If you’re a customer DO NOT go into that store. Everything is overpriced, they sell cheap shirts with a print-on decal that will probably last you a week AT MOST. They do not give reasonable discounts, even as an employee they still charge some items regular price. I say this because I used to work here. Working conditions are terrible, no breaks for the afternoon shifts, except if you’re working 9+ hrs that’s when they “consider” giving you a break. Breaks are only for the morning shift which was 6hrs long sometimes for other workers 5hrs long, while afternoon people had to work a whole shift only with either water or juice, not even a 15 minute break is given The phones, every single day we had to put our phones inside a bin, they took out our lockers because the owner found that someone had food in one of them.First of all, that’s invasion of privacy, opening someone’s locker and checking what’s in it. Second, they got rid of the lockers and then we had to put our stuff in front where it was exposed to a staff or even a customer possibly stealing your personal bag. Favoritism, there’s A LOT of favoritism between the managers and a few employees giving them special treatments, special schedules, even gossiping about other coworkers, and coworkers between them talking bad about managers, other coworkers and snitching on their own coworkers to managers, it’s crazy. The company itself doesn’t give any benefits to their employees at all, supervisors and other authorized personnel are always watching the cameras making the environment very stressful to work at. They are very racist when hiring people, they don’t hire people of color because they think they’re going to “steal” Also they don’t hire based on experience and achievements. Whoever has a pretty face and a nice body is hired immediately with no experience at all, meanwhile there’s a bunch of other people with potential to bring something useful to the company. Overall working at Wings is one of the most horrible things you can do in this lifetime, and probably the next. If you don’t live in Miami Beach, half of your paycheck is gonna go to Ubers and Lyfts. For the customers: everything in that store is very overpriced and whatever is for “sale” is of very poor quality.

T-shirt tagged at 2 for $15 but had to pay $18 because manager said it was an old price that should have been changed. Although it was my right, could not negotiate with this very rude individual. Will never walk in that store again and will discourage anybody from going there

The staff watch customers like hawks and create an uneasy feeling while shopping. I asked the person at the register if they suffer a lot of shrinkage and he said no. If not, why do the staff watch customers like they're protecting gold? We only shopped there out of desperation, but I would recommend exploring other options.

I bought a sweatshirt, washed it according to label. Back of logo pealed off in one spot in the middle. Called store. Would not send me new one, no refund. I was there on spring break. The logo was not applied correctly as I do have experience with this type of print. Nothing was done. Would not buy from again.

Only bad thing, know one speaks English! Had to point at the items, I wanted to buy! Which you had to look very close, clothes, are damaged! My daughter and myself, bought a lot of hoodies, tee-shirts, but checked them over, before buying! We also, bought a few more things!

Nice variety of tshirts, hats, coffee mugs, and shot glasses for momentos. Sale prices and bargain buys can be found here. Drinks nd candy too. We found something for everyone on our list.

I went into this store to get beach towels. I was holding two towels in my hand as my girlfriend is searching our beach bag for her wallet to purchase the towels. An older Latina lady approaches us very aggressively saying “OPEN YOUR BAG, OPEN YOUR BAG!” Of course we opened our bag and let her search because we weren’t stealing but I immediately sat the towels back down and left. I’ve never been treated so poorly in an establishment. She didn’t ask to search anyone else in the store. She watched and followed us as soon as we walked into the store. I’ll never shop here or support this business. Don’t shop here if you’re black unless you want to be harassed and mistreated.

This is my 25$ hat from this store after the first day of wearing it. A great waste of money.

Don’t think about buying there, the worst quality I ever bought, see the flip-flops pictures… after one hour of using them.

The shop is hopeless, selling damaged goods and then refusing to exchange them. I bought a toy car for a child and realized at home that the interior is damaged. I went back to the store and the service was very rude, insisting it was my fault. I left the damaged toy car there and will never go back, and I strongly advise others against their unfriendly service!

The worst clothes shop I ever seen. I buy for next to $50 of t-shirts in this shop and the next day the 4 t-shirts were good to been because of the printed was decomposed. Never I will come back in this shop. I’m very disappointed !

Your typical little tourist trap, but not too expensive (you will find all budgets) where you will find this novelty item, or this specific Miami Beach branded clothes. I love the place, and it's fun to get lost in this store. Always something to find. And no touts. So it's pleasant !

I hate tacky suvenier shops so I loved Wings bc it has every type and price range. I visited three times the week I was there. I got needs: flip flops, a see-through beach bag, and wants: shirts and snow globes. ;)
