I always come here and always good to me.

The manager every sat and Sunday on duty never says anything but your name . So rude. Everytime you say “thank you have a great day “ he just walks away. So sad . THEY DONT SMILE

This is a great location. They were friendly and quick to provide the orders. The coffee was just as ordered. This particular location is nice ambiance inside they have a nice tin ceiling and darker colors. It’s really nice location. It was a quick stop and enjoyed the food.

Horrible experience no customer service, slow and the staff seems as they don’t even want to be there. Slow service and 0 in cleanliness

I always order from this store and my order was made without issues. But the last two had been terrible. My coffee today was half empty. I ask them if they just added milk. Now my coffee has no flavor whatsoever. Quality going down the toilet.

I love the Miami Springs location. They have the best energy and attitude ever. People complain about the wait from mobile orders but your all getting coffee at the same time show some respect for these hard workers getting all your orders out. My son loves all of them and talks with all of them every time we come

To begin with on 12/27/2023 at 4:09 pm the Starbucks app said they had ran out of the pineapple milk refresher and when I went to the store they didn’t have my order ready , I’m a big person I know they can see me. I weigh 370 pounds and they completely ignored me when I came in asking for my order.

The bathroom was dirty. I couldn't use it while I was waiting... No toilet paper nor seat covers and trash was full.

This Starbucks is so special to me as it has gotten me through my graduate studies. To say this is the best store ever is an understatement. I love all the baristas and I am always feeling so included and supported at this store. I always get my order right and I am always greeted with the best energy. I highly appreciate Elizabeth, Dani, and Britney for the loving energy. More than a store, it’s a community in my city and I am very grateful for it. They have made my experience at Starbucks so much better. Got my classic brown sugar shaken expresso with my cute cup from this location! 100/10 recommend this store!

The location is cool being it is Miami, so I can't complain, but honestly, service could've been better because I did ask a serious question about trying to get another cup since I collect them and I felt kinda brushed off. I would've asked for someone first, but I was on tight schedule.

ATTENTION REGIONAL MANAGER AND/ OR CORPORATE OFFICE: This Starbucks deserves 0 stars but needed to start this COMPLAINT SO A STAR NEEDS TO BE PUSHED. With that Respect thus Starbucks has been getting worst and worst by the day starting with lack of customer service to lack of product availability and quality. I have experienced this what I will advise for the last year but finally need to put this complaint for the record not just for other fellow regular customers as my self but hoping upper management looks into the following serious issues: * NO DRINKS EVER AVAILABILITY at least ones I request white chocolate mocha, Frappuccino, etc..NO CROSSINTS NO bagels....etc . Last one was when I had to wait for 30 minutes and the MANAGER or supervisor or batista said he doesn't know about my drinks.

As always, Starbucks is a standard cafeteria where you can eat and drink the same in any place of the United Stayes It’s not the best coffee but you know perfectly well what types of food and drink to get

Totally disappointed.....they never have strawberry......3 consecutive times trying to buy strawberry refresher....I d been told no syrup ...no strawberries etc...etc...Please MGMT keep up the great reviews !!!! The one on 49 st Hialeah always on hands!!!!!!!

My go to Starbucks! I come so often that they already know my order lol. Britney is very welcoming and friendly and Jeremy and David makes the best drinks! Love this place.

This place I love to enjoy the atmosphere,the very experience,most clean environment and the community and myself love and enjoy the area most of all I love these people wonderful gratitude and action of making sure we the people receive exactly what we order with a smile.

The staff is always welcoming and easy to communicate with. My usual stop for an efficient and peaceful public study. The bathrooms are always clean and there never seems to be much of a mess near the self-service area.

Got the size of my drink wrong - run out of dragon fruit for colleagues drink - service needs to be better

The website is fantastic! I had readings with several of the advisors, and they were all accurate in their assessments of my circumstance and headspace. I did struggle in the beginning because I could figure out how to use the site (I’m not great with technology) but I was able to resolve it by contacting customer care, who explained everything to me. To be honest, I'm delighted!!

I love this licatiin, the atmosphere & staff"s attitude but they never seem yo get my order right. Requested for a venti movha cookie crumble frap & paid for a venti movha cookie crumble frap but received a mocha frap instead no crumbles no chocolate syrup... from what I heard that costs less...when the order comes out right then I will change to 5 star.

I'm from Texas but my sister has lived in Miami Springs for a while now. We have visited this Starbucks a countless number of times. The staff has ALWAYS been nice. Our drinks have always been tasty. And as crazy as the circle can get with traffic it's still a place we love to visit while in Miami Springs every summer. We have spent many years enjoying this location. Pic is 8yrs difference with teenagers now still enjoying their vanilla bean fraps

This Starbucks is one of the best around. Everytime we visit, our drinks are delicious and well made. Not sure why other Starbuck miss the mark. But this place is on point. Friendly staff!

This is the first time my coffee did not taste anywhere near my Starbucks experience. On top of the cup being halfway full it was very upsetting especially during a day like today where I lost a family member picking up an extra coffee for a loved one.

Inside of store they have all seating blocked and make everyone sit outside in the florida heat. When asked why they dont know. So google maps says that the dine in is open which should be updated or why have a business open if you close down all the inside seating ? Wont be coming back to starbucks bad business
