There was 2 young ladies working when I went in. They were both very polite and outgoing. The lady that helped ne was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful explaining how the coverage worked on my glasses and that the cleaning solution was an amazing purchase and also explained why. Amazing service @Oakley, Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, thanks to Glad! Glad helped with a lense issue and within three days I received the new lenses and she happily replaced them. She was enthusiastic, very capable and caring. She is one excellent employee and you all are lucky to have her and her staff. I am sold on Oakley because of her.

My wife bought HOLBROOK Prizm model as a present for me less than 2 years ago but didn’t keep the receipt. I filled a warranty claim because lenses are peeling off (pics attached) but they don’t want to stand behind the product referring to the fine print. I offered to send them back so they can check the authenticity of the glasses and replace the faulty lenses but they don’t want. Think twice before spending more than $200 for a bad product and total lack of customer service.
