This is a great place to eat healthy food, they have great alternatives and can be tasty. Somethings in the menu are worth it and good, some are not (not terribly bad) Overall, the food and menu is good. Customer Service is pretty Iffy, the girls can be very nice but they forget your orders, forget about you, or do a wrong order. Some of them can be very arrogant and sound like they just wanna finish your order and do something else. Customer service definitely needs to improve in this location. But the rest is fine. Revisit: Everything was great, Sonia, the attendant was very nice and attentive also Helpful, the food was great. The restaurant atmosphere was nice and cozy. Definitely coming back.

I didn’t like the place years ago, I decided to go back and give it a try, but the service was even worst. First, I’m really concerned about who applies to this restaurant, because for hiring Ana and Yari the expections were clearly low. First, we ordered two lunch specials, I asked what were the sides and Ana said “rice and veggies”, I asked which veggies and she clearly stayed, with an attitude “well, veggies. Broccoli and cauliflower” as if I was asking something ridiculous. Anyways, first: they brought the soup and no utensils, we asked for the several times, we haven’t even started eating the soup because we had no spoons and she brought the main courses. Finally, after asking no less than 2 times for utensils, she only brought us spoons. When I finally got her to go back to the table, I told her that the veggies weren’t what she told me. I believe they should also tell you it’s yellow rice and not white or brown, but since she didn’t specified I said nothing about it. But with the veggies, she did. She looked at my plate and said “well, I guess they ran out of broccoli and cauliflower and gave you what was left, that’s it”. And I’m like “okay, but what can we do? I don’t like this”, “well, I guess bring you something else. You want a salad?”. My friend had a salad, and I asked her to bring me the same salad but without cucumbers. She took a lot of time and brought me a salad with no cucumbers but no dressing. I asked Yali and Ana several times for dressing with no answer, to the point another client told her “hey, the girls from the table 4 had been waiting a while” what she clearly answered “so what? I’m busy right now”. I felt so disrespected, I asked for the check (several times, as you can tell) and stayed what happened, Ana asked me if I wanted the salad to go if she bring me the dressing, which I clearly didn’t want to wait any more, asked her for her name and her coworker’s to make a review, and that was the only moment Ana apologized to me saying “no! Please, sorry. Ana and Yari, sorry. Don’t”. Are you kidding me? Mira, yo soy venezolana. Yo entiendo, yo comprendo, ayudo y respeto, pero el servicio fue inaudito. Segunda vez que volvía porque realmente me gusta la comida pero odio el servicio, y segunda vez que me encuentro con algo así. Las dos particularmente desinteresadas e irrespetuosas, como si darme un servicio por el cual estoy pagando fuese interrumpirlas o que les estoy pidiendo un favor en un mal momento. La cosa escaló tanto, que la clienta que le comentó que teníamos rato esperando por servirnos, salió cuando nos fuimos y nos comentó que ella trabajó ahí varios años, que trató de ayudar a las muchachas porque sabía que la dueña se molestaría y ellas también le salieron con una patada. No entiendo muy bien el descontento que tienen ellas ni la negación a un buen servicio, pero ojalá lo resuelvan pronto y logren dar un servicio decente. ___ (2020) Their social media is beyond better than their products and service. Most of the dishes they advertise on Instagram are not available on the restaurant or are just specials. Service is probably the worst I've been to. I was waiting for a friend and asked the server to please bring me water while I wait. She told me she was already off and that I had to wait for someone else to take care of my order. Right after, I saw her sitting down in the counter. Why didn't she call someone to help me or brought me a water? I wasn't going to order. I just asked for water! It was very rude. I ended up leaving after 15 minutes waiting for someone to bring me a menu or water. I went there a second time months after. The tequeños were raw on the inside and cold, cheese didn't even melt. That sucked because they had good flavors. Green sauce, which I've tried tons of healthy options of, only tasted like garlic. The plantain arepa was too soft, I couldn't eat it with my hands as it is supposed to. I ended up eating it with fork. Don't misunderstand me, I know it is a healthy place but chicken had no flavor at all! Not even salt, I swear. The cherry on top: overpriced

First time today and last one! They take a long time to serve you. The salad had way too much dressing. The pesto didn't taste like pesto at all. They promote the Jamaican tea but never got one and got charged for it!. Didn't even apologize for that. When asked for the receipt they gave me the cash back but not even I'm sorry. And it was the owner who happened to be there. Venezuelan lady with attitude that even dare to look us in the eye. And it wasn't because we changed tables to go outside. (my daughter had something super delicate to tell me and we wanted some privacy...). The arepa made with plantain was good. But if I were the owner giving a $5 back for a drink never served, I would apologize, and give the drink anyway. I tipped the waitress anyway. Make and effort and take all this complaints as constructive criticism!

I usually come here all the time for their coconut but when I bought some on Friday, I was drinking it and noticed that the taste was weird but didn't realize until after I drank it that it was rotten black inside. I would recommend that the employees review and check the coconut and its expiration date. However, a few days ago I called the restaurant to speak to the owner, and the manager responded saying that she'll leave a message for the owner almost 4 days passed and no response. I also sent 2 emails regarding what had happened and nothing. TERRIBLE service, and clearly does not worry them.

This place was so expensive. I payed $17 for a bottle of water, a mini cup of coffee from a pod and a tiny dessert that tasted awfully bad. The girl at the cashier was not friendly at all. Won’t come back here.

The women at the counter were very rude and unprofessional- if they don’t like customer service they would need to rethink serving at a restaurant. The yucca arepa with chicken salad had no salt and tasted very bland. Would not recommend at all.

I went to this place because my sister had recommended me their food for months, and I finally tried it today. She was right, the food was great. Their menu was huge variety of incredible healthy options. I had plantain arepa with cheese and shredded chicken. The taste was fantastic and not heavy at all. The pancakes that my sister had were sooooo good. Next time I go I want definitely try the other pancakes they have on their menu because I loved their texture and taste.

Empanadas were really good!the staff were meh, not even a thank you after I picked up food. The Chicha was not my favorite ( next time ask a customer if they want cinnamon)

Food is good, but the staff is not very attentive to your needs. I have gotten take out in several occasions and my order is always incomplete. I never went back which is sad since I liked the food.
