THE WORST!!!! LO PEOR I've been coming here for years because Dr Bolufer and Dr Yaima are amazing, but the front desk people are extremely rude, they treat you like they are doing you a favor by talking to you, they schedule multiple patients at the same time for the same Dr so you sit there and wait for HOURS; the lab tech shows up whenever she feels like it and then she has to have her morning chats before she gets started so, if you need to fast for your labs, be ready to die of starvation sitting on a chair. I recently called because I have asthma and my shortness of breath is at an all time high, I had a negative COVID test and still said only telehealth was available but not with the DR, only his NP; how can someone treat asthma over the phone? According to the front desk, shortness of breath is a symptom of COVID, even with a negative test, so I am not allowed in the clinic. They are ignorant robots!

Love going to Dr. Yaima she’s so helpful and always makes me feel so cared for! Beatriz is always so helpful getting me set up for my next appointment. I’d recommend this place to anybody.

Excellent Staff . From reception to Doctors. I have been caring at this wonderful facility for over twelve years. Thankful to God for finding this clinic which truly cares about my health. Afternoons are a good time to come. I saw my doctor right away. Dr. Abrue is very caring and thorough! Staff are professional and helpful. I would recommend this center.

I have had the worst experience as a patient with Dr. Yaima Abreu, on 7/27/2022 @5:30pm I arrived to the doctors office for my 6pm appt. I’m a mom of a 20month old baby girl, I CALLED IN ADVANCED and asked if I can please bring my daughter to the appt with me since i have no one to care for her. The kind receptionist told me i could it wouldn’t be a problem. Once im checked in and sitting in the waiting area with my daughter, the baby had been crying and frustrated (KEEP IN MIND SHES 20 MONTHS OLD) Dr. Yaima Abreu stormed in upset, asking what was i missing for me to be done with my appt and i responded to her all i was missing was for her to attend me. Since i noticed her attitude, i asked her if my daughter was a bother to her and she flat out told me YES, her screams were bothersome and she could not attend to her patients. NO ONE CHOOSES TO WILLINGLY TAKE THEIR CHILD TO THEIR PERSONAL DOCTOR APPT BUT I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE HER AND I CALLED IN ADVANCE TO ASSURE IT WASNT A PROBLEM. I called 7/28/22 to make a formal complaint and to speak to any manager who can listen to my experience and maybe bring some awareness to her attitude and how to approach a patient, NO ONE SEEMS TO BE CAPABLE OF TALKING TO ME WITHOUT JUSTIFICATIONS AS TO WHY SHE TREATED ME THE WAY SHE DID. Jennifer the office manager was another one who thought was professional enough to tell me that ANOTHER PATIENT COMPLAINT ABOUT MY DAUGHTER ON THEIR CONSULT AND THATS WHY DR. Yaima Abreu came at me the way she did. That is not an acceptable explanation as to why she basically denied her services to me because of my daughter.

I used to work in this clinic as an ARNP I can recommended this center , the medical stuff they are knowledgeable and kind. The administrators are professional and the patient care is absolutely dedicated and oriented to the patient's needs

Good service 100% recommended . Janelly Ferrera Doctor Is so kind and sweet. The place is clean and the people are very friendly, as are the people in the laboratory.

the service I received was deplorable. Sarcastic, aloof, and utterly the worst bedside manners I've ever seen as both a professional and client. This comment won't change how the MD treats because it's obvious that he is burnt out/tired of his practice. I came in with concerns, and they were scoffed at, not taken seriously. This concerned me because I am ALSO in healthcare. if another healthcare practitioner is coming to you then obviously there is a SERIOUS concern. This comment is here not to change their behavior, because it's obvious it won't, but to prevent anyone whoever needs quality care from coming here. evidently the positive comments here must be fake or by the poor souls who have never received quality care. this is a ticking time bomb for those who have undiagnosed issues being dusted off as "high blood pressure". another practice where they treat the symptoms until the actual diagnosis lands them in the hospital with some level of acuity.

Excellent service. I can always get an appointment at this clinic. I love Dra Yaima Abreu , she is always listening and helping.

If everyone is saying the same thing, then there must be some truth to it. I found out about this place because someone from their office shadily called me and sharked me into switching my PCP to Dr. Bolufer. Big mistake. While he ended up 'warming up' to me by the end, he did not have a very good bedside manner and would get up and walk out when he was done talking to me. Good luck getting anyone to answer your calls, voicemails, or emails here. If you don't speak Spanish, you have no hope. I am conversational in Spanish, but when I'd ask for someone who spoke English on the phone, I would be left on hold or even hung up on. I would literally have to make appointments just to get my follow-up questions answered due to this. They will pressure you to do labs ($10) almost every time you come in. You will be made to wait for hours in the front room then you will be called to wait in the back room for at least another hour before being seen. Told them I was moving and needed refills of all my medication and to get a sleep study done and they were not accommodating. Now I am in a new state with no health insurance having to start that entire process over again due to their incompetence and lack of care.

Came with my mother to discuss lab results. Her doctor didn’t look us in the eye ONCE. She let him know about a pain she’s been having for four days and he walked us out without addressing her concerns. Terrible bedside manner, I would not recommend.

Bad services, the doctor seemed uninterested about the patient’s wellbeing, he didn’t even heard what I had to say about my condition. He just guessed, and guessed wrong. The place is cramped, doesn’t even look clean. Good luck if you decide to come here

An amazing place overall. The staff is very kind and helpful. The doctor was very informative and has a conversation with you about any worry’s or concerns you have. They have the laboratory right there which makes it a nice and quick process. Overall great experience.

I have the best experience going to my appointments with Dr bolufer and and dr yaima very professional office staff are always kind and always helps you whatever appointments you need is always helpful welcoming i recomend the office 100%

Don’t even waste your time Stay Away!!! They give you an appointment and then see you 3 hours later Go somewhere where quality of care doesn’t compromise your time. Rude service and disorganized.

Doctors are good, but super bad organization for your appointments they give you an hour and make you wait for up to three hours bad attention at the front desk.

My sister had the worse experience ever with Dr. Yaima Abreu, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Idk how can someone so cold and insensitive could be licensed to work in the medical field.

Horrible do not recommend not professional AT ALL. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE they would treat them incorrectly and they are going to be careless. My poor baby was crying because she had a pain in her ear & they seemed more annoyed than concerned. Please I advise you do not bring your children here
