Awesome craft cocktails (not margaritas like 90% of the other bars). Highly talented cocktail makers and a great out of the norm experience. This place is under a hotel and a bit off the path. Trust me and make the effort to find it!

The best speakeasy I have been to. It’s a hidden gem in S Beach. We ordered a Manhattan and Old Fashioned. The drinks were top notch. The place was tastefully decorated and we got a place across the bar and watched the bartenders as they whipped up the most amazing drinks. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting S Beach and who has a flair for drinks. Oh and we went back the next night and Luis actually made us the best cocktails. He made me an Espresso martini with whisky and it was amazing.

Ring the bell 5 times and wait. Enter into a beautiful , candlelit speakeasy with delicious rum cocktails and other lovely spirits. Watching the bartenders create their art was a highlight. It's below the Stiles Hotel which is its own unique place.

This bar is pure art! Art in a glass, and art in a hidden, sweet speak easy style atmosphere. The deconstructed piña colada cocktail was mind blowing! So much much detail goes into these craft cocktails (and we tried four) that it’s beyond impressive! And the owner, the one that was serving us behind the bar, we found out is the author of the book “BarKeeper”, an amazing craft cocktail recipe book that details and covers almost everything you can think about in the drinks and cocktail world… As you might have guessed, highly recommended this bar!!

A fantastic spot for amazing cocktails! We wanted a quiet evening that was away from the crowd on Ocean Drive but had great drinks. To say the least Swizzle transports you away from typical Miami. The intimate atmosphere is a great date spot or for that part in your vacation when your feet can’t take the heels anymore but you want to go somewhere vibey. The. Attendees are so nice and helpful. There is limited space so get there for a pre dinner or a night cap! The Sip, Bite, n’ Sip is one of the top 3 cocktails I’ve ever had!

Loved this place. Reminds me of a speakeasy in Paris. The offerings are extensive and the menu is complex and balanced in a great way .They have so many rare and exotic options from varying counties and true mixologists ( they are in leather aprons and smoking wood here, true creators). This is for the connoisseurs with a developed palate that truly appreciate quality and thoughtful menu development/ environment . A new fav for South Beach for sure… Stop by . Worth it. And the music is great . It’s funk, jazz, 80’s , 40’s classics. We will be back!

By far the best "Speakeasy" style bar in Miami. I like to think of myself as a Speakeasy connoisseur, and this little place definitely ranks up there! Joe and I talked for about an hour, regarding our passion for craft cocktails, and Luis makes one hell of a good drink! Fantastic vibe, great music, great company, highly suggest going! Definitely get the El Presidente!!! Literally one of the best cocktails I've ever had in my life!

Swizzle Rum Bar is an elegant and quaint hidden gem reminiscent of cocktail bars from a bygone era. The incredibly hospitable team whips up all the classics plus their own signature recipes with precision and world class service. Always a great experience every time I visit!!

It's easy to see why this speakeasy is so popular on Yelp (earning the #2 spot in 2022). The cocktail menu is packed with unique cocktails, forcing you to start rank-ordering what you want to try during your visit (pro-tip: go with friends so you can try more!). The drinks were inventive and well-executed. The venue itself is very dark, cramped, and loud. The four of us were shoved into a corner, but we had a hard time hearing each other and couldn't really move from our seats. Service was pretty prompt once we were able to order. Worth a stop if you want to try some tasty cocktails while you're in town.

The drinks were amazing! I had two drinks and they were smooth and didn’t hit me until it was time to stand up. This was my first time to a Speak Easy and we ended up at the #4 in the country! Very intimate space off in the cut. You will miss it if you’re not sure if the name. Give it a try.

It's one of those places that, if you miss it, folks should and will judge you. Danilo and his crew are amazing. Wonderful atmosphere, delicious drinks, knowledge to satisfy the most philosophical among us; what more could you ask for? Buy the second edition of Barkeep. My only regret is that we stumbled upon this gem the day before the Second Edition party and couldn't be here to celebrate the release. If you love cocktails then you need this book.

Hands down some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The drinks were the right balance of funky yet familiar, fruit forward without being too sweet. It’s a can’t miss spot for any rum fans. Great service. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Only complaint is that the bathrooms were shared with the hotel and were not so great.

No doubt this is the Best Bar I ever being in Miami, and it is the #4th on the US as Best speakeasy Bar and now I know why. The best word to describe this Bar is CHARMING, it resembles the prohibition era, is elegant, mistirious and Jason our bartender was delightful and professional, he prepare succulent cocktails and I watched him making them like an artist. We try several cocktails the French Martini, 2 that we ask Jason to choose for us and the Old Marley it was a harmony of delicate and strong flavors. There is only 3 food to choose from the menu and we order the French fries and the amazing chicken wings to die for. The Music is absolutely perfect, from a cheerful jazz of Alberta Hunter to The Speedometors from 1976 new wave/ funky rock music. I really enjoy Swizzle and can't wait to come back. I will give 6 🌟 to this Bar if I could. BRAVO!

Really quirky, cool and hip bar in south beach. The first achievement is finding the bar - but when you do, it’s clear to see that the who’s who in Miami have made the effort to do the same. Really refined crowd, extensive rum cocktail menu and good service. Highly recommended

Fantastic cocktail bar located inside a hotel. It has speakeasy ish vibes where it takes a bit of effort to find the entrance & the inside is cozy yet swanky. The Rhum Swizzle is hands down one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. My bf said the Old Marley, which is their take of an old fashioned, is one of the best he’s had. Needless to say, these cocktails are strong but taste delicious so proceed at your own risk 😂 The food menu was limited to burgers, wings, and fries which was a little disappointing since we saw an alternative menu/review that mentioned more food like a Cuban sandwich, but the wings were not bad if you need something to munch on.

My wife and I decided to take a mid week trip into Miami and we were a bit concerned when every search result for "best bars Miami" led us to nightclubs. We're fans of enjoying well thought out cocktails. Somewhere along our adventure around the city a bartender said the best drinks could be found at Swizzle. The guy wasn't wrong. The drinks, the atmosphere, the service, all reminded me of some of the best spots I've been to in NYC. If death and co. Had opened blacktail instead of dead rabbit this would absolutely be the vibe. It was a cozy, perfectly dimly lit, speakeasy, with emphasis on tropical spirits and flavor. My memory is a tad fuzzy but I think Jason was our bartender. That dude was great, accommodating, made well thought out recommendations, was willing to have a conversation with us to narrow down what to drink. We're absolutely planning another jaunt down to this bar asap.

I love this place so much. I've been to every speakeasy in the Las Olas area and now Swizzle in Miami. By far the best speakeasy with the tastiest cocktails. The atmosphere is perfect with background music and affordable drinks. They have also been independently ranked in the top 5 by two publications for best speakeasy in the USA. I've been here twice and plan to come back every other month or when I'm in the area. Nathan and staff are superb!

This speakeasy has such cool vibes. Hubby ordered the Rhum Swizzle and I don’t even know the name of my drink but best drinks we’ve had. The decor, the ambiance, the cocktails everything is amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

First night in Miami and was blown away by the hospitality and level of craftsmanship. The bartenders were so incredible. The cocktails were unique and memorable. Definitely coming back again soon. This is a must-go for cocktail-seekers.

I went here for a date night and absolutely loved it! The ambiance is so moody and sweet, the music wasn’t too loud, it was at the perfect level for my party to hear each other but not have others listen in. The food was really good, but the drinks were our favorite! Also, if you’re not a fan of dark moody areas & prefer to see exactly what you’re eating, don’t be fooled, the lights on each table can be adjusted to be brighter! I recommend this place and already plan to come back with friends.

Such a unique experience. Drinks are so creative; complex concoctions kicked up a notch. Menu is small but everything is delicious. Really liked the old bluesy music at first. Then switched to a funky vibe.

Very cool speakeasy type bar. It has a great vibe and atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. Even the waiting area feels like an authentic old bar. The drinks were decent but not amazing. Would come again and try a different drink.
