Worst
customer
service
I
have
ever
experienced
in
any
Starbucks
in
my
life.
I
went
for
a
third
time
this
week
because
I
got
coffee
for
them
to
grind.
Every
time
I
ask
for
a
regular
espresso
grind.
They
never
get
it
right
so
I
find
myself
going
back
2
to
3
times
a
month.
Today,
I
went,
and
apparently
there
was
a
manager
there.
An
African-American
lady,
with
two
braids
and
tattoos
all
over
her
hands
told
me
that
I
needed
to
check
my
stuff
before
I
leave
that
they
were
not
there
to
help
me
out
every
time
that
I
wanted.
She
told
me
that
she
was
going
to
help
me
out
this
time,
but
never
again.
Mind
you,
I
do
not
need
to
check
something
every
time
that
I
go.
If
I
ask
for
service,
and
pay
for
it.
I
shouldn’t
have
to
be
babysitting.
Instead
of
me
checking,
they
need
to
train
their
own
employees.
I
understand
that
everyone
makes
mistakes,
but
this
happens
all
the
time!
This,
it
is
a
problem.
That’s
not
even
what
bothered
me
the
most.
It
was
the
lack
of
customer
service,
and
the
way
that
I
was
treated
in
front
of
other
customers
and
employees.
She
literally
humiliated
me
and
made
me
feel
super
bad.
I
was
never
step
foot
in
the
Starbucks
again.
