Came in today looking to kill some time and pick up something cute. Asked a staff member—who was perfectly friendly and helpful—where the plus section was. It’s a three story shop, you’d think they had plenty of room. But, “I’m sorry, we’ve discontinued plus-sized clothing at this store.” Yikes. Nice job, corporate.

I enjoyed this forever21 it had 3 stories. Plenty to choose from. Kids and men's clothing departments. Clean and spacious. Cashier on 1st and 2nd floor. Very friendly staff. My only flaw was that on the 2nd floor where the clearance items are to the left of the escalator. It was a couple things id find and would have purchased but they were always damaged. In my opinion those types of threading and hole damages are non fixable so why still try and sell em. Other than that. I LOVE MY F21! And oh yes i found things i liked 😁

Escalator not working and waiting time at the elevator so long. You need to fix your shop guys. How many sales are you losing ? Answer - a lot.

I don’t know who gave her a job here. I came on a Friday night at 8pm to go on a shopping spree. She kept yelling at everyone to move out of her way when all she was doing to putting things on the hangers at the opposite end of the fitting room. She says we’re not allowed to be in the fitting room to try on ANYTHING while talking to others. She yelled at everyone to change quietly. When the only being loud was her. Everyone was so disturbed that we all left and bought nothing.

My favorite store, nice location, great customer service, I love the way the store is broken up in three levels. I originally started shopping here because of a great friend of mine.

Ronaly is the best..I went to the store and needed an outfit for my valentines date. Ronaly showed me several alternatives and she was very efficient and professional. Where were the employees? And finding a dressing room open was a challenge! The store looked a wreck and other than the very front of the store, it was a mess.

While standing at the counter waiting to pay for a simple purchase, no one is at the cash counter until a woman appears speaking Spanish on her phone. Ronely told me to wait and took another client before me. Said she’s the manager doesn’t care, will not come back. I hope franchisee sees this and makes changes.

Great shower out front. Come late bring a cup. Lots of seating outside after 11 pm. Had fun doing photo shoot. I remain.... forever 21.

I love this forever 21. There is an employee there that is simply magnificent! Her name is DJ. When you go up to her she has the most outstanding attitude, especially when it’s the holidays. All the other employees look bothered or furious. How I got to meet this wonderful young lady was when I was making a purchased and she was my cashier. I was hesitant on buying two outfits for my sister so I asked DJ. She asked me questions about her and helped out incredibly much that my sister loves and adores it. I hope she becomes a manager. She’s going to be AMAZING. I will be returning back to forever 21 just because of her!

I just left the store and I was there waiting since 9:30 PM. The store hours says 10:00 PM closing, but they did not let me in. Horrible customer service. You are losing lots of sales, because it was not just me but many other people trying to walk in.

Found what we needed from this nicely kept store on Miami beach.

Store was clean and nice size. Typical to forever 21...the racks were so packed you can hardly browse without having a tug of war trying to get a hanger in or out. On my shopping experience the cashier missed putting one of my items in the bag so when I got home found out I was charged but it was missing. Went all the way back to the store, waited again in a long checkout line and she had it behind the counter. No apology. Lame. But other than their escalators being broken it is a nice store.
