Unfortunately tonight was my last trip to this Urban Outfitters. While there was a very kind staff member who helped my son get a mask, thank you! The manager of the store was unable to assist when the sole checkout clerk struggled for over 10 minutes attempting to checkout a couple who’s credit card continued to be declined. As I waited with my children I noticed the manager chatting to another employee in the front of the store so I politely asked if he could assist us with our purchase, he proceeded to inspect the struggling clerk whom he did not try to help and told me “just wait”. I laid down our items and departed. I said to him as we were walking out, “I wish you cared”. Because I really do wish he cared. Goodbye Urban Outfitters. -a Former Loyal Customer
