Wow! Amazing location! The staff is very happy, polite, and helpful. The place looked busy but ver Y clean and well taken care! Nicole was the best just making sure I liked my drink since it was first time ordering!

My favorite Starbucks ever!!! I really like this location - I drive all the way from Brickell to come to this location because they always make my lattes correctly. I really like the baristas too! Nicolas, Rosie, Izzy, Kelly, and Steven are all so nice!! They take the time to get to know you too! They know how much I love my venti soy green tea latte with no foam and how picky I am. Forever a fan of this location.

Internet is terrible, staff is nice, but the prices are high, I just got an Espresso for $2.89! I know espressos are small, but this is ridiculous!

I received 130 Starbucks points for the below meal. But the Green tea , the berry trio parfait, the protein box and the turkey provolone and pesto ciabatta were worth extra points if you use the starbucks app and pay through the app. I like the 30oz green trea trenta is becoming a favorite for me. I also like the other partfait Starbucks sells. But overall goos and I can get a lighter meal here for not too much cash. I do recommend

They never have the green plugs for hot coffee. My boyfriend was driving and his drink spilled all over his hand and burnt him. Called customer service on this store for a refund and report

I ordered a grande caramel Frappuccino and one butter croissant, and my total was basically $?? I tried to call the store and no one answered me. I want an explanation on why it costed too much .

I come to this Starbucks on a regular basis because I work in shifts and I come here during my spurts of free time to get work done. Mark and Fritza are beyond phenomenal on a daily basis and always are so kind and helpful. Today I came in exhausted and wanted a coffee (not a coffee drinker) to wake up and Mark gave me a sample of the Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew, my day is amazing now due to his generosity. I would have never ordered this on the fly, but thanks to him wanting me to try it, I am thoroughly enjoying it. Fritza is such a personable barista that I always enjoy seeing when I come in. Overall, you won't be disappointed with the service but even more so with the staff, they are a phenomenal crew who make the atmosphere incredibly inviting.

We ordered 5 hot chocolates to go around 2pm today Dec. 25. NOT one cup had Chocolate in it!!! They had Vanilla syrup only.

Nick was extremely profesional and welcoming. We are visiting from Colombia and it was incredible to watch him Multi task and stay well composed during such a rush!

Steven was the best. We went there early morning and he was a sunshine. Super friendly and had the best attitude. I hope he gets a raise or something <3

Parking is scarce (but it Miami). Service was quick and good. The batista made sure my coffee was right and served it with a smile. Small location and not a lot of space for working, but did have some tables.

Came to this location having the absolute worst day. Izzy turned my day completely around! Had to cancel a flight last minute due to my travel companion’s unforeseen circumstances. Already checked out of our hotel. We came here to have a coffee while attempting to rebook flights for a reasonable price. After hours on the phone I was visibly very frustrated and upset. Izzy offered me a complimentary cake pop to cheer me up, was super empathetic and offered advice for places to stay until our new flight date. This is hands down the best Starbucks, I have been too. My drink always comes out so good. I come to this location almost everyday. Fritza is a very nice women that works there. She is one of the sweetest people I have meet. She always works with a positive mindset and inspires others too.
