Absolutely NOT. No customer service whatsoever! Too many people in there just sitting around clearly not receiving any services. When you walk in everyone gives you the a dry hello and looks at you like you're not supposed to be there. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you won't even be seen at your appointment time. Marcia or whatever her name is, has no customer service skills, tried to over charge and is heavy handed. This business is completely unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON.

I asked for highly and received bleach all over the top part of my head instead burning my skin and stripping my natural hair color completely i was polite while giving the owner a chnace to redeem herself by processing my hair and "attempting" lowlights all of wich burned unbearably after she already applied the bleach ... then when i showed her my bleeding scalp she started yelling at me in front of the whole store being very disrespectful and rude when really she should have apologized and tried to fix the situation. I am now filin a lawsuit and have already contacted the police I will be able to make an insurance claim at the very least the police said. Very traumatizing screw the 80$ this women clearly needed it worst then i do what a pathetic excuse of a salon

I scheduled an appointment and the stylist was a no call no show. Another stylist called the lady who was supposed to do my hair and I was told she was coming in an hour. Now why would I wait an hour for someone who may or may not show for an appointment. It was crowded in the salon with no happy faces and no apologies, so I left and will not return. You shouldn’t be disrespected and turn around and pay your money.

I had my hair silk pressed and it came out trash. The hair stylists were rude and unprofessional. There was just a real negative vibe there. Also, the stylists were condescending to one of their other employees in front of the customers which was really unprofessional. I would not recommend at all!

Well got a quick weave charged too much first of all. Straighened my hair too long. Causing it to shed like crazy i dont know. Why? I allow marli to talk me out of 249.00. For some hair that wasnt worth it. So i wont be going back ever. Quick weave does not last 3 month only 1 month. I will never be got again believe that. Very unprofessional cant even keep a customer happy. So sad that they do sloop work to customers hair.

Although I see nothing but horrible reviews, the one time I've been was a pleasurable experience! I recieved a sew in and Ms M did a great job. I do believe I paid a little much ($368!!)(i did buy several hair bundles as well) but I loved the results and she had a great personality. She stayed over after her shift to finish me! I'll be going back as long as prices are reasonable👀💛💙

Paid $55 (including tip) for TWO feed in goddess braids. The woman who did my hair did goddess braids first and another woman told her to take them out because they looked bad. Ended up coming home with two over priced French braids with extensions added at the end. Paid $55 for something I could have learned to do at home on YouTube. If I could give zero stars I would.

Marlo is still great with hair. She keeps up on the latest styles.
