What an amazing place! I was connected to Claire (owner & teacher) by sheer luck (divine timing) and I couldn't have asked for a better way to be welcomed into the amazing practice of Yoga. I started with their Intro to Yoga workshop with Kitty and it really helped me get the confidence to go to any class. I probably would have been fine without it but it was helpful for me at the time to overcome my fear. The instructors are helpful, accommodating and zen. I never feel pressured at all here to do more than i can but encouraged to go at my pace and break through the walls of fear! Everyone is supportive and sticks to their own practice. The studio is a beautiful oasis that encompasses serenity, peace and warmth! I am so grateful I found 305 Yoga Miami Lakes and would recommend it to anyone!

A very, very special place. My journey with Lighthouse Yoga began in 2017 having less than a year experience practicing yoga. When I moved back to Miami from Orlando I needed a place to feel in community, and the moment I arrived to Lighthouse Yoga I received just that. I began to practice so much initially coming in with an intro deal, however a few weeks later I was given the opportunity to step into the role of a karma yogi. I would support with getting students signed in for class, cleaning and prepping the studio before and after class. In 2018 I became so exited about the reveal of the new 200-hour teacher training that I decided to sign up for it. Not long after I completed it, I was back to take my 300- hour teacher training. When I completed my 300 - hour teacher training in 2019 I was given another amazing opportunity to step into the role as studio manager. This place is a vortex for self growth. So grateful to have found this place.

When I first walked into the studio, the energy and feeling was so welcoming and comfortable. I have not felt this at any other studio that I have been to. I feel like home when I am in the studio. The teachers teach here teach to all levels. I was new to yoga and always felt supported by the gifted teachers. It is more than exercise. It is a body, mind, and soul experience that can be practically applied to life. When I come here, I feel filled up on all levels. Also, I love attending the free yoga in park class every Saturday that the studio hosts at Miami Lakes Picnic Park West. It is an even deeper experience for me to practice the yoga in nature and connect with something larger than myself. You can feel how much the studio cares about students, service, and our community. If you live in the area, you have to check out this sacred space! It is a hidden treasure. Namaste.

I love Lighthouse Yoga and Wellness. It is not just a studio full of yogis, this place is home and home is where the heart is. Claire and all the amazing teachers and students have become my soul famILY. I am truly honored to be apart of such an amazing family. Thank you Claire.

Lighthouse Yoga & Wellness has definitely opened a new chapter in my life. Amazing sessions, very much appreciated and very needed. I took my first yoga class here. It changed my life! I instantly felt like family amongst everyone! I have gone on to complete the 200 Hour teacher training, A master training, attended a weekend retreat and am currently enrolled in the 300 hour teacher training! Oh and by the way, I live in Charlotte NC !! The teachings are so unique and powerful I will continue to travel to my second home at Lighthouse 💛

When I met Claire and took her Yin class for the first time, I knew Lighthouse Yoga was the place where I belonged. I immediately felt a loving connection with her. Seeing her was like seeing a piece of myself. Her energy is contagious and graces all those who she comes into contact with. I rapidly fell deep into the practice and just kept yearning for more. Claire recognized I was ready for teacher training when I had not fully seen it in myself. Yoga teacher training was life changing for me. Its helped me embrace who I have always truly been, allowed me to see my spiritual gifts, educated me on how to heal, and guided me towards my life's purpose. I’m in love with this yoga studio& staff. First of all, Claire is an incredible yoga instructor. I’ve taken classes by many instructors & in different studios. Claire’s techniques of teaching, understanding the body/soul, & technique is unlike any other. All the yoga instructors there are glowing, very well trained, & so nice. The studio makes you feel so warm & welcome. The yoga at the park is my favorite because you’re able to connect with the environment in such a beautiful way. Give this studio a try, I promise you’ll be glad you did.

Just wow. I was never a fan of Yin yoga at other studios. Felt it was almost a waste of my time, but my friend asked me to join her here on Monday evening with Arjuna as the instructor and it was my most favorite yoga class I've ever done. So gentle and supportive and just all of the little touches literally brought me to tears. I guess I've been holding a lot in and it became the perfect venue to release what's been weighing me down. 10/10 i will recommend this studio to everyone i know and visit every time I'm in town.

Lighthouse yoga is a very special place that offers more than just yoga classes, it really is a community of kindred souls that are united under these yoga practices. Claire is an incredible teacher that shares the evolutionary practices. Karen is another amazing teacher and there are many other teachers that will have you going deep on your mat. I’ve been coming here for many years and I’m grateful to be welcomed here, for the teachings and for this awesome community!
