This is a beautiful store with an amazing selection of beautiful handbags. The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful, so much so that I drove back from Fort Lauderdale to make my purchase at this particular location. Sadly, my second visit was less then pleasant. The (bald Hispanic male) manager on duty has the people skills of a prison guard. He was bossy to the staff and talking about customers as if they weren't there. I felt rushed and uncomfortable. The manager never smiled. This manager knows nothing about customer service and making customers want to return. I came back with the intention of buying multiple bags. I left with only one handbag (which I almost put back).

This is for the Miami Beach store. Horrible customer service. They make returns and exchanges very difficult. And they simply do not care. They always look gloomy so as I'm sad that they seem miserable, it's not fair to the customer. If you have issues with this particular store, the Guess customer service phone line was great with fixing my issue and is actually refunding my money

we walked into the store and found a purse i wanted but online it was on sale and the employee told me it was not on sale and then after George another employee heard and he wanted to make sure the system online had it on sale and also they didnt update the price so he said i get it for the price we saw and made sure it was on sale for us so huge props he has amazing service and did what many other employees would not

So there's a guy who works here (tall with locs) who is simply phenomenal. He helps me every time I come in and as a local in a tourist location, that's special. But this week I needed a dress for an event and popped in. He brought me two suggestions. The one I never would have picked for myself was amazing! I looked fantastic for the event and I have him to thank. I'll keep shopping here and every time, I'm going to look for him.

Lovely store and the jeans are amazing.

We came today all the way from dadeland mall because they told us here they have the shoes we wanted but when we get here they said they are close when the closing time is at 8pm. Like 3 people also came and nobody gave us at least information that what is close. The person in the register just did gestures saying that they close at 7 when online says at 8pm. A girl that was trying to enter to said that she came yesterday at 6:30 and was closed too.

Honestly, is really uncomfortable to even window shop in this establishment if you have a shop assistant following you. I live half block away, and every single time I get in there the shop is quite empty and a clerk just rushes to follow you and control you, not even in a casual way. Just really uncomfortable. I guess they have a lot of shoplifting

Love coming to this Guess store! Staff is always nice and helpful. They will always do their best to make sure you find exactly what you're looking for. And they always have fun events going on too!

I loved the male salesman on the floor. He WAS the store. Super attentive and knew the Guess brand thoroughly. I bought half the things he suggested and love all the pieces.. All the staff was great but there’s always a few that lock it in & you know they breathe the brand. Great job on the store energy..a loyal guess fan🤍

Was here for an event and although it's in a part of town that has a lot of tourism the store itself wasn't very fluent with customers. The staff however were all extremely pleasant and hospitable

Cristina Paredes at the Lincoln Road Guess location is the epitome of five star Luxury Service! Cristina constantly went above and beyond expectations throughout my 5 HOUR shopping spree! Cristina Has extensive knowledge of the retail, online purchasing and pretty much ANY questions that was thrown her way. She truly made a very long day a true pleasure.
