I've been to this place several times because it is the most convenient taco bell. I'm at a point where I'm gonna go out of my way to avoid it because they barely fill the tacos to the point to where it is ridiculous. Attached is the almost empty double chalupa and no meat in a beef quesarito!!! The worst part is that they weren't even buisy, the place was almost empty!!! The morning employees are very good though but the afternoon employees have to step it up or get out because it's becoming a pattern.

Always the same thing, it's like most of the employees have hearing problems. They mess people's food up all the time. It's to the point that even if you order a drink you have to check it at the window without moving forward. It's ridiculous how incompetent the majority of the workers are at this taco bell location, if you want taco bell you are better off driving extra miles for a decent fast food meal. They changed the staff recently for no reason because the old staff was at least competent. What a terrible place to waste your money on, because it's not spending, just wasting. 0/10 would never recommend even to a starving person. Oh and I would of posted pictures if I didn't arrive home very upset and ball up the garbage that they served me. Literally garbage taco bell, you're better off going to any other taco bell. That one is the lowest of the low.

Probably the worst experience Ive yet to have. Hard tacos were soggy, soft tacos were stale, wrong drink, forgot sauce, forgot sauce on quesadillas, forgot sour cream… they only got the fiesta potatoes right.

Thus Taco Bell was close to the airport i. Miami and closed at 3pm. The food and service were okay and we were just trying to find a place to eat and this was the most convenient at the moment. The staff are okay but nothing here was above standard.

I wouldn't give this place not even 1 star i ate in plenty of taco bells without a problem order my daughter nachos bell grande combo when she was halfway thru and pick up a nacho she like daddy look to my suprise there's a dead roach underneath when i aproach the manger she offers if i want something else to eat which at that point me and my family are disgusted and manager has audacity to offer a refund just for nacho bell grande instead returning money i wasted there because she acts like she has no idea how the roach show up there but i believe in karma what goes around come around city will go inspect this place and for tacobell shouldn't have a manager that doesnt represent your company or holds up to there standards for the job i got food reviews from miami to California and i barely right bad reviews but for my daughter sake had to make sure people dont waste there money at this location unless u think roaches are protein ✌️🤢🤮

** BEWARE. ** The Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Food is gross and cold. The man who took our order appeared high and "duh" . We waited 20 minutes to realize the order was never passed on to the cooks. When we finally received it, food was cold as ice inside the soft taco and the flavor made me spit it in the napkin Gordon Ramsey style. The fountain juice was delicious though which deserved the star 🌟 Please please please.. dont go to the 6740 Sw eight st. Miami one.. you have been warned ⚠️

Customer service is great and if they mess up on your order they will fix it just please ask if you miss a meal environment atmosphere is great

This is honestly such a good Taco Bell. The staff are very kind and my order has neverrrr been wrong! Today I was really craving a Baja blast, but when I got to the window they were out. Luckily the girl working said she had come up with the yummy combo of mixing the blueberry freeze with lemonade syrup. Not only is the drink super pretty, but it’s a smart substitute for Baja blast! Edit: Just wanted to add again how great this place is. They are the fastest drive thru in the area. Dunkin: May as well make it yourself. McDonald’s: hit or miss. Arbys: who even eats there? This Taco Bell: under 5 mins (mobile order).

Always go through the drive thru, quick, fast, and friendly service.

Update: Place has really gotten a better look to it, a LOT cleaner nowadays. Pretty good food too! Never failed to get my order right and every time I get it it's very hot and freshly made. I'm damn impressed with the changes! Props to whoever's working on the logistics of the place now!

I stopped coming to this taco bell because they charge 50% more for the same food. I ordered an online exclusive meal and at this location it's $8.99 vs the others nearby are changing $5.99. Taco bell is supposed to be cheap, but not at this location, so despite the good customer service it's not worth the price hike when I can drive 2 extra minutes and get it cheaper. Update 2/5/2024 Came to the 67 and 8st location because my favorite location on Flagler was closed...unfortunately this experience was not good because I ordered online and the pickup was normal, lady that handled my order was nice. The problem happened when I got home and took a bite out of my meal to find I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a black bean crunchwrap and got a crunchwrap with the refried beans instead. The lady did not mention this or bother to offer a substitute. I got home took a bite and spit it out because those refried beans are gross but WOW how do you just make whatever you want and not tell the customer? A simple "hey, were out of this, I can offer this instead" thank god I don't have any allergies. Next time talk to the customer, don't just make whatever you want for then to have a pissed off customer. I wouldn't have been upset if from the get go they mentioned they were out of beans, I easily would have chosen something else but you have no right to choose for the customer.

TWICE my food is all messed up. Sloppy and falling apart even by taco bell standard. I literally have the lowest of expectations for you and you still disappointed. Couldn't even eat it bc the chalupas were the least appetizing thing I'd ever seen.

Waited too long to get my order, turns out they never started making it until I reminded them after 15 minutes of waiting. Finally got the food but both burrito and soft taco was cold and tasted bad, plus the guy working there looked like he was high. Terrible experience

the woman that work in there are super rude and disrespectful rushing even though your the only person on the drive through, this location have gave me wrong food, wrong change in money and now disrespectful at the drive through enough is enough these woman need new jobs if they don’t like working fast food

This place will not be opened for long! I doubt they will have repeating customers! I gave them 2 chances but NO MORE! the quality of the food ISN'T WORTH IT! I don't recommend any food there!

Hit or miss and mainly a miss! From the evening manager to all the employees, they never really care or make quality products or service… better spend your money somewhere else

Plenty of parking, had drive thru. Inside is clean. Has seating options, high tops, tables , and even cushioned booths. Service quick, both in person & electronic kiosk to place order.

It's Taco Bell. Expect the worse so you can enjoy it.

This particular restaurant is always super clean and the manager is very nice. The food is good but they can be very stingy with their proteins and it's not always correct. Also, always check your order because the chances you don't get your whole order are VERY likely.

Other locations may get slammed but this location is quite overlooked, making it a hidden gem. Great service, I have no complaints. Order accuracy is usually perfect. The food isn't the most amazing thing ever, but it's exactly what you expect from fast food, good enough when it's late.

As a former employee of Taco Bell many years ago, I was able really appreciate the efficiency of the drive-thru team. The young lady in the window had my drink and requested hot sauces already prepared as I drove up to the drive-thru window. While processing the transaction on my credit card, she was also taking the next vehicle's order. My food came out not even a minute after the credit card was given back to me and I was on my way.

I'm here at least once a week for lunch or a quick bite after work. It's not bad for Taco Bell, and it's definitely a lot of bang for your buck.

Double check your cravings boxes before you leave!!! I keep being given a regular taco and not the nacho DLT with the nacho cheese cravings box and not realizing until I’m home
