The owner Francisco was so welcoming and attentive! I didn't want a 12 oz steak so I had the 8oz which came over fries. My steak and eggs were cooked perfectly! He suggested a Chilean cab that went well with my meal! Lastly, I requested hot sauce and he provided me with something I had never had! It was so good he said they sell it. Gave me his business card and said I could contact him to order the hot sauce! I will certainly do this! I travel for business a lot and this was a nice place to relax and feel welcomed!

This is a great little spot. The staff were very friendly and the food arrived fast. The place serves Venezuelan style food and it was really good. Steak was served perfectly cooked to order and the appetizers satisfied my Venezuelan wife who is picky with what is authentic or not. Great vibes from the place. Perfect for a casual date, not too pricey. Will definitely return.

The way prices are going I thought this place was a great deal for the amount and quality of the food. Also, it was cooked perfect and taste was amazing. I would definitely recommend and go back. The place is tiny but service was great, staff is super nice and friendly. They are very accommodating and sure it’s not instant service but we aren’t trying to rush through our meals so all good. The food was so good I didn’t even take pics because we scarfed it down. I also love that they sliced the meat for us which meant we could eat it that much faster. Win!!

This place is so good that we ate here both nights that we spent in Coral Gables. The skirt steak is amazing, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Finish your meal with their honey tea or espresso! Would definitely recommend!!!

When I first saw the high reviews of the restaurant here on Google, I was slightly skeptical that it was too good to be true. It wasn’t and my family and I loved it! We had the dinner special with the sausage and picanha steak and it was so delicious! Both were so juicy and flavorful and the portions were perfect. When we visited there were no customers and we were served by Francisco who was very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and casual meal with great food! We are looking forward to coming back!

Small place but HUGE flavor!!! The steak was delicious, the chimichurri was outstanding, and the fries were amazing. Even the tequeños (appetizer) were really good. Great friendly service. Nice location in Miracle Mile. They give you 2 options for steak, Prime or Choice cut. Prime is a little more expensive, but the taste is better. Parking is limited around that area, you may have to park a couple of blocks away. Great for the entire family. Outside eating area is small also.

15/10 rating! My date and I had the $54 2 person promo. The owner Francisco as well as Maria (Mafe) were extremely attentive. The picaña was delicious, as well as the yuca, rice, corn and the chicken empanadas. I highly recommend Amigo Grill for the quality food, ambiance and grade A service.

Went here on a Saturday nite and loved the small restaurant ambiance and personalized treatment- we had made reservations and in spite of having only a few tables in the whole restaurant, they were able to sit us quickly. We took advantage of their $60 special for picanha and were pleased to find out we could switch our side dishes and even the sausage for Morcilla - however I was not crazy about the blood sausage which seemed overly seasoned and overcooked - I am not an expert so maybe that’s how its meant to be? They included a bottle of merlot which was nice and fruity, and the fried potatoes and Yuca were good as well. Overall a great value for the money. My favorite part was how nice we were treated, the young lady who hosted us (she was also our server) was very kind and pleasant. Also loved our window table which allowed us to do some people watching which is always fun on the mile.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I’ve been here a handful of times & I am never disappointed. They often have a special for 2 which includes a bottle of wine with a steak, sausage & a side. The meat has always been great & cooked to perfection. The service has been amazing & we even got this cute “date night” dessert plate once on the house, which was a cute little touch! I love coming here, and for that price - can’t beat it!

Comfortable place to hang out with friends, but service and food is very lacking. Beautiful and clean with good wine. Everyone on staff was really nice but it didn't compensate for the lack of customer service. Very disappointed with the food as I saw the great ratings and had high expectations. Food was very bland. We witnessed a customer walk in and wait with no greeting for 5 minutes and one of the staff was sitting behind the counter drinking wine. We had to flag him down for the customer.

I was blown away! I ordered The Beefer, which consisted of tender steak on a soft bun that is layered with a garlic aioli. This place embodies the true nature of a family establishment that is ran by people who want to satisfy your hunger without killing your budget. Highly recommend and will be back soon!

The Chef and Wait staff offered a tremendous experience. Note due to them usually fresh cuts of meat daily some cuts might not be available. The steak was cooked to a perfect Medium finish. Its an amazing experience perfect for if you want to celebrate an occasion or simply treat yourself. Give it a try you wont regret it.

This small low-key steak restaurant is just delightful. I believe the person serving us was the owner, as he thanked us for coming to his little restaurant and asked how we found it. He was very kind and attentive, and the picanha was delicious. The place is very small and cozy and great for an intimate dinner. They also have a wonderful special for couples that comes with a bottle of wine. I would definitely come back here on a date.💕

Arrived here not too long before it closed as a last minute dinner plan and called ahead to make sure it was alright and they accommodated without any issue. The physical location is very small but cozy, giving it a boutique feel. The owner was present and very friendly and informative when deciding what to get based on taste and price. There was an great offer for two dinners, which consisted of two 8oz Picanha steak, two steak fries, two orders of blood sausage and one bottle of wine for $59.99. This was recommended to us by the owner. The picanha was good, and cooked great when asked for medium rare. The fries were very good and tasty. The blood sausages may have been good, however I don't have a pallet for it so I did not eat much of it. The wine was nothing crazy, but it's regardless a nice pairing. The bill came with mini alfajores on the house. We appreciated that nice friendly touch. Parking was available on the road, since it is located in the corner of an intersection on a relatively busy street. Ultimately, it's a nice date idea which I would tell others to give a try.

This is one of the best stake houses in Coral Gables. The meats are of a very good quality and well prepared. Even better the service is second to none. This place has a great environment, great portions, great value for your money. It is all about the great food and service. Clearly there are other more famous Stake houses in the area, but this one beats in price, service and feel at home feeling.

We are staying in a nearby hotel and walked here. The food was delicious, the service was lovely and the restaurant is modern and cozy. We had the arepas (highly recommend) and two steaks- both cooked perfectly and were so juicy and tender. We would definitely return and highly recommend a visit here if in Coral Gables.

Amazing food! Casual and friendly! Best sangria i have ever had! We had Picanha and Skirt Steaks and both was amazing we enjoyed! Generally as i eat rare not very easy but here looks like they now what they do!
