little gem on Collins Ave! Would love to stay here again.

My wife and I, on our first visit to Miami from the UK, recently stayed at the Greystone Hotel. On our arrival we were greeted warmly by Emily, in fact every member of staff we met were so friendly, professional and helpful during our three night stay. The room was spotlessly clean, very modern and comfortable. The rooftop pool was just the perfect spot for some relaxation. Had a meal in the beautiful Sérêvène Restaurant, the food was delicious and once again the staff and service was excellent throughout!! The guys in the Jazz Bar were also so friendly and attentive. Thank you to everyone at the Greystone Hotel for our fantastic three night stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a great location, only a short walk away from the Boardwalk and Miami Beach. We would love to return.

Our stay at Hotel Greystone was, simply put, amazing. This hotel has charm, class and sophistication. The staff were a pleasure to work with; shout out to Leah at the front desk and Pia at the pool deck. They provided excellent service in a friendly and timely manner. They were inviting and made our stay so special. We loved the room as well. It was clean and cozy with quality linen and toiletries. We were also close to the Kobo, which has a great coffee, snacks and adult beverage selection. Overall, we had a great stay and look forward to our next visit.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Greystone in late November. The property is a very short walk to the beach, and includes chairs and towels for two. The rooftop pool was relaxing and not crowded at all. The rooms were clean and the service was wonderful throughout our stay. We stayed in the historic Collins Avenue building and found that it was in a quieter area but only a few blocks from all of the action! The only downsides of note were that there aren't any chairs in the room, and there is no hot tub (unless you book the expensive suite). These are very minor things, though, and we would definitely stay again next time we're in South Beach!

My husband booked a trip for my birthday and the Greystone was the perfect place to celebrate. We spent our time between the beautiful suite, the rooftop terrace complete with an amazing hot tub and views, and the beach which was only one block away. We were close to the best restaurants and shopping in Miami. I would definitely recommend, and we are already looking for dates to return to the Greystone. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is intimate and inviting. The location was perfect. Close enough to the “action” but far enough away to enjoy a relaxing time in Miami Beach.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Greystone! It is a lovely, beautifully designed hotel with great amenities and restaurants to try out. It's also really well located, right on South Beach and walking distance to everything. I really liked my room, and especially enjoyed the bed - so comfortable and made for great sleep. But more than that, the staff at the hotel were so kind and welcoming, especially Fernando. He really goes above and beyond to personalize the stay and ensure it's a great experience for everyone staying there. I’ll definitely be back!

Had the most amazing experience with Hotel Greystone. Very accommodating with fantastic customer service. Special shout out to Fernando and Castro for being so kind! The hotel was clean with beautiful decor. The complimentary beach chairs and towels were a lovely unexpected addition. So happy we chose to stay at the Greystone!

Had an amazing time at this hotel. I stayed at two different hotels for a conference in Miami, and it was already obvious that our experience with this hotel would be on another level during our check-in with Jordan. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional which ultimately made our stay very enjoyable 'till the end. With regards to the room, it's minimalistic, but everything you need is there (if not, the staff will provide). Overall, I believe it's a great deal for the price you pay. The only downside was that the rooftop pool is rather small (so you would rather go to the beach to swim) and the designated spot at the beach has beach beds but no umbrellas. Regardless, I would very much recommend and definitely re-book this hotel if I were to visit Miami in the near future.

We LOVED our time at Hotel Greystone! We were celebrating our upcoming 50th birthday and 38 years as best friends and they treated us royally with a room upgrade and champagne!! Special thanks to Jordan and Nicole! ✨👏🏻😍 Will find a reason to travel to Miami again and stay here! 🤩

Greystone Hotel is a genuinely nice place, and their staff is not just friendly but also incredibly welcoming. The added bonus? It's dog-friendly! A solid 5-star experience, making it the perfect spot for a comfortable and pet-friendly stay.

From the Valet to the rooms to the private jacuzzi terrace. EVERYTHING was excellent. The restaurant was awesome. Danny the bartender was a wizard with the liquor.. Fernando the Concierge/ Front desk was on top of everything and extremely knowledgeable. I will be back with more friends! Thanks for an awesome experience guys.

My fiancee and I really enjoyed our staycation here. Beautiful and welcoming lobby. Very friendly staff. The room was fresh and clean. Great proximity to the beach and relaxing rooftop pool. Perfect for couples. Only downside is the walls are a little thin so if you're a light sleeper you may be woken up by voices, birds, cars, etc.

Fantastic location and value. First time staying at a boutique in south beach as you don’t know what you can get but I felt it would be worth it for that Art Deco vibe. Glad I did it. Staff was extremely hospitable and attentive. And having a private outdoor hot tub didn’t hurt. Would definitely come back. By the way try out the restaurant if you like French/Asian fusion. Had some amazing sashimi.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The decor is really pretty and chic. We loved the rooftop pool, which didn’t feel crowded or loud. The on-site cafe is super convenient throughout the day too. We also stayed in two different rooms (both great) and on the last night upgraded to the room with a private terrace/jacuzzi which was so awesome! Will absolutely stay here again when we’re back!

The Greystone is a place that you don’t hesitate to come back. We stayed there two nights on the way to South America and we chose to stay again on the way back home. The feeling that the staff give you is that it’s a pleasure to serve you. The lobby is detailed decorated, the rooms have amenities like a Miami art magazine, an iPad to help you find places to eat, wake you up and probably help you with other things… I did not expect to have a robe and a beach towel when I reserved this hotel. The rooms are rather small if you have more than two big suitcases but it is so comfortable that you manage. The bathrooms are completely remodeled, with much outdoor lighting. Lastly, I loved the moisturizing body lotion of such a respectable size. It surely makes you think that there was someone thinking of details and that they care about your enjoying your stay. The pool upstairs was a treat! Clean, well equipped with more towels. Lastly the restaurant downstairs is a plus! Again, we did not expect the level of cuisine, customer service and kind of live music there. It was spectacular!

I stayed there twice on the way to and from a cruise. I was so impressed. Jordan was so nice and let me check in early. My room was clean and comfortable. They also have nice entertainment and breakfast. The place is centrally located across from the beach. And the chairs and umbrella are complimentary being a guest from the hotel. Everything about this place is high quality and will be my place of voice in Miami.

I recently stayed at this property with my daughter. The decor is warm and restful, the beds and linens are luxurious and the pool area is small but well equipped. We enjoyed several free yoga classes during our stay. There was a drainage issue with our shower, which we mentioned each morning at the front desk, but it was never looked at. In general I would say that the facility is great, but the service is limited compared to other hotels at this price point.

Wow this hotel is just amazing... super clean & super cute and beautiful. The staff really takes care of you and makes you feel home. Not easy to find such great customer experience in Miami. The lobby is so beautiful as are the rooms. I slept sooo good in the comfortable beds. I didn’t have time to check out the bar and restaurant but it looked super pretty and will definitely come back to try. I loved my stay here and the location was perfect for my conference at the world symphony next to the convention center. It was a short walk from there and after the conference I could go to the beach which is just 1 street from the hotel. Everything was perfect 🤩 thank you so much!

Great customer service. Jordan was awesome! The room I had was on the side next to a bar that had parties at night. Our room came with ear plugs placed at each night stand. It worked...I slept great! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. They offer free breakfast outdoors in a lanai type area...with coffee, espresso, a variety of herbal teas (I had the hibiscus berry blend, delicious), a variety of pastries, plain croissants and hot ham & cheese croissants. The chef makes the croissants on-site, homemade & fresh!

Had a wonderful time during my stay at Hotel Greystone a couple weekends ago. The front desk was incredibly accommodating and our rooms were pristine. I was staying in a suite with my own rooftop jacuzzi and it was absolutely phenomenal. The rooftop pool was relaxing and had an amazing view around us. We also had one of the best dinners of our lives at the restaurant located at the hotel. I wish we’d been able to spend more time using all of the great facilities! I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Miami. 10/10 experience!

We had the most amazing stay at Hotel Greystone in October! We had the rooftop terrace room and we highly recommend it. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The private terrace with a hot tub was amazing. It was a great to have a place outdoors to be alone. The pool was also very nice and access to beach chairs on the beach was great! One of the biggest compliments we have is the hotel staff and service. Everyone was so polite and truly cared about our stay. It meant a lot of have polite and friendly staff! We also ate at the restaurant and had literally the best chicken of our lives! And the jazz bar was cozy and nice to listen to. The restaurant staff's service was impeccable. The only complaint that is completely out of the hotel's control is the loud music from the club next door. However, it is only on Friday and Saturday nights and ends around 10:30pm so it wasn't really a big deal. If that would bother you, I would just ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
