Second time we have been here and left without food. The first time it looked as though the beans had been out all day. Today we went at 330 only one person working the line and three people huddled around the register. They were unable to ring anyone out, the garbage was overflowing, dirty dishes stacked up high and food all over prep counter. Again we left without ordering. What had happened at this chipotle it used to b so clean and fast. Needless to say we will not b going back.

Usually out of one or more of the few ingredients for food. Timer for rice must have been lowered, rice usually not fully cooked and is crunchy. This location has to be pulling in loads of cash; I just wish we could eat here again. Averaging 1 out of 5 visit getting correct food or even getting food. I love chipotle, and it took multiple visits of bad food or no food for me to leave this review.

This is one of the busiest locations I have been to. The staff keep the line moving quickly and the food is very good. Update: 3/21/22 I stopped in for lunch on a Monday. Zero wait. I was checked out in about a minute. The staff was getting things done really fast today! 8/13/23 fast and fresh as always at this location! The rice was way too crunchy though. Crunchy chewy rice is unfortunately a recurring problem here.

Ordered 2 bowls with same items, and one was half the size of the other one. Of course they have to charge full amount even though they’re out of some items.

I have gone to this chipotle for years, I am one of chipotles biggest supporters, BEWARE, if you order your food online or delivery from this location you will get less than full portions, I ordered double meat extra white multiple times and have not gotten full portions let alone extra/double and I paid for it… I love chipotle so much and would have eaten there so many more times and I am even ok with them raising their prices but don’t give me less food for more money, I pay for more to get more, all I am asking is to get what I pay for, do better Milford Chipotle

Chipotle has gone completely downhill in general. This store is amongst the worst. Meat portions are always bad, but what preturbs me is they are beyond stingy with rice. The cheapest non perishable food in the world that feeds 4 billion people a day! Not too mention the chips are chewy and rice is either undercooked or overcooked half the time. I am swearing off Chipotle for good this time!

I have never in my life tasted such excellent cuisine. The food melts in my mouth, each ingredient mixed together perfectly. Every bite takes my soul by surprise. As if handcrafted by god himself, the food is presented to me with golden light ushering me to swipe my credit card to taste the delicious, most authentic food that awaits me underneath the silver foil. Lifting my spirits from the deepest depths of sadness, a single bite can change a man. The workers are true angels sent by the lord. I shed a single tear as I open the doors to the best food known to man, I might just say, they’re the gates to heaven.

Always slower than other Chipotles. Always messy behind the counter. Everything is dirty, food line, glass shield, uniforms, floor. They do wear gloves but don't change them after handling nonfood items.
