Had a very upsetting experience with bad customer service in this place. They don’t respect business hours and they don’t even care about making customers wait unnecessarily (their advertised hours of operation were different than the actual). A bunch of people waiting outside and complaining that the store was supposed to be open, and the only guy in the store on March 29th 2022 in the morning didn’t even care to acknowledge us or say a word. We’re we supposed to wait outside for an hour without even knowing the actual time of store opening? So disappointing and upsetting.

I went to this shop since I was looking for a nice pair of work shoes, and i was helped immediately by Khnan, he was so gentle with me and he assisted me to try and find the perfect one! Nice shop and nice staff! I will buy it again for sure, hope to find the same gentleman that i had.

First time walking into a Skechers on 11/26 at 8:03pm gentlemen told me it was closed but brian was kind to let me walk in to see the collections and walked out with 3 pair of shoes. Great experience and great variety of shoes.

Look guys, I love ur shoes, but if U lock ur doors at 7:30 then put it up on Google so that everyone can see ur hours. I drove to make it before 8 pm. And u were closed. Please update actual hours and I will remove this review.

I went into the store on Lincoln Road last week. Looking for a new pair of shoes for work. A gentleman named Bryan help me choose the most comfortable shoes for my job that requires a lot of standing and walking.

The customer service was horrible, just by one person a Cuban blonde lady. She assist me while eating, her tone and manners where fare from a customer service standard.

I came to the store to buy shoes for my son for the new school year. I usually purchase all his shoes on sketchers website, but I could not decide which one will fit him. I can say it was the best decision to come into the store. Kanan not only showed me what they have in stock , he also made sure my son likes them and the fit is good for him. I had the best shopping experience with Kanan, he was very polite and thoughtful. The entire store experience was amazing and easy. I will definitely come back again next time!

New school grade, new bags and uniforms, and of course…new shoes :) We popped into the store to check out the inventory and found THE sneakers, thanks to the super knowledgeable (and friendly) staff.
