Horrible customer service! Employees eating food while helping customers, rude remarks and impolite attitudes. I inadvertently asked a customer for help thinking he was an employee and I immediately apologized. The employee who was eating rolled his eyes at me and apologized to the customer, claiming that the customer has been waiting 15 minutes for a shoe and had to “deal” with me mistaking him for an employee. I confronted him about his ill-mannered approach and another employee, with no knowledge of what had happened, came out of nowhere and encouraged me to leave the store. Don’t set foot on this store! I went to Nike instead which is a 5 minute walk and they had wonderful employees and customer service, what a difference!!

Just a regular foot locker. Staff is a little bit odd and I only realized once I got him that they left a store tag on my shirt.

I just went to pick up the Air Force 1’s I ordered to in-store pick up South Beach, FL and they were “picked up by someone else” the day before.... Fun fact given by corporate today, YOU DON’T NEED TO SHOW AN ID OR A RECEIPT TO PICK UP ORDERS, just give the right name. How do you know the name you ask? You can find the printed orders on a white tray over a table at the front of the store. YOU’RE WELCOME!

I love this shoe store. These employees know how to give great customer service. 10/10, I would recommend to anyone and everyone. I know its just a shoe store but i give them a thumbs up.

I love this place. They have the best releases on Jordan sneakers, nike brand and yeezy. Plus with a membership to their app the more u buy the more u save

My son was excited to pick out a pair of shoes for his birthday. Unfortunately the sales reps in the store were not as enthusiastic about selling him a pair. The reps were on their phone’s, singing songs, not really paying attention to the kid standing next to them with a shoe in his hand. We tried to be patient. But after several rounds of tapping someone on the shoulder while they are not interested I had had enough. Would never go back to that location.

This place is my go to sneaker store. The employees there are so quick with service. Never had a bad experience in there not one time. Thanks for being friendly and pleasant hospitality guys!!!

Closed early ! After spending £20 on a taxi to get there in time it was closed ! Shocking !

This location should really ask for PIN number for ALL card transactions. On May 13, 2023 I had an unfortunate situation where my purse was stolen with my Citibank debit card and other important things. The time of the theft was at 3:56pm I know cause there were cameras in the location of theft. Well, at apparently at 4:24pm on May 13,2023 an unauthorized transaction of $133.75 was made and it was officially posted on May 16. On May 13 I also got a text alert that someone tried to make a transaction of $188 at this same location at 4:30pm. Meaning the person who stole my bag was able to easily use my debit card here cause this place doesn’t ask for pins on card transactions. A police report was made and my bank is investigating this matter.

Always found something to buy, great deals!!! Brandon the manager, great guy, always going the extra mile, amazing service, will be back for sure.
