2/5 Paula M. 2 years ago on Google
the
hotel
itself
was
fine
but
everything
associated
with
the
experience
was
so
frustrating
that
it
completely
ruined
the
experience.
it
took
like
20
minutes
to
check
in,
there
was
one
employee
at
the
check
in
desk
and
when
another
employee
came
to
the
desk,
they
checked
in
two
people
that
had
come
in
after
me.
They
had
my
reservation
details
wrong
(number
of
people
and
type
of
room).
the
room
itself
was
mostly
nice
but
the
TV
was
postioned
parallel
to
the
bed
at
a
very
awkward
angle
and
none
of
the
channels
worked.
I
noticed
some
things
has
not
been
cleaned,
like
the
place
in
the
bathroom
where
you
place
the
soap
and
tissues
had
been
stuffed
back
into
the
tissue
box,
so
that
was
kind
of
gross.
There
were
also
no
utensils
in
the
room
and
I
called
the
front
desk
and
they
said
I
had
to
go
get
them
from
there.
This
is
minor
compared
to
the
rest
of
the
issues,
but
it
would
have
been
nice
if
they
had
already
been
in
the
room,
as
they
often
are
in
other
hotels.
The
blackout
curtains
did
not
do
a
good
job
of
fully
blocking
out
the
light
from
the
street
lamp
outside
which
made
it
difficult
to
get
a
good
night's
sleep
with
light
filtering
in
from
outside.
the
next
day,
my
key
card
stopped
working
two
hours
before
checkout
and
I
wasn't
able
to
get
in
through
the
side
door.
I
asked
an
employee
if
they
could
let
me
in
and
they
said
no.
I
wanted
to
call
the
hotel
but
there
was
no
phone
number
to
the
hotel
itself
online
or
on
the
keycards.
I
had
to
go
all
the
way
around
to
the
front
desk
and
get
the
key
cards
replaced.
In
general,
I
found
the
service
kind
of
curt
and
stand-off
ish.
No
real
apologies
were
made
for
any
of
the
issues
experienced.
Overall,
it
was
way
too
much
strife
for
what
was
supposed
to
be
a
very
breezy
one
night's
stay
of
like
15
hours.
I
found
a
deal
on
my
room
and
only
paid
like
$100
but
I
would
have
been
extremely
annoyed
with
all
the
issues
experienced
in
such
a
short
period
of
time.
the
parking
lot
could
also
use
some
more
upkeep.
