I purchased some really nice PJ’s from Hurley (the surfing brand) for only $11.00. The prices are great. Lots of dresses if you’re planning to go out and forgot to bring a dress. I bought a little black dress for only $9.99. Luggages and duffel bags (prices vary). Cute workout shorts if you want to run at the beach. Great brands. I saw DKNY, Kenneth Cole duffel bag, etc. They also sell sunscreen near the front of the store. During the time of my visit there were a lot of internationals. Loved the diversity. ❤️ If you’re staying near Generator Miami you can take the free trolley to Lincoln Rd where this Ross is located at. Hope this helps.

Very bad experience. I was looking for shorts in the specific section and while I was looking a woman member of staff starts to speak in Spanish with me telling me to put back the short in the same place because she was organising the section. I never have seen something like this, it also happened with my friend in the fitting room, the woman of staff told him to put back where he found the piece he was trying. I also used to work in clothing stores in the past and this kind of attitude never will be acceptable to someone which works with people. Suggest better training for this staff. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.

They sold me a dirty shoes with no discount. I spent $300 and they hesitate $5 discount. :) Female manager is so cold and disrespectful. I will never come back to this store ever again.

This lady has no manners at all! She talked to me really crazy for no reason. Lady needs to be polite with customers, she has no customer Service at all. Not everyone is okay with that. Store has variety of stuff but I wouldn’t come back knowing this lady is in the fitting rooms.

Nice inventory, very busy store. Friendly staff but very limited checkout staff. Three of 9 registers open and extremely long lines, winding around the shelves.

Some great bargains here and fairly friendly checkout staff. Late opening hours is a big plus. It's really like tj-maxx (tk-maxx) but seems better value

A 98% copy of tjmaxx and Marshall though I noticed a few better quality shoes.

What a lovely store all your designer 🏷 labels for less. A good selection of quality goods. The shop is very spacious, organised clean and tidy. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Worth a visit you would not be disappointed.

This the worst location. 50+ people in line with one register open. This is not good customer service. As a visitor to the city of Miami, it put a bad taste in my mouth! They will not even acknowledge the customer complaints about the long line!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!

The worst Ross I have ever been in. OMG the store is a complete mess and the dressing room customer service was the worst ever, the lady on the second floor for the dressing room is beyond RUDE and nasty attitude. Never ever visit this store if your in Miami Florida.

I recommend going to Ross because you find a variety of shoes and clothes from good brands and at a good price.

Loved this outlet store where I found amazing shirts and boxers for men because the hotel didn’t have a laundry on site and the laundry service cost $17 a shirt to wash and dry. What a rip-off

I came today 08/08/2022 to Lincoln Ross store In Miami Beach with mi wife and people from Venezuela as a tourist, we ask for restrooms and Guess what???? They said HURRY UP !!!! “We do not have restrooms available for customers” !!!! It’s like we ask for something forbidden. MIAMI BEACH OS THE WORST PART OF FLORIDA IN SERVICES. This is this store manager fault!!!!
