    My daughter & I enjoyed a productive meeting here with her wedding planner over paninis and gourmet coffees. Chill ambiance, perfect for enjoying a book or working over breakfast/lunch. Variety of paninis, pastries and gourmet coffee. Servers are friendly.

    I typically love this location. Today I placed a mobile order and rushing (so my toddler didn’t have a meltdown in the car) I accidentally clicked to pick up inside. I called the store and asked if they could please bring it outside, that I meant to do curbside. The girl who answered in a flat tone said “I’ll take care of it.” I apologized twice and thanked her. No reply, she said something like ok bye. When she came outside to bring my items, I apologized and thanked her again and said I have my two kids in the car (if you’re not blind you can see that) and that’s why I couldn’t go in. She had the NERVE to *nicely* (but really it’s not nice if you’re saying it like I’m some repeat offender) scold me about it and tell me when they have to do this they lose labor. So…then why do you have a curbside option anyway? Aren’t you still losing labor if I placed curbside? It was annoying and unnecessary and she just seemed like she said it because she was annoyed and wanted to say her piece. Barf. I’ll go to the other Starbucks in Miami Lakes that more out the way instead since I disrupt their labor.

    This is one of the best Staffed Serviced Oriented Starbucks I've visited. Manager and working members Truly Care about Customers. Starbucks Corporate should take Notice.

    Why do I have to leave a tip at the drive thru after ordering a $6 drink? I finally decided not to be pressured and clicked no this time and after I tell the black drive thru girl working thanks and have a good night but she just rolls her eyes and shuts the window. I make less than you at my job hourly and I don’t get tips there you make more an hour + these tips.

    I usually order online and pick up. The employees are super nice and they are really quick also. For a quick protein breakfast I usually like to grab the Spinach Feta Wrap. Deeelish! 😀

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced in any Starbucks in my life. I went for a third time this week because I got coffee for them to grind. Every time I ask for a regular espresso grind. They never get it right so I find myself going back 2 to 3 times a month. Today, I went, and apparently there was a manager there. An African-American lady, with two braids and tattoos all over her hands told me that I needed to check my stuff before I leave that they were not there to help me out every time that I wanted. She told me that she was going to help me out this time, but never again. Mind you, I do not need to check something every time that I go. If I ask for service, and pay for it. I shouldn’t have to be babysitting. Instead of me checking, they need to train their own employees. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but this happens all the time! This, it is a problem. That’s not even what bothered me the most. It was the lack of customer service, and the way that I was treated in front of other customers and employees. She literally humiliated me and made me feel super bad. I was never step foot in the Starbucks again.

    What a terrible experience. What terrible customer service. I just went for my daily coffee and once again, one of the employees by the name of Dom, humiliated me and treated me poorly. She didn’t even want to talk to me when I asked a simple question. I have been coming to this Starbucks for many many years and I have always felt like family. Since this person has been working here, I have been avoiding it. I decided to come here today because I was in the area but never again. I am so upset I feel like my blood pressure is up the roof and I’m very upset. Never again!

    Wow - the crew is excellent! They are friendly, professional, and always willing to serve! They are definitely customer centric and give service with a smile and helping hand! Special shout out to Gaby, Jason, Tara, Greg, Joseph, Eva, and Mo of course. Plus, the new employees are excellent and being trained well. There are a lot of choices for Starbucks and coffee in general - I recommend this one on 154th in Miami Lakes!

    Horrible service. They are not friendly. Long wait drive-thru and they don’t even apologize for it. When at the window, I mentioned the long wait and they just handed me my order and didn’t even say thank you for your business or have a good day. It’s not the first time. I work in the area and keep hoping for a better experience when I return but different staff with same bad, unprofessional attitude.

    Staff is always very polite. Love the hot matcha green tea, blueberry oatmeal, the hot flatwhite with oatmeal/almond milk, the gruyer and bacon egg bites, the warm chocolate chip cookie, and the warm plain crossaint. Everything always to my expectations.
