Always busy. Has : Publix, CVS, She'll gas, Billiards, nail salon, and lots of great little restaurants. Also has a banquet hall upstairs. Plenty of parking. 16 street entrance always very busy try 107 Ave.

Typical huge strip shopping center across from Florida International University. All sorts of businesses on site.

The ONLY reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because of the card shop. Thos guys are AWESOME!! I really appreciate them being here. All the other businesses here can go bankrupt. Bad service, dirty stores, homeless camps all over the place, and they harass you into to giving them money. I've had to call the police multiple times because some of them were threatening to attack me as I walked out with groceries.

This is a very hectic plaza with lots of traffic flow. Take care coming & going especially around Publix & the Shell station. The place is not friendly to large vehicles, very cramped. Tiny parking spaces so bring your mopeds. Crazy thing is, there seems to be lots of empty space, just a hop further from shops' front doors. Plaza should make normal sized spaces & I'll walk a few extra steps. Not much shade. Otherwise, it has a variety of shops.

Infested by some good stores and fast food joints. Very convenient for the university students. The parking is a bit confusing. The entrance and exit from the place could be improved. Over all a good marketplace with some essential stuff and gas station on one side.

Parking was horrible! I literally had to park my car way out close by I-Hop If you go, try to get there early or else🤦

Quite interesting shopping mall. Lots of restaurants, a driver's license office. And business related to the university across the street. Fiu. Lots of parking. I Love it. There's a Publix right next to it.

Cash America Pawn Shop is awesome.The staff at this pawn shop are real great. Attend quickly and don't try to swindle you out of money you should receive in return. Great merchandise to purchase. A wide variety of choices from guitars, headphones, jewelry, phones, etc.... They buy it all and sell it all. Great place.

There are many useful stores such as Dollar Tree and Walgreens here. And Food outlets such as Wendy's and Subway. A good place to halt for passersby.

We when to the Chinese restaurant and had great menu, it's food was great too.

I came to Florida Career College. They are the worst. My sister wanted to do a dentist class and they are thiefs. Don't go to that college. Stay away from that college. They won't help you get a job. They only want the grants they get from the government

I went at night to the Publix supermarket located at this center. There was plenty of parking spaces but the lot was very dark and quite difficult to drive around.

Great plaza has a little bit of everything restaurants, supermarket, entertainment, and other businesses.

A lot of the restaurants were gone. But Little Caesars made up for it. Loved the Batman Pizza!!!
