Horrible service. We waited like for 30 min for someone to go in the back to look for a pair of shoes that my bf wanted. They told us that "it was damaged" because they didn't want to keep looking. Then they said that if we wanted they can send us the pair to our home, which was great. We put our info and waited another 20 min for them to tell us that it was not available. Horrible expirience!

Struggled by myself with no help from the three staff who were enjoying their chit chat. They seemed to be enjoying their chat though and that’s what’s important 🙄 I was actually looking to buy a pair of shoes but definitely not from there now.

Thos the worst place to buy shoes. I purchased a pair of sandals a few days ago and I was bit sure about the color so I asked them if I wanted to return it if have to have the box and they told No so today I went to return the sandals because I did find the right color at another place I was treated very bad by one of the manager that he said his name was Danny Cabrera very sarcastic and unprofessional person with no matters at all. I worked for an international bank where I have to deal with people and I am sure that I will be fired if I treat a client like that.

It's a lot of really expensive shoes... But some nice shoes.... But really expensive ones... It looks like all of the TV's on their walls... are from 2004

This is my family first time in Miami. Someone told us about Lincoln shopping so we wanted to look around for my wife’s birthday. As we go into Steve Madden the manger of the store, Danny, stares at us the entire time; never acknowledges us or ask if we want help. While in the store we observed a lady walk in steal two pair of earrings and also a purse. When i finally got help (from another employee) Danny walks up to me and takes the pair of shoes, I am purchasing, out of my hand and tells me he will hold them behind the counter as i am trying to check out. He was too busy racial profiling me and my family he never seen the lady walk out the store with multiple items in her hand. So if you walk in this store be prepared to be profiled

I am here visiting Miami for the very first time and I was insulted and humiliated from the associate Yasmani. I just gave birth less than a year ago and am struggling with severe depression and anxiety From not losing my baby weight. My husband attempted to treat me to some nice shoes and a clutch as a pick me up and “Yasmani” offers me some inserts for my shoes and states “I have something for your pregnant belly “ ummmm excuse me?? How rude of you. I just made my purchase and left immediately. But thank you so much for making me feel like the valued customer that I am clearly NOT.

The website says they open at 12pm but not really! I've been waiting for so long to get a shoe that I ordered and requested to deliver here at the store...

I went to buy a wallet in ALDO Lincoln road and as soon as i walked in i was met with a big smile from Darius, he welcomed me and showed me around and i asked him for the wallets he showed me them and did not stop there, he went in to the back of the store to get a wallet for me and sold me one on the spot. I bought it because it was beutiful but his charisma, his smile and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE sold it I hope ALDO values Darius because he is AMAZING
