Very very very tiny and cozy library. It was clean I give it that but not a place to escape to study if you need peace and quiet. The librarian at the front desk was friendly and welcoming but a guy came in talking loudly as if he wasn’t in a library... maybe she could have asked him to use his inside voice... then a young man using a computer was having an entire conversation on FACETIME...I didn’t stick around long enough to witness anyone asking him to be respectful. Library’s are a joke in 2021.

Today I was at the library at 1'o clock on Friday, there was a error made where the librarian printed the wrong documents for me when I walk over to the counter to tell her from the printer she said "oh well that's the documents I seen and she snatched it out my hand I told her if she's going to shred does documents she said no. I told her give it back to me. Where as the documents I actually needed in that moment she started printing it I told her I don't need it anymore she was very rude with me a older lady with white hair overweight. She needs to learn manners a simple error didn't need to escalate that high if she understands she's working for the public I enjoy that library so much but for that experience I no longer will be going back. Communication isn't difficult what's .50 to pay for extra copies I told her to run back the cameras so she can she where she snatch the papers out my hands she was defensive. Do better next time.i hope you read this and correct your behavior

I know people are not educated the same way, and manners and savoir-vivre might be non-existant for some, but I think it 's the library personel's responsibility to enforce certain rules: food shouldn't be allowed inside, and phones should be on vibration mode. Some people go there for peace and quiet, while some others are loud as hell talking on the phone or laughing while watching videos/movies. Some bring food in paper/plastic bags making noise, putting their French fries on the library table and leave without cleaning it; the list goes on and on... The library is for all of us, we can do better people! I wish the staff was a bit stricter.

Helpful staff. Recommended me getting a library card even though I was visiting from out of town. Made it much more convenient for me to use the computers

This county library still has CDs 💿 and DVDs 📀 without the vending machine 🎰 like the city library, which disappeared its CD collection in the name of middle school STEM. It is hardly the Aventura Library.
