Went for my annual and was attended to by Dr Marlon Parra and the assistants Alex Sing and Lianet Canto. They were great and very cordial. Made for great conversation and responded to my inquiries.

Lianet, Jesus and Dr. Parra were absolutely terrific professionals. They were kind, patient, very knowledgeable and proactive with their questions. I typically find visits to doctors uncomfortable, however they made it impossible to feel anything but welcome and cared for. I have finally found my doctor and specialists here in Florida. They are simply, the best.

The coordination and referral process at Sanitas/this location is horrific. I was referred and ordered a urgent MRI scan by one of the nurse practitioners only to find out they have not placed that authorization to my insurance. I had to reach out again after the visit with no response/solution, Florida blue brushes me off to Sanitas and Sanitas brushes me off to Florida blue. Why even bothering referring an procedure/exam if no solution is given to actually get it done? Imagine if it was a life death/situation

Very supportive team,of Dr. PARRA, Liane, and Alex, Jesus, and Victor. They took a vetoed care of me, without prejudice. I came very weak and left them stronger.

I live 3 blocks away from a sanitas but decide to come to by 97 ave sw and coral way. The entire staff has provided professional servides and now considering them like as part of our family.
