Our
visit
was
at
December
9th,2023,5pm.Food
was
cold,Barbucue
ribs
were
burnt,strip
steak
was
the
worse
steak
I
ever
ate.My
wife's
chicken
strips
looked
like
left
overs
from
yesterday.I
suspect
fryer
oil
was
dirty.Its
been
5
years
sense
we
ate
here
last,quality
of
food
has
went
down
hill.No
Prime
rib????
Texas
Roadhouse
is
our
favorite
restaurant!
Why?
Ribeye
steakes!
OCharleys
doesn't
have
ribeyes,instead
they
have
strip
steaks.Strip
steaks
are
tough,to
lean,and
no
taste.We
spent
51
dollars,I
assure
you
we
will
not
be
back.You
need
to
add
Ribeyes
and
Prime
rib
to
yr
menu.Also
someone
needs
to
learn
to
make
Barbucue
ribs
without
burning
them.Im
no
Chef,but
I
can
make
Barbucue
ribs
better.It
takes
me
6
hours,and
they
are
never
burnt.I
suspect
your
ribs
were
cooked
at
a
high
temperature.Thats
why
they
were
burnt.5

when
you
had
Prime
Rib,your
food
was
excellent.What
happen
to
your
Quality?
How
often
do
you
change
the
oil
in
yr
fryers?
There
was
only
2
things
we
liked,The
bread
rolls,and
the
coke
products.5

you
served
Pepsi
products.Sorry,but
if
you
don't
have
ribeye
steaks
or
Prime
rib,we
won't
be
back,Texas
Roadhouse
will
get
our
business.I
don't
see
your
restaurant
staying
in
business,if
you
keep
serving
poor
quality
food!
If
I
owed
this
restaurant
I
could
turn
the
quality
around.By
adding
ribeye
steaks,Prime
Rib,and
I
would
change
how
Your
Barbucue
Ribs
are
cooked.Your
Barbucue
sauce
would
be
a
whiskey
sauce,like
Jack
Daniels.TGI
Fridays
has
the
best
Barbucue
ribs,Why
Jack
Daniels
barbecue
sauce.This
is
the
sauce
