Nice hotel located about ten minutes from the airport terminals. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport that runs from 4:00 AM to midnight so that's a definite plus. They even took us back just to have our COVID tests done and picked us again. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bed large and comfortable, and everything worked. Water pressure is excellent; love the new rainfall shower heads. It even included a small refrigerator and microwave along with the coffee maker. The buffet breakfast included in the room price was decent and plentiful and it also starts at 6:30 AM, which is a plus if you have an early day. There is a small indoor pool, but we never got a chance to use it and a business center where you can print boarding passes and other documents. Would stay here again.

Hotel quite quiet and not far from the airport for a traveler in transit. Clean, indoor pool, gym. I had a great view of a golf course. Breakfast included in the price of the room, not diversified enough but enough to be satisfied. Shuttle available on request both on arrival and on return. Very courteous and helpful staff. I had a pretty good time. On arrival also a list of restaurants in the area is offered. If you are passing through Miami and you want a hotel not far from the airport, you can choose this Best Western Plus, you will not regret it.

Between the smell, stains, and rusty bathtub, this place is not worth the money. Yes, they do have a shuttle from the airport and back to the airport included in your room price. Yes, the staff is polite and welcoming. But the biggest turnoff is when you open the door to your room and a wave of every air freshener combined on the planted of earth hits you in the nose because they’re trying to cover another smell. There are stains on the bed cover, and bed sheets. The bathtub was rusty. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels nice than this facility, unfortunately.

Good location for airport. Clean, comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful in arranging transport to Miami cruise terminal. If you need to be picked up from the airport, you need to call upon arrival.

stayed here for night 1 of my honeymoon , the people are so nice ! the free breakfast is phenomenal and the staff is very helpful. our room was comfy clean and quiet. the pool is salt water and felt amazing and we had the whole pool to ourselves on a saturday night. very close to a lot of fun things🖤

Great experience staying one night for an extended layover. They shuttled us to and from the airport. The evening shuttle driver was super nice and welcoming. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was basic but again everyone was super friendly. Loved the proximity to the airport if you need a short stay. There was an indoor pool although I was not able to use it this trip

My husband & I wanted to stay overnight close by the airport where we could park our car while on our trip and that also had a free shuttle service. Our overnight stay & parking costs combined at Best Western wound up being cheaper than parking at the airport for our 12 day trip. We had a clean & quiet room, helpful employees at the front desk & the shuttle going to airport/instructions for getting picked up were so easy. The only thing I wasn’t too fond of was the breakfast which just didn’t look appetizing. Other than that (& we honestly didn’t care) we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for those needing a short stay and parking. Very convenient!

Good - It was close to the airtport and the room was clean and what we expected. There was good wifi and the free breakfast was really quite good. Front desk staff was pleasant and we were able to extend our stay another night when we needed to at the last minute. Bad - The hotel pictures are a brighter than reality, although technically it looks like that. Amazing what some lighting can do. The room smells a bit old/ musty. We had to wait for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel for 40-45 minutes (when it was only supposed to 15-20). The driver forgot to pick us up :( There are a couple of places to eat that you can walk to, but not a lot.

Nice staff, quite clean, everything you really need in an airport hotel. For transits it's great, free shuttle 4am onwards. Longer stays I don't know, not too much to do around there. Breakfast was on the more basic side, but free. Would stay again.

Great place to stay before a cruise from Port of Miami. Nice comfy beds. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. Also free shuttle to/from airport. A shuttle is available to cruise port..check prior to booking. Great little Chinese restaurant, Pings House worth a visit or have it delivered like we do!

Very nice room, looked very clean and the towels smelled a whole lot better than my last hotel. I had an unfortunate overnight layover and Best Western sent the best. They’ve got late and early shuttles, took about 10 minutes to pick me up and the driver was very personable and friendly which quickly lightened my mood after the drama at the airport. It’s a quiet hotel from what I observed late yesterday night and I was very grateful for the driver who luckily recommended a cute spot for food, just a 3 minute walk with great toasted sandwiches, all convenient store amenities and of course open 24 hours! I’ll be sure to visit again next time I’m in MIA

I changed rooms 3 times because of roaches, bed bugs, and cleanliness issues. All of the female staff were very kind and helpful, although the toehead boy was a pain. The shuttle service and free breakfast were the best parts of the stay. I would not recommend nor stay here again.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. Good breakfast and has a laundry. Only a. 10 minute drive to the airport and 20 minutes to the Dolphin Mall.

The hotel and rooms are very clean with nice amenities and very close proximity to the airport. It was very quiet too. The customer service, however, left much to be desired. When we walked in to check in on Sep 25 around 10 pm, we greeted the receptionist with a nice “hello”. However, he didn’t even look at us and just pointed at the other computer ordering us where to go. A nice greeting like hello or good evening would be the bare minimum but he failed to do that. Isn’t this the basics taught to everyone working in customer service?

Terrible front desk staff. When I arrives there were 3 agents, all talking and joking between them. I stood for at least 5” until I had to ask one of them if they’re working. No employee will greet you. I ran the into at least 5 employees, either in the elevator or cafeteria, but no en of them greeted me. Employees will ignore every guest.

Exceptional value. Everyone at the Hotel was very professional and courteous. Very clean rooms and breakfast area. Free shuttle to and from Miami International Airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami!

Great customer service. We arrived exhausted having just gotten off a 4 day cruise. Turns out when I booked our stay it was not this location but one an hour away. Customer service at this location stated they had a room available and the price was a little more than I paid for the other, but I was happy for the availability last minute. I contacted agent I booked wrong room with and they were able to get it canceled with no fee, and would refund me for it within 7-10 days. In the end all worked itself out and we had a great stay which included shuttle service to the airport at the end. Very satisfied.

They were fast and easy to book considering we had delayed/cancelled flights that day. The room was very clean when we got there. Shuttle service was great and fast! Our driver was very considerate and helpful to us! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Mercifully our rooms faced away from the runway. Convenient to the airport in a fairly dumpy airport area. But at least the rooms were clean.

I LOVE IT!!! I loved the breakfast. Pool was amazing. They also have gym. but the best thing was the room. super comfy and good space. very clean and neat. loved the nice staff.

Stayed here on short notice due to some flight cancellations/delays. Check in was quick, parking was easy, and it was a short drive to the airport. The room we got was spacious and clean, everything worked. There was a rainfall shower head and fridge in the room. A few gas stations and convenience stores are located on the same side road as the hotel which helped make the rental car return and trip extension easier to manage. No issues with noise at all other than hearing the occasional plane. I'm probably in the minority but I always use the stairs in hotels and avoid the elevator. Usually the stairwells are gross and unmaintained in most hotels but they were clean and well kept.

Helping me change the room to match better my child needs then Trying to find the plug in the middle of the night is a good indicator that they have staff made of the best substances on our planet. Great location. You are near the airport without actually being on the runway. There are several restaurants within a walking distance. The driver who picked us up was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was filling and varied and the attendants kept filling the bowls with fresh hot food. The rooms were clean and quiet. This is now our hotel when we fly into Miami.

A very nice hotel close to the airport. They do offer shuttle service too until midnight. The beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was perfect. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed here for just one night after coming into Miami from London. Very convenient position relatively close to the airport. The room are spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok. We used a car but there is a free shuttle that runs from the airport to the hotel. I will definitely come back here when we will be back in Miami.

Due to Miami only having one flight out that day on our airline and our cruise ship came in after that, we made arrangements to stay here overnight. We got here at 9:30 a.m and everyone here went out of there way to accommodate us. I am just amazed of how friendly everyone was to us. They got us in the rooms early, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were very pleasantly surprised. Thanks

We had a pleasant experience here! The main part of that was how Jaime, at the front desk, was very accommodating to us, allowing us to get a room and check in early (as soon as a room was available), and always helping us with whatever we needed when we’d come to the front desk. The location is convenient — we were able to take a shuttle to and from the airport. The driver of that shuttle was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed talking to him, as he told us of many nearby places to visit and eat at during our drive.

The rooms are very spacious! Bigger than expected. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Cleanliness is good. The carpet is very outdated, hopefully they consider changing it soon, but glad it doesn't have a smell to it! And the breakfast was better than continental! I really liked the fact that breakfast on weekends stays open til 11am! Specially when you wanna sleep in til a little bit later and you don't have to rush down to catch a bite! The front desk staff, housekeeping, and lobby staff, were all friendly, but must say that Gloria in the breakfast area stood out! She was very accommodating and attentive to our needs and was helpful when recommending spots to visit. Giving us the inside scoop on where to go to avoid the beach crowd was a good call! Appreciate her help, made our stay even better!

This hotel stay started out nice, however, it ended VERY POORLY. The room was alright, clean and presentable. My issue comes into play when I checked out and left my daughter's shoes in the room. I called the hotel that same day after a few hours. I was told everything found in the rooms is left in the Housekeeping Manager's office and I should "call back in the morning. " I did as was requested, only to be told there was no shoes as described in the Housekeeping office. I then became very frustrated b/c not much time had past, I told the person where the shoes were located in the room. I was told another guest was in the room now and that I would have to wait and they would "check " and " call me back. " Let me tell you I told the person on the phone, I expect a call from someone in management in regards to my daughter's shoes. I know I should have made sure I had everything, which I thought I did (but did not. ) So when I saw this which was the same day, I contacted the hotel. Let me tell you NO ONE CALLED ME BACK......NO ONE. I was not even given an apology........WOW! My daughter's shoes are gone and she does not have them (I doubled checked my belongings.)No one still has not called me, and it has been a week since I checked out. I will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. I can say that for a FACT.
