Love this place. The beds are really comfortable and the room smelt really clean. When we checked out the guy at the desk was really nice. Love the pool area but it is a lil small. Would recommend

Perfect little suit for my dog and I. That could be a book 🤔 anyway; great room, very comfortable bed and water is hot. Definitely staying here again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I had a 2 bedroom suite and it was infested with roaches and rodents. We called the front desk and went down there. They seemed unbothered and said someone would be up to spray the room. They didn’t come back until later the NEXT DAY! Sprayed and even more roaches. I felt so disgusting in this hotel. I have contacted Marriott customer support numerous times for a refund as I have photo & video evidence and this hotels manager refuses to respond to anything. I’m beyond disgusted with Marriott and how they up keep their properties and handle those who patron there. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES CRAWLING ON YOU!

1st floor smelled like old diapers and urine. The carpet is old and outdated. The faucet runs in the bathtub. The adjoining room has no soundproof door so everything can be heard. The tub is not slippery-proof. For a Marriott hotel, they need to do like Starbucks...Shut it down and revamp the quality. All of weeks have been canceled and rebooked elsewhere. Prime location, horrible hotel.

This is one of the worst experienced I have ever had, I am shocked this is a Marriott property, it is disgusting. Worst than a motel. Our “suite” smelled like smoke and had no towels and no shampoo. Kitchen and bathroom are all outdated and stained everywhere, this place needs improvements badly. Not worth the price. Customer service was terrible too.

Unfortunately this place was such a miss. It had sketchy vibes from the moment we pulled up. But the downfall was really the room. It was so moist and moldy smelling, I woke up the next morning with a sore throat! The furniture had visible signs of RUST from the moisture, and the non-metal furniture was so beat up. The carpet was so wet, I didn't want to walk barefoot on it. The ice bucket had mold growing on the edges, and the coffee machine was broken. I stayed here out of convenience for the location to relatives but yikes would never stay again.

I am ambassador level often staying in Marriott properties for 3 months to 11 months each year. My company booked me here for extended time. I stayed 2 nights and left for another non-Marriott property nearby. Pictures tell much of the reason I left plus the interior smelled like wet dog. I would get sick at my stomach. I am surprised this is a Marriott property.

First encounter at the front desk was a long wait as there were two people waiting on one person Then once we got to the room was very disappointed the rooms are old and not kept up the bathtub had a huge crack in it and they covered it up with some plastic so every time you stood in it you can feel the crack water would never drain properly The amount of parties that were going on that started past 11:00 p.m. were ridiculous all night long people yelling screaming and partying couldn't get any sleep called the front desk to complain said they would do something about it but they never did I'm really surprised that Marriott puts their name on this property does not fit their normal property standards very low end. We had to carry our Towles to the Front desk everyday as no one made up our room during our stay. Very unhappy customer will not be going back to this hotel

Worst Marriot hotel I've ever stayed in. I'm titanium elite status, I stay at Marriots A LOT! The key locks to the building work sometimes. Ac didn't work my first night. Internet TV and WIFI don't work. Housekeeping didn't come when requested. Hallway. Room, and elevator smell bad.

Mediocre. Smells of weed were everywhere, and the toilet was broken. I had to call the front desk repeatedly to get it fixed. Except it was nominally priced in the range I was looking for a quick trip, I wouldn't stay here.

Stayed there for 2 1/2 weeks room 230 building b with my girl. Had stayed at marriot before and had never been so disappointed. I'll start by its supposed to be smoking free hotel had a very strong smell of Marijuana on the first floor. The carpet smelled bad. The cleaning crew the maids that do the room were the only thing worth in the whole place. Front desk was rude. Wifi reception sucked. Carpet in the room was broken the room smelled damp in general the money paid for its not worth the stay. I hope marriot looks at and consider more training and enforced the no smoking policy place needs may be an AYS like at the biscayne Bay Marriott

This hotel is in desperate need of improvents. Outside looks ok but inside is pretty outdated. Our suite was clean but strong moldy smell. There was also a strong smell of vomit coming from the carpet near one of the nightstands. I considered asking for another room, but I opted against it since we were only staying one night and I booked this last minute due to a family emergency. It is certainly not what I expected from a Marriott property. I did like that it is near some good restaurants and the highway.

Wow, for this still being a Marriott property. Only star is for the employees who were very nice. Apart from that, this hotel is below any standards. Horrible smell, mold, dust and filth everywhere. I had some ants in my room too.

Posted no smoking signs were ignored, parked and open my door to the other person smoking weed, right by my car. Walked to my room two people smoking right by the door of the stairwell. Place smells of smoke and must, Inside is dusty, tired ripped carpet and rooms certainly need updating. Probably one of the worst Marriott owned properties I’ve stayed at.

This was a set up given by God..Daniella was the sweetest and most professional front desk attendant I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The check in process was very smooth and the location is on a busy road but very peaceful for what you would expect. I would work here that’s how comfortable she made me feel! I thank her for everything!

Avoid this place if you can. The worst "Marriott" property I had even visited. The rooms are old and smell of mold. The bathroom floor is so stinky and the bath is filled with rust. I slept there and woke up with a sore throat. This place is a health hazard. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Roach’s in the kitchen. One crawled on me unknowingly. Yuck. The lobby to the front desk smells like piss. The rest of the buildings smell musty. I’m grateful there aren’t bedbugs. Parking is lacking tremendously.

Definitely a 2-star property. It was old and very dated. Needs a major remodel. It was clean, but still not up to what you would expect from Marriott. Staff was good.

Location is good and girl at checkin was nice but...I mobile checked in before online and no one confirmed or activated my mobile key for hours. Worse the entire building I'm in smells terrible. Very musty and sour on the third floor. 1st floor smells the same but add animal feces. I love Marriott and stay often but I will never stay here again and I won't send coworkers here either.

This is the worst Marriott that I have ever stayed in. My first room in the building across from the office was terrible. When I walked in the building, the first floor was soaking wet with fans, everywhere and water, a strong smell of mold, and I instantly started coughing, I went up to the third floor, which was no better, there was a fan outside of my door, and as soon as I enter the room, I started coughing again. I am mediately went to the front desk to ask for a new room, they put me in the different building room 211, and it has not been much better. I cannot wait until tomorrow morning to find a new hotel that is not as terrible as this place. I cannot believe that people would actually pay money to stay here. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed.

This is a great Hotel for a short stay. Staff is courteous and rooms are clean. It’s quite so you’ll be sure to get a good nights rest.

If you don't mind sharing your accommodations with roaches and ants, also smelly moldy rooms then by all means. The amount of money that I paid to stay at a Marriott chain, felt like I was staying in a Knights Inn, along with its rude guests slamming doors at all hours of the night. I will never stay at this location ever again. And I might not ever stay at another Towneplace Suites. The fact that this location has a 3.5 star rating is a complete and utter lie. The ONLY thing good about the location was the staff.

I'm shocked that Bonvoy is even willing to put their name on this property. NOT the standard you expect at a Bonvoy hotel. Completely run down, old, smells like mildew with air freshner cover up. Shower was cracked, carpet was very old and felt dirty, sink did not drain. Would never stay here again.

If all these reviews were linked to Marriott, no one would ever stay here. Still waiting on executive team to reach out per Marriott to resolve the matter. All of the owner responses are typical corporate non action responses. Based on reviews does not look like this hotel has been fumigated over the past month. Good luck to anyone who actually stays here. You are probably better off sleeping in your car.

I usually stay at another hotel chain when I visit Miami, but I had mother-in-law traveling with us and this place had separate 2 room 2 queen beds which was very unusual. Worked out perfect for us. Only 3 stars because the hallways were spread with very, very strong detergent to cover the mole or animal smells. Also no ice machines on any floors, (in Miami ???).

The room was nice and cozy. But the service could have been better. We were put on hold/hung up on and then we were kept on hold for 11min before we just decided to hang up and go in and speak with someone.

Most dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed. For the price we paid, this hotel is way worst than a motel. Breakfast area is not clean by any standard and the staff were so rude. For even a simple question they have a standard answer, "we don't know".

Had a great customer experience here! I needed to print several emails and Carlos went above and beyond to not only print what I needed for me, but stapled everything, compile all my papers neatly, etc! Without me asking! If I need a place to stay in Miami, I will come back here just from this experience 🔥

I stay here at least 5 times a year. Everyone is always pleasant, from check in, worker just meet in the hall, breakfast worker also very pleasant. All around great experience.

Unfortunately not the experience for what was paid. The hotel is very old and no updates. It has that old wet smell in various areas. I've never stayed in a motel but that what it felt like. I love the Marriott but they really need to upgrade and do renovations on this location.

Rooms are pretty outdated. I think the whole property is in need of renovation. Rooms are clean but smell moldy. The bathroom and kitchen cabinets have seen better days but have been repainted. The wall where the shower tile starts was rotten but painted and caulked over. The area is beautiful though, you have lots of restaurants and supermarket in walking distance. The highway is just a few blocks down. Staff is nice. I feel like the facility itself does not match Marriotts standards. Unfortunately I would not stay there again.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Doors were opened, bellhop took our luggage from the car to our room. Bellhop also gave my young son a kid bag, with activities and colors. At dusk, there was a complimentary snack for our son, a cookie and milk. The room was large, very well decorated, and super clean. We were sad, especially the kids when the time we have to leave. We are looking forward to coming back here!

The staff was amazing. Very nice, courteous and attentive. The hotel itself needs remodeling. It smells old and moldy. The room gave off a mildew smell every time we left and came back. Housekeeping doesn’t come often. We had a 7 day stay and they only came once. Carpet is old and dirty, windows didn’t open snd. Lord properly, there was a leak in the bathroom with the faucet from the tub area, TV sound kept cutting off in between shows. It is conveniently placed and easy to get to. More than enough parking. Not too noisy. Reasonable price. I would not go back there until they remodel. I got sick from the smell of the mildew. The sheets had tears in them and the pillow smelt very moldy.

Stayed there yesterday due to remodeling going on in my home. Like others say it is in desperate need of remodeling and moldy smell. Carpets are extremely filthy and dirty. Had to go to the office on two different occasions due another guest who had 5 teenage kids were playing football in the parking lot and were hitting all cars. According to Staff they went and spoke to kids but the problem continued. I witnessed several cars being hit by the football. Me having a brand new luxury car I picked up my stuff and checked out immediately. It's obvious manager has no control over what goes on at their hotel. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels and this does not come near to the nice one I've stayed at. Gave it two stars because the staff were very nice.

Having stayed here for almost 3 weeks while my home was having renovations, I felt like it was a home away from home. The studio suites had everything you needed, everything was clean and the staff was welcoming, professional and friendly. Ana, Robert and Raul were some of the standouts. There are many restaurants and stores nearby as well.

I stayed at this “Marriott” over the weekend and I recommend NOT to book at this hotel. I have stayed at other Marriott hotels and this one does not represent the brand at all. I think a motel is better than this. Bathroom, carpets and hallways were filthy and cockroaches have made it their residence (at least in my room). Bathroom leaks and toilet tank makes noise after flushing. A complete makeover renovation is in order for this place. I think Marriott should remove their name from this hotel. The good part of my stay was the staff because they were friendly.
