This is the first time going to the Aventura location, to do laser hair removal. I was genuinely delighted to receive a warm welcome from LEIDY. I can't express enough admiration for this young lady. She devoted considerable time to the procedure, ensuring no detail was overlooked. Her meticulous attention extended to every hair, and I appreciated her gentle approach and the overall quality of service she provided. This is my spot from now on, I am very happy with the service.Thank you, Leidy!!! you are the best.

Got a Groupon for laser hair removal and went for my first appointment. The technician doing the laser was very professional and convinced me to add on another area through the med spa (only one Groupon is allowed). I did so but when I went back for the next treatment, I had a different laser technician. The new laser technician did not mark my legs correctly and complained about her boss and how she makes her mark legs before doing the laser. She then marked my legs into huge segments (for example, each upper leg was marked into 4 total, front plus back) before proceeding. She then recommended I switch machines for the next treatment, which I did. During my next treatment, the machine was in the wrong room, and I waited a half hour before it was moved to the room. While complaining again about having to mark my legs, she again marked large segments and proceeded with the new machine. The machine used was supposed to have a cooling spray but the spray was not working correctly. The treatment was super painful (more painful than 3 other laser machines I have used before). When I commented on the pain and said that the cooling air wasn’t helping much, the specialist threatened me, “well, I can try it without the air and see how that is for you.” Then while halfway through treatment, the machine ran out of product and I was left waiting on the table while a manager came in and reprimanded the technician for not marking my legs correctly, for not tracking the product. She asked me why I switched machines and said I was a perfect candidate for the previous machine. I’m not sure what happened to the previous technician but it felt like a bit of a bait and switch. After the last experience, I don’t want to finish my treatments even though I spent hundreds on them already. I would avoid this place at all costs. Not sure why they have 5 star reviews. I have had effective laser in other areas without the pain or the bad experience that I have had at this med spa.

This is a 4 stars location but marking it as a 3 stars for the reasons below. I had a 6 sections of Lazer on large area and everything worked great except few things. I never had an appointment with the same technician twice, even though I tried to request. That’s the main reason I am going to find another place to get my laser done. I don’t feel like do Brazilian with the different technician every single time. But the good thing was that everyone was really nice. Also, I did not know that I can try different machines and pick the one that would work for me better. After 6 section 70% of my hair left (I think I needed to try another machine, but I did not know that it is even an option. I didn’t find out until my last section)

From day 1 the staff has been amazing. Kind and professional. Very happy with the service!!! I’d recommend for sure

This place is awesome, the people are very nice. Everything is super clean and private. Also the laser treatment works perfectly. I did my bikini area cause I used to have a lot of ingrown hairs and now my skin feels like baby’s skin.

Honestly I was ecstatic to begin my journey in laser hair removal, however, i was left extremely dissatisfied. I don’t know if it’s because i never had the same person i would would receive spotty treatments. I went in for my chin and ONLY my chin now after 16 sessions my hair is even worse and since they went down to my neck, now my hair grows back coarse there as well. I’d take back only having the hair on my chin compared to what i have now after purchasing two sessions. Complete waste of my money and time i left with more hair than i came in with. The only reason i’m giving it two stars was because girls in reception were always friendly. Other than that, this place is horrible.

I couldn’t be happier with the staff and the treatments offered. I’m currently doing a laser hair removal treatment and a peeling and all I can say is that I’m not only satisfied with the results so far, but also with the professionalism and efficiency of their team. Definitely recommend this skin care clinic over any other I’ve tried in Miami.

I did 3 morpheus treatments in my legs with them and got no results at all. I took before and after pictures and ended up looking the exact same. When they sold me the package they told me this treatment does wonders for cellulite(it did absolutely nothing). They also make you believe that you are getting the best deal ever with the price which is clearly not the case. The cost for this 3 session was a whooping $3000 and they refuse to give you a refund, not even a partial amount. I also purchased the laser and I can confirm that I have even more hair than I did at the beginning. I know that right after I post this I am going to get a reply immediately from them because if they care about one thing is the reviews that's why I fell for this SCAM in the first place.

I came to this location for the first time after trying the coral gables one for one year. The Med Aesthetics location at Aventura is WAY BETTER. The lady that did my laser hair removal session was so nice and she really took the time to do it right and with patience; I really appreciated that!!! People gotta try this location !!!

Marsha was gentle and very thorough. She definately has the touch and gives a great facial. Med Aesthetics has many services, and I hope to try some the near future. I would recommend Marsha and hope to get another soon.

Didn’t wanna come back there tbh for hair laser removal . after 4 appointments there’s no decent or promised results … They ve been calling me to schedule . After the appointment front desk wanted to charge me for late cancellation fee but forgot that it is them Med Aesthetics Who cancelled on me on Tuesday . Anyways she didn’t give up and told me there is a fee for April …. Honey I don’t remember what happend in April …. Maybe I had an emergency…. I paid her and left . This Is unprofessional!!! So for them that’s okay to call me when they need reschedule or their machine is down . Front desk called 3 times today with the updates today . Anyways ….. 1 have one more appointment to go . Do not even willing to come back there . Total mess and poor customer service . Considering to write to the best business buro . Since there’s no results after 5 appointments total

Highly recommend coming to Med aesthetics! I’ve seen such great results with their laser hair treatments and they’re always offering great specials to score an amazing deal I don’t see anywhere else! The staff is wonderful and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of.
