Terrible. 6pm. Bartenders and servers have a little ongoing party in the corner booth. Seated and got a drink. Never a glass of water. Placed food order and they brought bread. No napkin no silverware. Drink empty? Wait ten minutes while they ignore me. Served dinner without the sauce on the side it's supposed to come with. Asparagus (extra 2 bucks) way over cooked and tasted horrible. Like it was rotten before cooking. 30 minutes later no ody asked how it was or if I need anything else. Too busy playing and talking and being on their phones. Big ole boy in a blue shirt standing around with them. Skip this place.

We came for dinner for my sons 20th birthday. The service was excellent and the food was great. Our server made sure we had everything we needed throughout our dinner.

Wow! Best steak ever, the salmon was nice too. And the soft drinks were so sweet to the taste. I enjoy dining with my family here. It’s always a great option

Priscilla was amazing! We were celebrating my son’s birthday and she blew him away by knowing his name after only having heard it once at the table! That attention to detail and care was so appreciated and made us feel extra special. Priscilla is truly one of a kind and we hope Outback makes sure see stays on!!!

My sister and I always have dinner once or twice a week. The food is excellent and most of all the service is the BEST. Vinny, the Manager is always very pleasant and makes certain that the service is excellent. Our server, Yoyo is very efficient, friendly, and courteous. In fact he is awesome, the front desk greeters already know us and seat us with him. GREAT FOOD, MANAGER AND SERVER.

I was very satisfied tonight. After having such a horrible week, I came to Outback to wine down and relax.Janet walked me all the way to the bar, the moment I walked it I felt at home. I was so happy to have such a great customer service experience, I met Alexandra she was the bartender tonight and she really did make my experience at Outback amazing. It is nice to know that there are still nice caring people out there. As soon as I sat down she greeted me with a smile and was very quick with all my orders. Not only did she take the time to make me feel comfortable even though I was here alone but she was also helping all the other customers. Everyone was so friendly and it really did make my Saturday very special. Thank you Outback for making me feel like part of your family . And making me feel satisfied . Definitely recommend this Outback best rest ever with there customer service and there food it is super delicious. Thanks Outback and the employees

i ordered to go the other day and the person who attended over the phone and in person was very nice and professional. andrea was the one who helped me throughout the service and she recommended the steakhouse quesadilla which was sublime. would 10/10 recommend coming again to this restaurant.

I ordered take out and Andrea assisted me. The food was prepared on time and everything tasted great. I would definitely order from here again!

So much for ordering take out. Got home to open my food to the 3Ds disgusting depressing & disrespectful so call burger. Is not that hard to make customers food tasteful and pleasant Please to whoever make this burger if you so much hate or dislike your job just quit....

Priscilla is amazing! What a great personality and welcoming Ive been to many outbacks The food here used to be good This experience was not not so great And considering it wasnt busy, it should of been much better. The prime Rib overcooked and mostly all fat The blooming onion was soggy full or grease and so salty. If you want to keep your customers you need to do better!

We, my wife and I, did not frequent this restaurant for a while due to previous shortcomings. Upon entering we were pleasantly surprised to note the renovation since our last visit and the comfortable environment it has created. The service this time provided by Noemi was excellent and the food showed quality improvement over previous visits. We feel comfortable to recommend the establishment again for a quick weekday evening dinner or to just hang out at the Bar to watch an event. Well done Outback Miami Lakes.

Got the porter house steak and shared with my daughter. Plenty of food for us. The plating was really nice and entertaining and fun to watch! Service was great!

I went recently to the Miami Lakes area, our waitress, a guy, he was ok,he was like in a hurry, we just asked for dinner and that is, after a while,and almost 35 minutes, the dinner came in, mine was a Ribeye totally burned-out and my husband who asked for medium, it was totally done.We have to hunt out our waitress, who was chatting and making jokes all time with the bartender lady, at least when we where there, 8pm to 9 pm, he comes after I rise my hand making a sign, he was hearing us with the food burned-out and removed them and bringing us after another one.This time was better.Our waitress, refilled our water glasses almost leaving the place.The dessert, it was the cookie with the caramel salty with the ice cream on it,it wasn't hot or crunchy. I want to kick myself for not get a picture of the before and after of the food. I take very seriously when I do a review because, I'm one who follows them for information.This is not my first time there and it won't be the last, I hope this helps the place to improve the service that we, the local costumers, are expecting receiving after a long exhausted working week.

We came for our grandmother's birthday dinner celebration. It was 18 of us including 6 kids. Our waitress Priscilla was absolutely amazing. She was all by herself waiting on our big party and was right on top of everything and didn't miss a thing. Always had a great smile and ready to take any requests.

So the food was good salmon rice and broccoli and mashed potatoes and the butter bread Fie and blueberry lemonade and the mild wings Fie and our waiter was fast even tho he has 2 other table so we make sure we give him a nice tip…

Came here to celebrate an early Father’s Day and the Kindergarten Graduation of his son with my son-in-law, and my daughter. Last time I dined at an Outback’s was on Miami Beach back in 2007. I was looking forward to eating their freshly baked bread, which pleased me it was still great. The salad was fresh and amazing. Service was not delayed even though it was the tail end of Lunchtime. Friendly waiter. Son-in-law enjoyed his steak; daughter, a vegetarian, let us know how delicious her broccoli and mashed potatoes were.

Priscilla was very attentive and forthcoming with our family during our dinner at outback Miami Lakes. She was very patient and attentive to our children and provided them with appropriate utensils and went out of her way to ensure that the kids meals were within the appropriate temperature so they wouldn’t get burned. She constantly came to check in on us and made us feel very welcomed. Best waiter experience!!!!

My first time having a meal here with my girlfriend was a great! Aside from the great food that was served, our time there was made an experience thanks to our amazing waitress Priscilla. She was very kind and attentive which made our time there all the more enjoyable. I would definitely come back and ask for her to be our waitress! Thank you Priscilla!

Love this place, come here often for lunch and dinner with the family. Staff is always very warm and welcoming, Courtney who works at the bar is very knowledgeable about the menu and the drinks. The restaurant is very clean and up-to-date with COVID-19 standards. Overall I give this place five stars and again if you happen to come to the outback in Miami Lakes ask for Courtney to be your server if he’s on the floor if not sit at the bar and enjoy a drink and a good meal and amazing service and good food!!!

It was great the steak was on point. The smoked old fashion was amazing. Chris R the waiter was awesome and Vinnie the Manager came around twice. Can't wait to come back.
