Just wanted to share the latest experience with American Airlines. This is from the plane we were flying out from Miami. Itโ€™s a 10 PM EST flight. Another problem we saw was the steward was a very impolite and unfriendly! First time when we were โ€˜interrogated โ€˜ by a unprofessional lady ... As a result we will avoid as much as we can, and we can, this American Airlines company.... and in particular that one from Miami at 10 PM. I hope this will help others and their decisions.

Congratulations to Miami International Airport Security Check Point High Priority. They really do a great Job assisting over 300 people in less than half an hour. Huge thank you for the amazing work, they are not only very efficient, also very professional. Thank you 3.17.2022 Had to add a comment after having another great experience. First, I got scared when seeing the line going around and almost 2 blocks long. It was 4 am, all check points were empty, except the one on door 17, serving Spirit and Southwest. The staff did a really good job checking in more than 300 people in less than 1 hrs. They were also meaningful and offered express service for all passengers running behind. Priority is always good point. Hearing them calling by the name of the airline/flight made me feel more relaxed. The airport needs organization to prevent long lines. I completely understand that the terminals are not connected, but I do recommend an analysis of this situation and probably some good ideas to improve the clients experience.

Loved the Embassy Suites. Warm reception upon arrival and departure and great caring associates throughout my time there. Great location especially to get to my business locations and downtown Miami! Business Professional and Friendly Atmosphere. Great driver who picked me up to/from airport. Superb Manager Reception, Restaurant ( great server, too), and Breakfast. I recommend and will return!

Big airport. You can get lost in it real easy. Make sure you know fir sure where your going cause if not, you'll be walking around for a long time. When leaving, was a long line at security check point but the one thing I noticed, they don't have you take your shoes off when going through. Boarding the flight wasn't too bad too. Although the best part was the view from the sky. I was able to get a good pictures out the window. We were racing a 777 to see who takes off first,, we won, i got a picture that had a rainbow in it, and a good shot of the hard rock stadium.

My recent experience at Miami Airport left me with mixed feelings. My flight was scheduled for 6:08PM, and I wisely arrived two hours early, considering the notorious TSA lines. I got to the airport around 4 PM and had a swift check-in with United Airlines. They directed me straight to the gate for security checks. However, it became somewhat frustrating when I mistakenly joined the wrong line, thinking it was my gate. After 20 minutes, I was informed that I was in the wrong line and needed to find the correct gate. The subsequent line I had to join was even longer than the first, and it took me a whole hour to get through. Unfortunately, the airport staff didn't go above and beyond to guide travelers to the right lines, which was disheartening. Many passengers, like myself, were bewildered and irritated. This situation is particularly unfortunate because, as travelers, we are often in a rush and unfamiliar with the layout of the airport. It's essential for the airport to establish a more efficient and clear system to prevent these kinds of inconveniences. The experience highlighted the need for better communication and assistance for passengers, especially for those who might be running late for their flights. I hope to see improvements in the future to ensure a smoother and less stressful journey for all travelers passing through Miami Airport.

The airport is huge and beautiful. They have a lot of brand-name stores there. The floor design is so luxurious and unique. It's easy to navigate. Unfortunately, the train is out of service so I had to walk from D1 to D51 which was a long walk and it's not funny at all. They have where you can change your money to a different currency. I saw some security ride bicycles inside which was cool.

I recently had the pleasure of passing through Miami International Airport and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with friendly and efficient staff who made sure my travels went smoothly. The airport itself is spacious and well-designed, making navigation a breeze. The numerous dining and shopping options were a pleasant surprise and helped make my layover a fun experience. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the attention to detail in the design elements. Overall, I highly recommend Miami International Airport for a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

In my opinion this is an easy going and self-help airport. You can easily get to the places or gates you need to go. Staff is also very helpful. Only thing is it is an huge place therefore you need to get there on time because you can easily take 40 minutes walking depending on how far is your gate

PROS: Luminous interiors. Abundant windows bring the outside in. Abundant variety of bars and restaurants. Diverse display of public art provides an accurate sense of this great cityโ€™s diversity and identity. CONS: Long US Border Control lines on international arrivals between 5 and 7 am due to officer short staffing. Interior design could use a makeover, especially the restrooms.

Lots of variety. Bit chaotic. Tons of options for dining, shopping, and snacks. Feels somewhat too big in the terminals and overall layout. Gates seem to change often here and causes confusion. The architecture and design themes are beautiful.

This is a huge airport. The section where gates D1 -D20+ is very dated and doesn't feel clean or neat. It's also, one big maze, between long terminals and the sky train. Also, there are limited food options in this terminal. But the Amex lounge was enjoyable. It was nice that there was a staff member in the bathroom "directing traffic".

Miami Airport is small but very efficient as you can walk between terminals after security check. They installed at some gates new security scanner and you don't need to take out your electronics anymore. Also, sometimes it is worth looking at the wait time as ahead of time and choose the gate next to yours to get faster to your gate. Food options are good with Starbucks, subway and other known chains. Not too many power plugs re available and some seats require attention. Overall, great airport

I must say, one of the best airports I have been to in terms of ambience, shops, people, staff and cleanliness. Some great options for shopping and food too. I'm at least there at this airport once a month and love the experience always. Smooth check-in and checkout from this place in spite of it being very big. I had the pleasure of taking a Car rental once from this airport and the pickup and drop was also so smooth.

Just a typical US airport, old but weโ€™ll maintained. Very well marked and organized. Was really surprised how short it took me to exit the airport from a domestic flight. The taxi pick up areas are well designated and marked. For international flights, the security checks were very swift despite the huge people traffic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are tons of cafรฉs to grab quick bites or just eat and chill as you await your flight. The only thing that really disappointed me was I couldnโ€™t get decent souvenirs to take home. I usually like buying them from the airport when am exiting but couldnโ€™t find anything decent enough ๐Ÿ˜”. Had to settle for a fridge magnet that isnโ€™t really good. But all in all, a really great airport with pretty efficient services.

The Miami International airport is a very busy one but handles passengers well. It can be better though. Be prepared for long, long queues if you are not a US resident or citizen. Plenty of shops to buy absolutely anything and many places to eat well, have good coffee etc. The train can take you to the rentals and the parking lot is huge!

Shopping and dining choices are good, but service standards are inconsistent. There is a good choice of transportation but aside from taxis, all options are accessed from a centralised facility 3 minutes away from the terminal via train.

Excellent airport. Each terminal is very big and have a lot of shops and restaurants. Those picture at the American Airline terminal connecting to another state. Most of the time I connect in Miami since they have a lot of places to connect to. Airport is very big and clean. If you donโ€™t speak English , this airport is perfect for you since there are a lot of Latin people around.

LARGE airport, give yourself plenty of time, even for domestic. TSA checks were quick and easy. Good signage and LOTS of food/drink options. Most necessary pick up and drop off points are in Uber. Very clean.

Good experience here today at MIA. I almost forgot how big this airport was. Today we are here for a 5 hour layover, the skylink is definitely convenient here. Lots of restaurants, vending machines, a few bars, convenient stores, and a Fridays ๐Ÿ˜‚. Clear signs all over the airport guiding you where to go.

We had the pleasure of visiting Miami International Airport with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. We met Mr. Brandon who was traveling to another destination and him and his wife had some really nice Paravel Luggage. As we walked around waiting on our flight we did not notice any slip or trip hazards. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean for the use they were getting. The staff at the Airport were very professional. We would recommend Miami International Airport. "Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"

Every time I fly In to Miami I have no problems with the airport. Itโ€™s quick and easy. There is great transport system within the terminals and out to the car rental center all without walking out of the AC. The customs with global entry is a breeze and all around the facilities and lounges are great with a great termac view on all of them. Bathrooms are big and spacious. Always pretty clean. Food all over the place and variety

Nice airport. Easy to navigate but depending where you are travelling to, there might be long cues to get in the departures. Arrival at customs is quick as often every checkpoint is open. Water, and mobile charging stations are available throughout.
