This was a wonderful experience and we will definitely return!! The staff was amazing and allowed me to bring decorations for my sister because we were celebrating her birthday which is actually on Valentine’s Day so I handed over the decorations and as we walked in the waiting area and also the massage room they definitely hooked it up! My sister was so surprised she asked me when did I have time to decorate I smiled and said I DIDNT!! Spavia even gave my sister a gift for her birthday which was nice.

Had a wonderful experience here! I just switched from Hand and Stone due to their price hikes and Spavia did not disappoint! Logan, at the front desk, was absolutely lovely. She was kind and relatable. A perfect person to have as the face of the business. Savannah did my massage and she was great! She listened to exactly what I wanted (firm pressure and help on neck for my migraines). I left feeling relaxed and headache free!

Decent place. My Massage Therapist was extremely nice and listened to me and my knots. It's too much of a "spa setting" for me but it's cute for bridal parties and such

Initially it was a rocky start. The person checking me in was on her cell, and couldn't find my name. The other person had to help her. And in checking out the same person was a bit rude. Mercedes who provided all of my services was wonderful. Will be recommending her to others The facility was beautiful

I have a monthly membership and use it every month for a Soothing Recovery Facial. If you have sensitive skin or rosacea, I cannot recommend this enough. People have noticed a difference in my skin and I notice a decrease in redness. Missy does a fantastic job, perfect pressure, and her hot stone arm and hand massage is divine. Definitely request her if you decided to check it out!!!

The staff was very warm, knowledgeable and welcoming. The changing area, as well as the room and the rest of the facility, was very clean and well maintained. I liked the fact that they gave me a locker to secure my possessions. I haven't seen that before but I really liked that. Also, I've not been to a place that gives you a robe and slippers as well as a relaxation room, with drinks mind you, for my pre and post massage. It definitely gives it class and elegance not seen in other places. My massage therapist was Starr. I can't say enough good things about her. She absolutely knows what she's doing. It made me comfortable and at ease knowing that. I went in there in a lot of pain and told Starr where my problem areas were after she asked. She quickly went to work and focused on the problems. Starr didn't do anything fancy or unnecessary, she didn't have to because she did exactly what I expected and I'm here to tell you I'm 100% better. No pain, and able to move better than I have in a LONG time. Thank you Starr. I will definitely be going back and I highly, highly recommend you check them out and all the services they offer.

I absolutely loved my massage and facial, I also,most importantly like the fact that there was no pressure to purchase anything afterward. That alone is a reason that I will definitely be a returning guest. I was able to enjoy my mother/daughter time with no pressure. Jessie and Mercedes were wonderful and very informative. Last but not least, the front desk staff were also very friendly,and informative as well, they made us feel very welcomed.

The whole atmosphere and experience was a cleansing vibe. The receptionist began the journey with her sweet and comforting spirit. She was helpful, patient, and very informative when explaining the locker room. The locker room was a great idea to incorporate into the Spavia experience because you leave your items behind. The waiting/detox room was the pre experience of what was to come. I really enjoyed the hot neck towels, the dimmed lights, and soft music prepared me for my best experience with Sonya! After explaining my body to Sonya she began her mystical magic with her hands. Sonya even provided me information on the best massages for my body after dealing with my aches and pains. Hence, why I will be a returning customer. Like I stated before the whole atmosphere and experience was a cleansing vibe. Thank you Spavia!

Super friendly staff! One of the best massages I've had in a very long time. Once they found out I was getting married in 2 days, they really went out of their way to take care of me and even sent me a little gift bag as well! I will definitely be coming back here for sure.

First time ever going to a Spa and it was amazing! Went for a couples massage and was treated like a Queen! Super nice staff and they made my fiancé and I feel comfortable and relaxed! Would 100% recommend and will 100% be coming back! Shout out to Jessie and Star for the amazing experience!

First time visiting and I was really impressed. I actually got a flat tire in the way there and they were really accommodating. My massage left me feeling like new after a couple of very stressful and strenuous weeks. My back was very tight with knots when I arrive and Austin did such a great job. My back feel very loose and like new. I will definitely be coming back.

Spavia is a beautiful spa in Miamisburg, Ohio. Great amenities that include changing rooms, lockers with robes and sandals, showers, and a lounge area with variety teas, reading materials, heated neck wraps, and mints to enjoy and relax before and after services. The spa massage therapists and estheticians are well equipped to provide everyone with their service of choice. They are professional and they make every visit special. This is my favorite day spa to come to relax and reset. I highly recommend!

Hailey and Kalee were fantastic! I’ve spent the past three years working three jobs and earning a master’s, so obviously self care has not been up there on my priority list for a while. I was embarrassed by the condition of my skin and the weight I’d gained over that time, and I was worried about being judged out feeling like I didn’t belong there. But everyone was so nice, the atmosphere was delightful, and the treatments had me feeling like an entirely new person. I swear, ten years melted off my face. I’m telling everyone I know how wonderful it was. I could’ve spent all day in the waiting/relaxation room if I didn’t have other places to be. The tea and warm neck wraps were heavenly. My only MINOR complaint is that the changing room was a little cramped. I’ll just wear fewer layers next time.

This is my happy place. Everyone is always so kind and welcoming (which is hard to find in our world today), and today, Jessie made me feel like kneaded dough in the best way! 🤣🤣 Best massage I have ever had and I’ve had over 50 massages.

I have to say, I never had a deep tissue massage until Jesse. She was awesome and I can't believe the difference she made. You can tell she has the knowledge and skills to work out a hurting body. I have been here a handful of times for massages. It's a great way to treat myself on occasion and the atmosphere is great and relaxing. Jessie did my salt stone massage today and it was fantastic! I left feeling rejuvenated and look forward to the next time I decide to treat myself.

I received a full body massage from Star and it was amazing! I enjoy lighter pressure and it was perfect. Her voice is so relaxing and would absolutely recommend seeing her! Overall, the entire was experience was very relaxing!

I had a wonderful massage this time. Janee' did a great job. I was ready to cancel my membership as the last massage and facial I had I was very disappointed in. Also I actually got a full 80 minute massage which is what I pay for. The last time I am almost certain was maybe 65 minutes from the time I sat in the waiting area to go back to the time I got dressed.
